Worse of the worseJoined this pile of turds the other week, no wins hardly, no In game features like someone had switched them off. Increase my monthly deposit limit to £175 from £100 but it then allowed me to deposit £175 not £75. When I went to see my gaming history they blocked me from seeing but saying I had to upload id, same old chestnut ay, not even had a cashout and they want id??? Leave well alone they wouldn’t even let me see my gaming history it was that bad. Bet I get no reply. This site is getting reported to gambling commission as its gone against basic casino rules by letting me deposit more and just by their sneaky actions 21st century con artists

Absolutely appalling. Didn’t get my sign up bonus as came out with pathetic excuse about me already having an old account. Funny but I thought you were only allowed one account? The games only payout the lowest possible ratio which makes the site appear rigged. Customer service useless as have a curt attitude and could not care less stance. KYC is crap as they don’t want to know you at all, just your deposits. Would not recommend only to stay well clear. As they say a fool and his money are soo parted which certainly is the case here. Disgusting service I won 1000 free spins on wheel of wins and they haven’t gave me them. Said it will be referred to technical team 10 working days t/a still nothing back. Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. Waste of time. There is no place in the Gambling industry for this company. Their website is atrocious cost me a treble bet it selects different things when you press on it its so sluggish and slow. Cost me a bet my putting a horse in the bet I didn’t select when put bet on quick before race and couldn’t check. They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

The website is good, the app is fairly terrible and could do with some work. There are a couple of things that bug me about Betdaq. 1. If you watch a live stream of your bet, the app crashes at the end of the stream. 2. in Sportsbook, on either the web or app, if you want to put an EW acca on some horses. Don’t bother, you can’t and if you can, I’ve not found out how. The exchange is good and fun but liquidity is limited. I do have to say that the odds are generally a little higher in the sportsbook than on other sites and this is great.

So I made a account deposited via PayPal linked to my bank card opted in for the 200 free spins spent £30 they did not honour the free spins because I payed with PayPal . When it clearly states Bet victor will take PayPal balance before they take from my card . Paid out in the beginning but now it’s just take take take. Avoid, there are better sites out there. The game mysteriously jumps so bonuses are not won during play. And, if you do hit a bonus the payout is derisory.

Started off well, with plenty of offers and good odds on some matches. But started to decline when I won an ew bet on odds of 20, with bets not accepted. please do not bet with this company.my husband has and they asked for every detail about you for verification.he gave a bank stement.driving license but still wanted pay slips and tax returns very.very personal and if you do not provide the documents they block the deposit and withdrawals even if you have money in your account which my husband did. asked for the money to be transferred but said wanted more identification this is well open for fraud to which my son does work for the police in that cetain dept to which i will be looking into.they make you feel like a child.please do not bet with them.0 stars if i could.just look at the reviews they have been getting lately and make your own mind up.should be closed down.

This seems to be a common thing, looking at other recent reviews. I’ve been with Sky Bet for years and received an email this week stating they will be restricting my account, following a review by their trading team (removing access to free bets, promos etc)I asked (what I thought was a reasonable question) why they are restricting my account and all they would say is “we are not obligated to tell you” – the email and the correspondence comes across as condescending with little/ no respect for the customer. Like others (looking at reviews), I am a responsible gambler, only staking about £5/ week, normally utilizing promotions on football which I use just to enjoy the games a bit more. My account is up about £350 this year and about the same last year. It’s clear they only treat you like a customer if you are losing large sums of money and those that gamble responsibly aren’t acceptable customers and will be made to feel like cheats. I have sky TV, internet, sports etc and pay them £100+/ month. In my mind, it’s all relative. It’s a shame but I’m leaving Sky Bet and will go elsewhere. Not that they’ll care. Anyone reading this review that is a responsible gambler and wants to be treated as a human, I’d suggest going elsewhere

I am a skybet customer, today I was meant to get a 5 free bet. It was meant to be added by 5pm as per the terms of the contract. I contacted after this time and agent joe told me it should be there tomorrow there is nothing they can do. This is a contract breach and for other customers who have been let down by this company, I will be pursuing legal action against skybet. If anyone else feels strongly and would like an update on this let me know.

I am re writing my review as my last review was unfair, After trying many other online Casinos I have given BetVictor an additional 2 stars. Based on the fact the customer support is quick and good and there is a very good selection of Slots to play on. The only problem I found is that it seems to take ages to hit any Bonus feature and the return is very small. You will get the occasional half decent win just to keep you afloat etc but not often enough. In conclusion, it is definitely worth signing up for the New player offer as it was the best that I could find, maybe your luck on the slots will be better than mine hey. Good luck
