Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free £88 ? Beware the worst betting site and please avoid at all costs. They will try and cheat you out of money by closing accounts and giving false excuses. After they closed my account i sent valid ID documents. A week later i get a email stating my account has been closed for good with there first excuse being suspicious behavior on the site. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they haven’t followed the correct procedures.
