The blackjack it’s the worst I’ve ever played in my LifeDealer has 20 every single hand if not it’ll be blackjack..it’s that bad if your dealt 17 or 18 v a 10 you might as well hit as it’ll be 20. It’s mathematically impossible what I sawIf on the tiny chance they have 16 a 5 magically appears a 15 gets a 6 etcIf you double down on 11 you get an ace or a twoI’ve never seen anything like it in my life. 99,6% payout? I’ve submitted a complaint to the IBAS as I don’t think it’s close to 99.6% then I can get the hands studied. Absolutely disgusting . IBAS can look into this I’ve had enough of fitzdares and being taken for a mug.

The worst customer “service” I’ve ever encountered. Email after email just blatantly ignored. Even when they send you a message saying if there’s anything they can do to help let them know they just ignore you. Live chat doesn’t work either by the way. Can only assume business is that great they don’t need to care about certain customers . Ridiculously arrogant attitude. Imagine thinking that’s a good business plan

This place is 100% capped slots. The monopoly megaways I maxxed out three times, cost £200 to do it, all three bonuses paid back £100 between them, one was a 22 spin feature. 1000 spins on diamond mine by blueprint, no bonuses, one time a tease in 1000 spins r.o.f.l.!!!! RIGGED 100% my bank even tried to block deposits but I thought it was just a glitch, I was very very foolish and should have taken the sign I was given. the chat doesnt work, the email replies sound like they come from junkies with an 11 I.Q. score, all in all it gets ZERO STARS but I cant even put that here so one star it is AND A MASSIVE WARNING TO ALL PLAYERS, STAY AWAY AND NEVER GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE RIGGED AND A SCAM.

Not sure how anyone can give them 5 star. They claim they are the finest but don’t explain whyIt can’t be their soccer odds which are truly hideous. 6/10- 6/5, 7/10 – Evens, 7/10 – 9/10 match up odds on soccer is not my idea of what you’d expect from the finest bookie. I mean seriously?They also must move on air because if there’s a lot of money on oddschecker they’ll automatically go the worst price despite knowing nobody will have bet it with them as they were nowhere near best odds in the first placeThere’s never no value on horse racing early prices eitherCustomer service won’t win any awards either. Was with these for about 6 months.. used to send me on a Friday casino bonuses ranging from £20 – £100 1x wagering which is good but that’s just to get you to play with them .. They’ve now closed my account after Iv sent them literally more things than u would need to get a mortgage .. bank statements , wage slips, ID, proof of address So you can go from a rewards customer to getting account closed They don’t do best odds guaranteed until u have been with them for a while .. There loads better

First class service, always paid within an hour to card, did not have to beg for new customer free bets offer, received friendly emails telling me that they had applied the bets to my account, once had to phone them and it was answered in less than a minute, Fitzdares is best site I have found and tops all the other well known sites.

The RTP on the casino is real rank. How many times can the dealer draw 21. You should be ashamed of yourself, shouldn’t be allowed. You can’t seriously think I’m going to stay around for that. Not a prayerBonuses and free bets are poor as well

Very worried about all these reviews as I have now been waiting 2 days to be paid out and thats to a Visa Debit card which they say is paid in on the same day and many times within 2hrs.To be fair I did withdraw on a Sunday evening but theres no excuse why I should have not received payment by now.Also getting no replies to my emails……as I said….very worried.After nearly 24 hrs I have had a reply apologizing for the delay and told it will be chased up. Blow me not 5 mins later the money was in my account thank God.Poor and unprofessional service, so much so I will definitely not be doing business with this company again after this fright.

Signed up using a link I seen on the telegraph newspaper website. Bet 30 get 30. I emailed them in regards to not receiving the bonus and they said they would credit it in 2 hours. They didn’t credit it and instead just said I wasn’t eligible with no explanation. Will never go near them again

I cannot fault this casino at all. They might be a new brand casino hence some of the negative reviews but I’ve not had an issue. Verified my account within 24 hours. Paid out winnings under 1K within an hour last week and then the further 3K the next business day without problems

Kinda hard to wrap my head around some of the other reviews. Having experienced some genuinely bad bookies online that try to weasel out of any payouts/ bonuses, Fitzdares are a breath of fresh air. The app/site works like a charm, never any weird downtime. They pay out in full in a timely manner and even give a free loyalty bet every week. Not quite sure what more you need. Solid bookie, keep up the good work.

Don’t waste your money with them is my adviceBlackjack is nothing short of embarrassing.Thankfully I can afford it but still won’t be using no more, to see the dealer beat me with 21 9 times out of 16 when I had 20 was utterly ridiculous and mathematically ludicrous Wherever I doubled down on 11 I got an ace or a two. Etc etc. There’s a huge difference between an edge and being greedy.Time to take my business elsewhere

Great site plenty of bonuses deposited £130 withdrew £530 only 4 stars atm as waiting to see how long withdrawal takes if quick then goes to 5 stars….update money in account within 2 hours….I’ve played numerous sites and this up there one of the best…and no I don’t work for them

I think they must just exist for mug punters because none of their odds are remotely competitive. Football golf cricket odds all poor compared to others and horse racing early prices are below averageLike a few others have said live chat doesnt work and when I emailed them I got blanked. No point telling people to call in. It’s not 1997. Maybe you could just reply to people when they contact you instead of trying to hunt people down using initials on here?

Pros: Table Games selection isn’t too bad.Cons: Abysmal support. Dreadful odds. Disgusting bonuses (non existent). Horribly made app. Rubbish selection of slots. Appalling treatment since they suspend your account without even saying for KYC – at least email me or something and ask instead of randomly suspending my account without even saying. Pathetic!
