Other players, please read this review before you sign in to anywhere else. I have more than 15 years of experience from different gambling sites and i can assure everybody mansionbet has the best odds for sportsbetting. If you find ”good” odd from market leaders, you will get better odd from mansionbet. Also they have huge selection of available markets for every game. My personal favorites are over/under bets and most places they have only 3 or 4 markets available. Mansionbet has many markets for over/under bets. And…. This is just my experince but i dont understand why they have so bad reputation about withdrawals. I have made more than 10 withdrawals and ALL OFF THEM has been processed within 24 hours. If you are looking good site to do sportbets with good odds and high limits, you have found your site. This is my personal favorite and i regret i didnt join here earlier. Outsanding job Mansionbet!!!! Please keep up the high amount of different markets and good odds!

Unfortunately my recent experience of the Tote is similar to many people below – opened an account made a small deposit won a reasonable sum on the placepot then decided to use a a little profit on the gaming tables 20 minutes later account suspended – no explanation – then an email from safer gambling team stating that I will have to produce all manner of documentation, pay slips, bank statements etc etc – I am in profit! The Tote are completely incompetent and their staff just read from a script – agree with earlier comment they used to be known as the Nanny Goat now just the Nanny State. They will just hide behind the safer gambling legislation but that is nonsense they should not be asking for so much personal information – I have told them they are risking contravention of the GDPR but they don’t seem to care.

Awful! Deposit and withdrawals all fine until a big win when asked for verification. I send documents immediately yet my account still remains unverified and they hold on to my money. Never had issues with any other sites.

They have the remove the option of withdrawal. Better to keep only deposits.. the body which goes to graveyard and money wg8ch goes to royal panda will never come back.. “Nanny” was only meant to be rhyming slang, but the Tote has really taken its nickname to heart. Refused to lift £500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months’ bank statements showing £15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. Complete waste of time.I only wanted to use Tote to get 10% higher returns on pool bets, but I shouldn’t have bothered. The website is so slow and clunky, I struggled to get bets on in time even when they did allow me to deposit.Had to close my account and request a refund of my credit. Will stick to Betfair in future. They take all Tote bets, the website is well-designed and quick and easy to use – and I am treated like an adult.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I made an exceptionThey did an offer. Bet £100 or more on virtual sports and get £20 free bet. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn’t qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn’t care less. RoyalPanda literally stole €100 from me. Deposited to get bonus, as I realised it was a bonus after wager type of bonus I immediately tried to withdraw, but I couldn’t because my account was not verified. Every time I try to upload the documents I get error. STAY AWAY. ROYALPANDA IS A SCAM!

My account is closed around the end of July 2021. At first, Bwin said it was about document verification and requested for necessary documents.I sent the necessary documents and account verification has been completed.However, Bwin has kept my account closed and told me that a match I betted was under investigation and your account will be closed until the end of the investigation. Disabled my wallet with over $16040 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. Please avoid to open account or deposit in fun88 at any cost. They claim that they are leaders in betting industry but they will not give a single penny.
I have opened account 6 days back and deposited 25k. My user id is piyush2038. On 30th may i have submitted a request for 50k withdrawl. Till 2nd june morning, customer chat giving assurance that it will process soon ( means i have not received funds till 3rd day of withdrawl). On 2nd june evening they have locked my account and aksed bank statements, adhar card with selfie, pan card, driving license which i have provided. Today they are saying that they have permanently blocked my account due to violated of terms and they have forfeited all available fund and pending withdrwal. After requesting many times, they simply tell that company decision is final.

No betting company forfeited funds without any strong reason. They are cheates, frauds, they are only taking money from customers. I am helpless now.

If anybody is ready to fight with this company then i am also ready. I cant give my hard earned money to these cheaters. GOD will definitely punish them.

By some margin the worst bookkeeper I have dealt with. I registered, placed a bet and lost. Then didn't access my account for a week. After a week I placed some bets and won. That appears to have been where I went wrong. One is allowed to bet but not to win. The same day that I had my wins I had an email asking for proofs such as bank statements. Within a few hours of this my account was blocked and I could no longer access it in any way.

When I asked why, I was told it was because I failed to answer within 24 hours. In fact I had answered after about 22 hours but whether it was 5 minutes or 5 days, there was no need to block my access to the account. I have been restricted in stakes before with other bookies. Had to jump through hoops to make a withdrawal with some. But never blocked like this.

I have spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the situation. Sent many emails, predominantly to their escalations team. Still no joy. I heartily advise you to avoid this company.

This is an awful company it shouldn't allowed to operate. They are racists and discriminate customers. I created an account, deposit funds, send my documents, verified my account and placed a bet. After 2 or 3 months that I wasn't betting at all I logged in my account and I received an email from them that they wanted to know how much money I could afford to spend, time I spend on gambling, where I find the money to gamble. I answered. They demanded my bank statements and restricted my access to my account. I send everything to them and they came back to me:
Dear Dimitrios,

I regret to inform you that Fun88 have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers.

The device you used to interact with our website triggered an alert, and upon review it has been deemed the nature of that alert exceeds what is deemed to be an acceptable risk.

As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship.

I demanded to learn more. What was the problem, what I did wrong and they kept telling me their decision is final and they couldn't give me more information. I kept asking until they told me:

Our systems have flagged your withdrawal due to lack of turnover, £600 was deposited and only £8 of this has been staked, can you please provide an explanation for this?

Avoid them. You will loose your time and if you win I doubt they will pay you and will find a reason to void your winnings. They blocked my account without even betting. Do you imagine what they would do if I had win?

I joined this site last night, i deposited a small amount and played around for an hour on the esports. This morning I have made a total of two deposits, betting on football and esports again, after just a few hours my account has been locked and i have three emails all generic, labelled dear xxxx, asking me all about my gambling habits.

I have responded to these emails and asked for confirmation of my balance as i have had a successful bet whilst being locked out. They still havent replied.

I have been with the site less than 24 hours, I find it disgusting that in less than 24hours they think its appropriate to start quizzing people about their gambling, how can they judge a customer on less than 24 hours worth of play.

I am offended by their judgement so early, and their horrendous lack of customer support because they do not respond.

I have therefore requested via email that my account be closed with immediate effect and the balance withdrawn manually.
