Rip offSo, I actually thought this was a decent site. But if you are really quick and look at your deposit in the top right corner, it shows what win overall you will get (or lose) before the reels stop spinning 🥴, so if your playing a game where it keeps dropping win lines you know before they have dropped what overall win you will get before the game drops the line in. THIS CANT BE LEGIT .I Actually now feel robbed. Don’t mind losing I know it’s gambling but surely this can’t be fair ???AVOID

I could write a long rambling review. But there is a consistent theme. Lack of trust and changing the rules as they go along. In my case they used safer gambling “rules” to consciously change the basis of a bet, whilst it was still running !!! Add in a customer service team whom seem to think the situation was funny and no apparent route of escalation. Bets win and lose, that’s fine and part of the game. changing the basis of a bet isn’t. Chastising your customers about it also isn’t fine. This all started because they wanted documents (which I wouldn’t trust them with) within three days and then used the basis of a “suspended account” as a way to not honour open bets. It is like using a back street bookies from the 1950’s. Make up your own mind, but any kind of dispute will be like trying to reason with a 5 year old.

I closed my account as you hardly get many wins and when you do it’s little ones hardly any big wins there are hardly any bonuses considering the amount put on (not saying want big wins all the time but occasionally would be nice) when I closed my account there was no sorry to hear that or anything just account be closed as requested would not recommend this site at all

Not even worth 1 star, winning on these slots is nothing like other sites, it’s disgraceful, definitely not about luck at all. Must have spent about £500, only to be told I wasn’t eligible for the 10% bonus, not that it mattered I obviously wasn’t going to win with that anyway. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Someone said to me try Fitzdares theyl take a bet i dont know anyone whos had an account restricted or closed with them…..I thought lets try them then,Opened account think i deposited a grand before i got the send the pic of driving licence and bank card used to deposit into account,Fair enough i dont mind that,Haven lost probably around the £1500 region i wasnt worried as i knew if these want to take me on thats good il get that back….NO YOUR NOT!!! First of all I don’t leave a bad review if I’ve lost money and I don’t leave a good review if I won money!! But this is my honest review and I am the first one to call out any dodgy casinos and please believe me I’ve had plenty in my time!! Recently opened account and so far so good, returned winnings to bank very quickly also got my £50 free bet and 10 spins the next day but then I got a message asking for personal sensitive documents ie. Copy of driving licence and registered bank card which I didn’t mind BUT then informed me they may want bank statements and also where I get my money from and this is a DEFINITE NO NO NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.But I will give them the benefit of doubt and stay with them until they ask for this information but REFERENCE THE GAMBLING COMMISSION THEY ARE KILLING THE FUN AND ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Avoid this company!! I joined even tho I’m on gamstop. It allowed me. After I won; they suspended my account. They rang me asking how much I’d be happy to spend. I seen the reviews before joining but know how some people can be. I joined today and won, my account was suspended. They rang me and asked me a few questions about my account then put it back on. I withdrawn my funds and was in bank within an hour. So far so good. It does take a good bit of money to get a bonus. And I did notice since they suspended my account and put it back on didn’t land a bonus in over £300.

Started off fine as usual and being able to deposit freely as I was automatically verified. Wagered around £1800 in total with some wins/losses along the way. Then get an email for some KYC documents, I thought that’s fine and sent them everything they had asked for and was told that all my documents checked out. Forward to a couple days later and I’ve never really withdrew a big amount until one evening I hit a few bets in a row and request a withdrawal for £1000. Now here’s where it gets interesting (you already know where this is going)All of a sudden after I’ve made that one withdrawal my stakes are heavily limited and I’m talking £20 or less… Ain’t it funny that as soon as you start to win some money, they do everything possible to stop you winning again. I messaged their live chat traders and was told that my account has been restricted by their team. All of this within the space of two weeks. Just self excluded, 3 bonuses I got from a £100 deposit, £1 stake, first one paid £2.25 second paid £3.50, third payed £2, got a bonus on a crab game similar to fishing frenzy got 4 fisherman to the extra 5 spins where the cash amounts go up in value so 15 spins in total won £2, ended up getting 7 fisherman with no cash amounts, honestly stay away from this casino, probably just a con man sat in his garage with a crap computer taking people’s money,
