Very strange. I had email that my account is verified but suddenly they asked me again for the same documents to be verified.. and “I can deposit but I can’t withdraw,if the verification is not successful “.. very strange casino ,luckily it’s not online only casino .. withdrawals are very fast ,but if they look for reason not to play there I don’t mind

Essentially, all bookmakers are the same – they will not tolerate winners and will eventually restrict the accounts of winners and withdraw the ‘privileges’ enjoyed by customers that lose money to them. Fitzdares are the same, just marginally more tolerant than most of their industry peers.No complaints on time taken to withdraw money though which makes a nice change. However, their odds are generally not competitive and the website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate.

AVOID THIS COMPANY there was a format change on a friendly , they DID NOT state this on the market for compliance reasons ( I work at a bookmakers ) we along with other company voided / payed winners on the format change to 2x30mins these DONT go elsewhere these are scum

The company duplicated my bets and then refused a refund. I literally placed the bet once and got charged twice due to a glitch on their site and they refused a refund.

Poor customer service team. Rigged games. I earned a recharge bonus every week and you can only play it on computerised games like Roulette and blackjack. They let you win first few rounds but then dealer starts getting 20 and 21 every time and you never win again. This happened every week. I complained so they suspended my account. Not once did they do an affordability check either. Not good for vulnerable customers.

Dodgy please be aware!!I submitted a withdrawal, I was told 24hrs, that then moved to 3 days to process. I asked to see the withdrawal terms or faqs and was told that they didn’t have any!!Terrible customer service on chat

As everyone else here, I absolutely loved it at first, quite personal approach, Private Office etc. After a while it became worse and worse. In the end after 1 years I was basically kicked out as I wanted to take my case to IBAS. I had good moments with them, loyalty bonus is interesting but once things go wrong there is no response whatsoever. Not recommending.

Honest Review.Started off ok. Don’t mind the app. Bit slow and clunky at times but not many aren’t.Over time customer service has gone dreadful. Extremely abrupt and rude at times. Especially Rupert.Compliance randomly suspended my account with no warning or email etc. Found this poor. To be fair someone called Lee called me up. Was resolved speedily. He apologised and agreed the behaviour from customer service was poor and advised me to make a complaint. Reassured me that making a complaint wouldn’t lead to account closure. That was last Sunday.Received an email today saying my account was closed. I was owed money. Never once in all my withdrawals have i had any issues and as soon as my account is closed they said in an email there was a problem withdrawing to my card.Just being extremely awkward and causing unnecessary frustration now.Disgrace of a company.

Started of as a good casino but as time got on even though I won big they paid out quick every time you win something they want document after document and they say if you don’t supply documents they will suspend your account . I got them to close my account

They also e transfer to the email you signed up with no matter what, I had an email I signed up with not my primary email and it sent it to that email instead of my actual email I use to receive transfers, the money is now lost in limbo..

Have only been with Fitzdares for a few weeks and this is my honest and impartial review…….Payouts are super quick (quicker than some of the other players in the market for sure), the account opening was easy, fluid and without fault – if they need documents, which they haven’t requested so far, then fine. Nothing to hide, and ensures they get their license renewed!The RTP on the slots (only thing I bet on) has been better than average IMO, okay yes you get some dry periods, but that’s the wonders of gambling – chance and surprise.I’m not a huge stake person, avg. £1-2.50 per spin, but I’ve had some good returns on 5 visits, break even, £100 loss, £55 gain, £80 loss and £1600 gain. You can’t expect to win big every time, it’s a game of chance.For me, so far a great experience and would recommend Fitzdares. Other big casinos out there should take note, non payouts at weekends, delayed payouts on weekdays of 24-36 hours is just not cricket in this day and digital banking age.

Started off ok, but just like all the other online bookmakers who have turned up, unless you’re a mug punter you won’t last long. Poor customer service and as soon as you win threatening emails asking for documents, and stakes reduced to peanuts. Don’t bother!

With them over a year then out the blue I’m told I have 72 hours to send information or my account will be suspended as per GC rules, that gave me the right hump.  After speaking to the GC this is not true at all. So they lied to me. Then I got an email saying I wouldn’t be receiving my weekly bonus, the one I’ve received for 13 months. Apparently it ended 2 weeks ago even though I received it last week.  It’s probably just a coincidence (yeah sure) It’s amazing how their attitude changed towards me after I questioned them, I put in a complaint about their compliance team and after investigating themselves they didn’t change their stance (imagine my shock). I’m currently in talks with IBAS and the GC about them Their claim to be the World’s Great Bookmaker is frankly laughable.  Their customer ‘service’ is abysmal & they have a real attitude problem. Their live chat never works and 90% of my emails went ignored while I was with them. Their horse and football odds are really uncompetitive too

I joined the Ontario version bc it said you’d get a first deposit bonus as a free bet, lost the 50$ and never got anything, chat doesn’t even answer. They don’t even honor promos so most likely won’t let you withdraw either.

Started out very good, had a very good win just after that asked for my bank statements and how i made my living. sent them in that got me immediately restricted therefore unable to bet for the rest of the month with no warning. I’ve been using their services for about 1 year, so far ok, fast payouts and I have even 1 bigger payout with them without any problems, although I’m starting to get worried about their slots, I’ve done over 1000 spins, I hit the bonus maybe 4 times, each win below £20 whatever bet, and a friend next to me was playing the same game but at a different casino and getting a bonus every now and then, I’ll give them another chance.

Signed up to fitzdares last week to get the £30 bonus bet but was sceptable from the reviews on here , had no issues whatsoever my free bet went on no bother that then won and I withdrew with ease and it hit my account within 30 mins they also electronically verified my account so didn’t need send any documents l, the app itself is very good just needs a cashout button rather than having to go to my bets section

I did rate this company as five stars as when I did start playing thought games was fair, kept getting bouns, free spins etc but this only happens at first to get you hooked so twice won and withdrawn no problems, then because I won so easy kept on deposited no luck and again not winning a single bouns game or spins on one of there new games at 50pence a spin over 230 spins not a single free spin, tried another game same again and so could not win at all, I told them I found it a bit odd from going as lucky as I did to not winning a single spin or bouns, got ignored so I did try again kept getting two scatters etc never the three I needed, before I knew it spent £450 with anyone telling me how much I had spent time I had been on, might not seem a lot but this happened twice with the odd £100 deposits when they give out bouns spins never won a penny and give bouns on table games I don’t play but you don’t win no matter what ending up spending hundreds so I won play with these again, making it out at first so good easy to win till you get addicted, and then nothing every time I complained got ignored so I wouldn’t bother

Awful awful site. I honestly don’t believe there is a way to win on here. Everytime I deposit my balance is always a minus, it never goes up. So many dead spins and almost impossible to get a bonus feature and if and I mean if you are lucky, you end up winning nothing anyway and it’s constant dead spins. I haven’t seen any promotions either for slots. Overall a very very poor site that I wouldn’t recommend. Best advise would be not play here unless you enjoying throwing money in the fire.
