I made an account on the 24/09, deposited in £10’s ,£40 all together and on the slots I’d chosen to play had a good few spins. STAY FAR AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I made an account with them last night. Upon making my account I was given 50 free spins which won me $34 in cash that I could withdraw. When it comes to the withdrawals you must deposit a minimum of $20 before you can receive your funds. There are only two options for deposit. The first one would be from your bank card and the second, e-transfer. Once you click on deposit and choose e-transfer it is not immediate, there are no notifications to say that the e-transfer was a success. You must wait hours to speak to a “live agent” I messaged them from 6 am this morning and only heard back at 10 am and they did not even answer my question, I was given a vague response. When I expressed my disappointment in their site they suspended my account! With the money that I earned from my bonus, so now I cannot retrieve those funds. They are gone forever! There is no phone number to call and no chat available unless you have an account! And because my account is suspended I cannot log in! This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I want everyone to take their time and read this review and STAY FAR AWAY from this site. It will just frustrate you and waste your time! Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable site with an actual phone number if you need to speak to someone about your concerns! I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.

Received an email from an affiliate offer a free bet for existing customers. Code did not work, and when speaking to customer services and complaints they have called me a liar and have refused to honour the free bet code. Closed my account, and this is a world away from the previous high levels of good customer service.

I don’t know why is many bad reviews, I personally have a very good experience with them, I am long time gambler, I find company trustworthy, fast deposits, very fast withdrawal, there is only two company are at the same speed with them, stardust casino and piontsbet casino, the withdrawal is almost instantaneous. I only bet on live casino, so I don’t other parts of app, but I am happy with their live casino and fast withdrawal. The only thing means to a gambler is deposits and use the found right away, when take out the wining should as fast as withdrawal.

One big huge fricking scam the games are rigged beyond belief they say they are London based and nothing to do with these overseas criminals yet I find out that they have their main people pulling all the strings from Gibraltar. They have stolen £3k from my bank account and when I questioned the legitimacy of these manipulated games and I was going to contact my bank to get this look into they then suspended my account to stop me getting vital information for my case. These fricking parasites need to be terminated and the day some fricking psychopath gets robbed and decides to take matters into there own hands I’ll be there giving them a standing ovation….

Poor bookmakers ! Say they offer best odds guaranteed but that is only if you supplier more ID, it’s in there T&C’s apparently! I also had a bet on Hamilton in the f1 and came second but was given the race 2 hours are the result. They wouldn’t pay out, also in t&c’s. Another one was England to qualify and Kane to score a header. Kane scores harder in extra time and England qualify, no pay out as the header had to be in 9” minutes, guess what, yes in t&c’s. The worst betting experience ever!!!

I have raised a case with IBAS the ADR. Awaiting their response to. I will keep very simple. Place bets on Charles town horse racing and they won. The casino waited for me to withdraw and cancelled them all. Then told me after I asked why? The bets was placed late after the off time. They refused to send me the official off time from the track. So lucky I decided to take a few screenshots and I have provided the bet365 official off time. I have provided the race official screenshot of the horse coming out the stalls clearly showing the date and official off time live!! The race number the off time the date all matches my bet. And of course my bet ID shows it’s week within time.. They have replied to my formal complaint and I have received the official response from them. They didn’t seem to care about the evidence I gave them. Instead told me to use IBAS. So I have asked the ARD if I can submit another case while I have one pending an outcome. I’m fair and honest so want to double check the rules with IBAS first. Always better to double check. Postoffice13

From amazing service, to the most shocking, awful service I’ve received.

I was faced with a glitch via the sportsbook which was causing some bets to duplicate and place twice.
As you can imagine this was not ideal, I reached out to Fitzdares customer service several times, and they are refusing to sort this issue out, or even let me know if the glitch has since been sorted (as I asked to be updated so I can continue using their sports book instead of Betfred)

My service has been a delight all the way up until this past month, it’s took a huge dive and people simply don’t get back to you, I am a good customer with over -£5000 net deposit and they simply do not care.

What a site, tbh it’s a great site won a few times money in account within the hour, bit slower on a weekend but still no problems as of yet.
