Tried to close my account online on numerous occasions, it would not let you perform this procedure. If you can only close your account from 9.00am to 4,00 pm how is that safegarding people who want to stop? This company should be investigated by the gambling commison as they are not adhering to the rules and regulations. Please dont give me the indignity of providing the usual company response. Please Please don't waste your money on this site.

Cashout only when you lose never when you win had acca 11 won 10 matches last match was 2:0 in my favor cashout blocked at the end it finished 2:2 but i coudnt withdraw about 3.300£ which is no sense, honestly avoid this site you will never be happy with this site which is very bad. Customer service never helps aswell you need to proove how much you earn and send a bank Statement which is bizzare. Grovesnor app is the worst one I have ever used. Keeps losing connection all the time..spent over an hour trying to get to the poker game..ended up having to waste £10 at casino as could not connect to play a poker game at all...poker does not work on PC as it is and doesn't work at all properly on app either ..they are aware of the problem judging by other people's feedback and disappointed that I have wasted so much of my time on this ..shame on you Grovesnor

All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn't actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don't like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don't commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don't want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn't request, however that still wasn't good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven't replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!

Dafabet is fraud. My friend made a deposit to them via btc which they said due to btc rate it was lower than the expected amount. They asked her to send her btc wallet for refund and for several months still nothing. They even tried to convince her that it was sent to an address which is the exact same address they gave her to make deposit claiming that it’s hers. They even said it was processed and can not be reviewed.

Without a doubt the worst tin pot excuse for a bookmakers I have ever seen, quite happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing it’s a completely different story, this isn’t to do with bonus’s this is a normal deposit then a win and they are making it impossible to withdraw. They’ve asked for so much documentation to withdraw a small amount of money (£200) and now that they’ve received that they’ve got another excuse not to pay me out because I can’t provide them with a picture of the debit card I used 6 months ago because silly me I lost it and forgot to take a picture of it. I doubt I will receive my money they obviously do this in the hope people give up which I’m sure I will but please please don’t use this company stick to the well known reputable sites. These are scammers and everything should be done to have their licence removed!

Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips aren’t enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and it’s simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before I’ve deposited thousands with you, it’s that simple. Avoid.

The best thing about the site is if you are lucky enough to win they do offer a speedy withdrawal service however not much else is any good. The customer service and promotions are shocking and nothing to offer players. If you are like me and like to be made to feel appreciated when depositing your money then plenty of other sites that offer loyalty or priority schemes.

Very stable site.no crashes or freezes as Betfair does with annoying regularity.The liquidity for horse racing and mayor football leagues is more than adequate.minor or secondary football leagues is poor.overall I am slowly moving my laying from Betfair to BETDAQ.But I am not a high roller.However for the normal layer or backer BETDAQ is more than adequate .I had one interaction with customer services ,the speed of response was above adequate and my query resolved .The banking ,deposit,withdrawal also works faultlessly.However it is not instant as Betfair or B365 as example.overall very useable site.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case.This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when 'safer gambling' is supposedly of paramount importance. ( cue the crap underneath about how they protect their customers and have strategies in place).Please use a different betting service.

Dreadful company. I have placed two bets. I am at an absolutely world changing £12 in profit. They then spend the next 10 days requesting an incredible amount of ID - including bank cards, oh no those aren't good enough because you didn't sign your card (laminated plastic that pens don't work on) - bank cards again. Now utility bills. Oh no we need even more utility bills. Driving License next. Now your Council tax bill please. Then I get "Your council tax bill isn't the address on your account?" (It was). You finally comply and get through the thousand hoops they put up for you, finally some relief... Nope. Now they want bank statements going back months, oh and pay slips from your work! Then next they lie again, they say you pressed a button saying you admitted being uncomfortable with the amount of gambling you do (I absolutely did not). So then you are forced to go through a conversation if you are comfortable gambling, how do you feel about your level of gambling, how much do you spend gambling etc. The site also refuses to load on mobile and many browsers. It works on desktop chrome. But then, oddly, the live chat does not.. and that only seems to work on Firefox? They are clearly designed to frustrate you into getting your money stuck in there. Absolute scum. My only regret of this review is that I cannot rate 0/5.

This company offer bonuses but never apply them until you contact them. They look for any excuse not to pay out. I have had to take them to dispute resolution services on two occasions to force them to pay my winnings. I would not go so far as to say that these people are scammers but they sail very close to the wind. Avoid.

I have had to take them to dispute resolution services on two occasions to force them to pay my winnings. I would not go so far as to say that these people are scammers but they sail very close to the wind. Avoid.
