Would not recommend. After about a month I received an email from them to say that i am no longer eligible for promotion. Seems a strange way to treat a new customer.

I've had an account with these for years and thought I'd resume betting again. As I've moved, I thought I'd attempt to update my address. Simple request, no? Well, apparently not.- Cannot change details once logged in, so live chat says to send proof of new address.- Send council tax bill. - Reply to say it doesn't match the address on the account (well, no it wouldn't, would it).- Resend.- Reply that it is more than three months out of date and they won't accept e-statements (which everything else is).- Attempted to update my e-mail.- Reply to say my e-mail is from an address they don't have on file (again, it wouldn't be).- Demand I phone despite explaining I can't due to being deaf.It should not be this difficult to do a simple thing. I appear to be communicating with inept droids incapable of deviating from a script. If it's this difficult trying to do a simple thing, then I dread to think what might happen if I start betting and request a withdrawal .... oh wait, I can see judging from the other reviews here!In short, avoid - plenty of other outfits to choose from.

Just got booted out the door by these guys as I tend to win more than I lose so thats not a problem as they have a business to run and no bookie will tolerate a winner. Had problems getting my account verified as their email server was rejecting attachments but in fairness to the guys on the phone ( Thomas ) they had it sorted in no time and monies transferred out. Would reccomend as they do have good prices

tried to change an address but they do not accept Water Bill online bills 'because of procedure'. Customer services kept talking over me and saying'procedure, procedure' over and over. Wouldn't put me through to the Manager-lied that he was unavailable and wouldn't offer a callback. Now saying it takes 72 hours for a Finance team to look at a proof of address (a 'procedure' that takes less than 20 seconds).I would'nt recommend them - poor odds, poor service, no interest in delivering a good customer experience

I spent two weeks on this website and I had an experience that I still can’t believe happened. First, I was insulted by their Live Chat. And I mean that literally. They basically called me an idiot and spent 10 minutes insulting me when I asked for help. I can only assume I caught someone on a bad day, but I don’t expect to be treated like this either way. I did finally receive a half-arsed and half-hearted apology for this, but then things got worse.I was then forced through the verification process, which is fine as this is common. But nothing about this process was common and it was made abundantly clear that they just didn’t want to pay me.They asked for my passport. I sent them it. Then they insisted that I take a picture of me holding my passport. I sent them that as well. They then said that they needed ANOTHER form of Photo ID, because apparently my passport isn’t proof enough. When I informed them that I don’t drive and don’t have a driver’s license, they implied that I should get a driver’s license and then send them it.They knew I didn’t have a driver’s license because this was mentioned when they requested my passport. So I know for a fact that the only reason they asked for this, is because they knew I didn’t have one and were hoping I would give up.I mean, seriously. This actually happened. And this is a reputable gambling company? I think not.I also had issues with utility bills and credit card statements, all of which they asked for and all of which I sent. But nothing, no matter how exact or clear, was accepted. They told me a letter was too blurry, even though it was not. They told me not to send cropped images, even though I did not. I was waiting for an excuse of, “No, sorry, we only accept black and white images taken with a Kodak ZX2 camera made in 1992”, because that’s how ridiculous this was.There was just no way of winning. In the end, it was very clear to me that they were just messing about and had no intention of paying me the £1,300 they owed me. I’m fairly sure that if I had applied for a driver’s license, opened a new bank account and acquired a new credit card (all things they expected me to do, even though I had given them everything they asked for) they would have started asking me for samples of my blood and DNA. And even then, I’m sure that would not have been enough, “This DNA is not good enough. We also need your fingerprints from when you were 18, as well as your first pubic hair”.I have passed my complaint onto the gambling commission and will be doing my best to spread the word about this despicable scam of a company. Unfortunately for them, I make my money in digital advertising and will be using my time and my money to ensure all of their prospective customers avoid them like the plague that they are.This company needs to be avoided, because if you ever win any money, then believe me, they will do their best to avoid you.

Don't bother joining with these jokers if your planning to use there bonus! It's more or less a scam as you will be unlikely to withdraw your money at any time! But there more than happy for you to deposit money! I deposited £50 and received a £50 bonus. But the catch is you have to wager over £1500! Which is a huge amount for such a small bonus! But then you also have to do that in 14 days to withdraw any cash. They don't mention the 14 days bit when advertising there bonus you have to look deep into there t&c's to find that. I'd been very lucky and won a few decent size bets and I'd placed at least one bet each day since taking the bonus. I'd won a few lost a few but had £288 in my account which they have now stolen out of my account as the 14 day period is up and I'm left with £0. To meet there requirements within 14 days it's almost impossible which they know and is why they impose this time limit so they never have to pay out! Stick with the more reputable bookies at least you know where you stand with them! SCAMMERS STAY CLEAR!

Be careful. I opened an account with £200, I was then given a "Bonus Bet" of £200. Once using this bonus bet I was told that I could not take any winnings out unless I wagered £3200. This is shockingly a trick to get customers trapped. Once I complained I was told it was in the "terms and conditions". There are terms and conditions and then there are UNFAIR terms and conditions. Communication with helpdesk is like talking to a robot, standard non-helpful answers. After finally agreeing to cancel my bets I am now told it takes 3 working days to validate and then another 7-10 working days to take my money out. Ouch.

Vernons have had 1000s of pounds from me over the years. I went through a couple of years of not winning. I was even with them when they had an awful site with software that never worked properly. I've played bingo and slots. Recently I had a few wins I was delighted. When I've had a few problems and complained I've been looked after I wrote amazing reviews for the support staff and thanked them. I got a few bonuses for my birthday and so on. Everything seemed great. Not until I won a lousy sixty quid and now they're asking for ID. After years of being a customer I resented this. To ask for a personal photo of you holding your ID is perfectly ridiculous and everyone knows with any accomplished artist you can photoshop it. (I have a post graduate in multimedia) Anyway the kind Eric who's a really good guy sorted it out for me. I understand their need for ID I get it but they were being awkward and I've been with them for years, even wrote to the CEO. He's just a person like us. Anyway good site and you can actually win on here brilliant for a virtue fusion site. Why don't their machines pay a jackpot?? You never get five the same of the higher wins ever. Surely there is something very wrong with that. However vernons you do. I've won four times on Marine Mayhem got the dolphins which is only 40 quid but it's a 20p multiplayer and they are rarer than hens teeth. ON other sites not so much. (never)

After using another site for a few years, I recently switched to sports.winner.co.uk and found it so much faster and easier to navigate around the sports pages and the prices are updated very quickly. The site is kept very simple, which is probably why it's so quick. I would recommend this site more than other other, the help/support are very quick to respond as well. Very easy to use!

This is my first time using this betting site, but“sports.winner.co.uk” is great. It was a bit daunting at the beginning with so many pages to view and so many sports available to bet on, not to mention the online casino and slot games etc, however it was really easy to navigate around the site. For questions or if you just need a little help, there are several different ways to contact the site support team, including live chat….so no hanging around waiting for an email response. Overall, I would say this is a very professional site and if you like to gamble online, this site is for you. Log on and have a go!

I find ‘'sports.winner.co.uk ‘' an excellent site overall with best time-consuming content to whittle away the long hours of the day. I recently came across this site and I must say I just love it. The website has the most extensive category list of games. I'm currently hooked on ‘'Rubik's Riches''. The site has ‘'Help'' option with over four different way to contact the support team which is very handy and essential for a good site and it makes you feel as if you are in good hands. In my opinion, this site definitely appeals to the average person because the layout is so simple but very effective. It is a clean site with a Flawless look and well-organized content. I love their mobile app too. It's so cool. Another amazing thing is that they got over 40 payment method with local payment providers in dozens of countries. Wow! Overall a great site with not only great design but excellent content as well. Great job to everyone involved!

This is the first time I've used a website to place football bets, previously I've just betted at the bookies. The site is well laid out and easy to use, with a design that allows you to quickly see all the events coming up, including the odds. I like how when you choose an amount to bet the site automatically shows you how much you would win. This makes the process quicker, and allows for fast comparisons and decisions on bets to make. The site is professionally programmed, with quick load times, no lag and no bugs that I know of. There is a huge range of sports to bet on; from football, tennis and horse racing down to winter sports. The main page shows all upcoming fixtures for the most poplar sports. On the side bar there is the full list to choose from, so navigation was simple and quick. Anyone who likes a flutter like me can always find something they want to take a gamble on in this site. Overall this is a promising site and seems a great option for betting from the comfort of home, which is a good job in this weather! I recommend people give it a go and try their luck.

Before registering with them i have asked if they require any documents in terms of account verification they said yes, ID copy and Proof of address. I sent my document to relevant department just before depositing. And after 2-3 days i have received an email saying that they don't accept electronic version of POA. I said ok i will send the one coming to my address. I sent it straight after. 5-6 days and they will still check my documents and verify the account and then i will be able to withdraw money. Withdrawals takes 48 hours to process. Mine never processed and i have lost all my winnings during this period. They are blood suckers they will do anything to lose your money. Don't even register with them. Their live chat off most of the times responding times is very slow sometimes you wait 30 minutes to get answer. Emails not being answered either. Dont register with them...

They've had the same rubbish Welcome Promotion for years, and their promotions in general are some of the most boring I have ever seen, For some reason when I joined it wouldn't let me deposit by card, so had to use PayPal. None of the Support team would say why I couldn't use card, just 'try something else'. After four bets, they stopped allowing me to place any more.
