Avoid as much as possible, money laundering in one word! They closed my account where I had won 1000f, I fought for a week to withdraw the funds, they told me to open a crypto wallet because otherwise they can’t, withdrawals manually, only I have a crypto wallet, so I opened it, crypto transfer It usually lasts from 10 minutes to a few hours, 3 days have passed and I still don’t have my winnings . I loved the website!!!But they have no deposit limits or gaming controls! I’ve deposited £3000 in a month on the website . Then wanted to withdraw £1000 . Tried for minimum a week but I was getting a message saying withdrawal limit reached even though, try lower amount or try again tomorrow. Spoken with minimum 10 people on the chat , sent 50 email not a single answer , they told me to clear the browser cache and try again that’s after hours of waiting . This company don’t follow the law.. I have repeatedly asked to have my account closed because of their ethics and they continuously say they will try and reach the department that closes the accounts.. strangely they can never reach that department.. my advice would be ask for you account to be closed then gamble with them..because any deposit made after you have proof of informing them your account should be closed will be refunded in most countries as a legal requirement.. also if you have asked for account closure.. take a screenshot then deposit and report them to visa and show the screenshot of you asking your account to be closed prior to the money being taken.. sometimes you have to fight fire with fire

This company is a total scam. They are operating without a licence. They are quite happy to take deposits via debit cards. They claim not to charge for deposits. However, the 3rd party they employ makes a charge. Easy to overlook these charges if you don’t check your statements carefully. The bank will (eventually) refund the charges if you raise a dispute. They allow players to make an initial withdrawal to gain your confidence. However, once you have substantial funds in your account (400 GBP in my case), they come up with a range of excuses to not pay up:-1. No withdrawals if you have a bet active;2. No withdrawals if you have a bonus active;3. No withdrawals if you have bonus funds;4. No withdrawals in the evenings;5. No withdrawals over the weekend;6. No withdrawals via method used for deposits because of technical issues which carry on for nearly a month!7. Have to provide crypto account details for a manual withdrawal which never materialised.8. Claim the account is under “review” until documents have been verified. Note sure how this is going to work as I was never asked to supply these extra documents.I wish I could them NEGATIVE stars! Never again!

Has anybody ever got a full withdraw from funbet casino? They tryed to pay me out in bitcoin which ino nothing about so I refused it. Feels like customer support is passing me from pillar to post. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Please Please stay away from this site! They are absolute criminals and have robbed MY money. I feel so stupid to have believed they were a genuine site! I won quite abit of money and tried to withdraw, told my the level I was at that I could only withdraw up to £500 every 24 hours, tried to withdraw this but it would not allow me, let me choose £400 but just pending, 24 hours later I tied again and have got an error message ever since, I kept contacting them daily asking why and done all the steps they told me to, still no luck. I kept contacting them and told them I wanted my money back and they said the only way I could have it is if I made a crypto account which I wouldn’t do. Absolute robbery of a company. allegedly have a max daily withdrawal of £500 but after withdrawing £90 told me I had reached my daily limit. Fine, I’ll withdraw tomorrow but I still got the same message. With £400 in the account I went on their useless live chat feature and was told to wait 2 hours, clear cache and cookies etc… to no avail. 5 days later still unable to withdraw and I highly doubt I will at any point.
