Absolutely shocking casino. I have been with them around a year. I made a withdrawal of £80 but then they required extra verification procedures. It’s just a sham of a company. Hopefully will get my withdrawal it’s not a lot of money but it’s the priceable they are happy to take my money and I will be closing my account for good. I now use Mr Q withdrawal is more or less instant and never an issue to withdraw up to 48 hours to withdraw to PayPal is a joke that’s not including if they ask for extra documents etc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t play this site. Its easily one of the worst,If not the worst. I play a lot of online sites and have a very successful track record. I play one or two games a certain way which limits loss and can produce high returns. On this site however zilch. I have spent over £1500 and never have had any win. I am lucky its not a problem as the last £300 was lost deliberately checking out the gaming to be sure. Its a total con. They claim to be protecting you when the losses mount up. In fact they are covering themselves. I don’t mind a game even where the odds favor the house 60/40. This is honestly nearer 95% in their favor. Avoid.

This is a scamming site, I sign up to genting casino for a bonus offer. I deposited £20 and should have got another £20 money added to my account which didn’t happen. I Messaged them and they said it was a management decision that I won’t get the bonus. I asked multiple times for the reason behind why I can’t get the bonus and they won’t give an answer.

At this stage I feel like they are some what close to being scammers . I had very high hopes when I saw they are part of me green. Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them it’s been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no we’re to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and it’s over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.

Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn’t read my complain. And now, i can’t even unsubscribe to their newsletter! There are other betsites that are better. So dont make an account on this one! Be smart!

Brillant site. I was able to play a bery good selection of gamesEasy to deposit and easy to withdraw (very quick withdrawal time)And very good responsible gambling care. I have a limit on my account and its not much but I reached it and they sent me a survey out to see how I was doing and because I answered on the servey that I reached my limit and within 1 hour they phoned my to do a check to see if I was ok as a reached my limit. Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasn’t told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.

Don’t waste your time or money on them – you’re not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I’m sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn’t transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting ‘Customer Service’ is that it was ‘a management decision’, but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don’t think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I’d bet my last 10p they won’t respond to this glowing review with anything other than ‘it was a management decision’. Only good thing abt this site is that there’s 24/7 live chat so have any issues, they there to help. That’s it. First deposit didn’t give me my 70 free spins n made me opt in again n make deposit to get the 70 spins n still that did work so spoke with live chat n I was awarded 10 spins. I have funds in my account totalling just under £1500 since I tried to withdraw them Parimatch have made my life hell on earth. Do not use this company. They have demanded I send in identification despite me sending it in April/May via post to their head office. They have closed my account without my permission and they do not respond to email correspondence I’m at my wits end I don’t know what to do. They also refuse to help me with things like a subject access data request I have requested one 5 times over the last few months and they refuse to give me it. These guys are absolute crooks. Not great so far gotta say, their overall system RTP for casino games is so heavily weighted in their favour. Even games which typically have good returns, such as Age of the Gods, are sub-standard industry-wise on this site. I came purely for the variety of games and it’s all I’m staying for as their bonus schemes are not worth the time or money. Very unusual for a company which is a subsidiary of LC International Ltd who also run Coral and Ladbrokes, (who by the way are much better).
