I like the way the games come in from closest time at the top saving time, fast payouts too I just withdrew a small amount £120 it was in account within 1 minute hopefully it’s just as quick if win bigger amounts. All in all decent 👍.

Not bad they offer good odds on sportbook unfortunately no in play betting, fantasy team is pretty good and match ups. Could do with a fresh look on the website looks a little outdated they process withdrawals within 2 days kinda old school and need speeding up

They limit your withdrawal to a minimum of £20 so if you have cash or winnings below that you are prevented from being able to take out your money. Given the main season long Premier league has a low deposit and low winnings for most players, this is a deliberate ploy not to pay out for the majority of ‘winners’

Ignore all of the comments about how they dont honor free bets and all the other bad stuff they do, I put in a withdrawal request of around £2000, a week ago, and since asking where it is they have had “technical issues” and their awful customer service has just told me to wait for an email in about 2 weeks detailing what theyve decided to do. Wont withdraw it, wont put it back in my fanbet account, wont withdraw to another card. Avoid at all costs.

Awful Site, they requested I submit certain details over n over over n over……………….They were quite dismissive to deal with and I felt they had no intentions of honoring they’re £20 free bet deal.Do yourself a favour and look for another Bookie, becuase these guys are quite dishonorable.

Amazing website, amazing game experience. Horrible support and customer care. They literally don’t care about you.They can close your account out of nowhere, accusing you of things you have never done.They told me I can play with my old profile from my country, which appeared to be in the restricted countries list. Then accused me of violating the rules, playing from a restricted country. When they realized their arguments don’t make sense, just blocked me, accusing of multiaccounting. In a website, where you can have 100 entries per profile, and I was only playing with 2 teams. Multiaccounting, yeah, sure.That’s the logic gone.Edit : nonsense reply from Fanteam here. The account is closed because they want so with no reason or fault from client side

Awful website, doesn’t work with Android. Tried to place a bet on Bundasliga, took three attempts. Then I thought I had placed it, but it turned out it had gone on Indian Premier League. Normally I would cash out, and take the small charge, but you can’t even do that. Tried virtual customer support, totally unsympathetic. Website is confusing and unreliable.

Okay so its a new concept and Cleary a low budget start up , so would be wrong to compare this standard bookmakers in terms things like markets and customer service as its cleary not trying to compete with them. The one thing I cant condone is charging for withdrawals, any gambling sites worth their salt simply don’t do this and if you are relying on customers to subsidise your own bank fees then clearly the business model is wrong somewhere along the line

Awful company. Verified my account upon receipt of identification documents, then two days later they decided to close it, giving no valid reason as to why. Avoid at all costs.

Fantasy football Game 1mil Prize poolI have played this game for 1 year. Just entering the 1 or 2 teams to get used to how it plays. Firstly it’s a good game, nice app and easy and fun to play.cost of entry and prizes is the reason for the 2 stars. Euros prizes run down to about 10,000 placed which is incredible. Before you throw your £25 in, it’s important to know who you’re playing against. The max entry is 100 teams. 100 teams £2500, who enters 100 teams you might ask. Well if you dive deep into the leagues you will find that a lot of the prizes are taken up by mass entry players. Strangely a lot of these teams all carry the same name. How you manage 100 teams all the same name I have no idea, you can only speculate on this. according to Fan Team you can’t enter multiple accounts, but you can understand that throwing large sums of money at this thing can quickly bring down your odds obviously. There is a fair amount of skill and hard work to fantasy football to win, but when you’re playing against mass entry you really need to also mass enter to stand a chance. Apparently the premier league winner entered 12 teams. So my point is I don’t know if I trust fan team looking at the mass entry names. There is also far too many of the mass entry names inside the prize pool that puts me off. Its either throw money at it or just play your £25 for the fun of the game. I haven’t looked at some of the small leagues yet that might be less fishy.. I would like to see fan team bring that 100 entries down to around 20 teams. I guess that would bring down the prize pool though.

There is currently no app for android users which is unbelievable at this stage in modern technology and the website is not only difficult to navigate but very glitchy. Excellent concept but let down by inefficient, and lack of, user interface.

I like Fanteam, been playing Fantasy games on there for 2 years now. Prizes are huge, game set ups are not overly complicated and as a whole I haven’t had big issues. It’s been profitable for me as well, which I guess is important so field is not that hard to beat. My favorite are season or tournament games rather than daily games which are also available and quite popular.Some usability aspects of the website can be improved but over the 2 years Ive been on quite a few updates have been introduced so Im sure more improvements are coming in the future.
