I love the quick and easy deposits, withdrawal is usually instant with my method of deposit ( and i mean instant), the few times it hasn’t been instant, its been a few hours or the next day…I have just had a really unfortunate incident where Support messed up and i ended up losing quite a bit of winnings due to their mistake saying i had to wager my bonus before withdrawing… However, once it was explained fully and clearly they escalated it, looked into it for me, and i have indeed been given a refund…Most casinos would have simply brushed me off and not given me the funds im sure…. Genting handled it wonderfully, i’ll be playing there instead of anywhere else now.

Its not scam ?I won quite a bit of money yes they required evidence and it did take some time to process the chat isn’t great but they do eventually get back to you! But my money is now in my account via wire transfer. If you provide the evidence they require you will be able to withdraw no problem.

Absolute con, they let you deposit no problem but when you want to make a withdrawal they ask for documents, you upload the documents and wait for an email to say they are been verified, once you receive the email and try to withdraw, you still can’t withdraw they still ask for the same documents that you have already sent and have already been verified, they ignore your emails and their live chat is a joke, it’s a machine and you type your message which they say they will respond within 6 hours but don’t. Please do not waste your money on this site because they probably won’t pay you out if you win. They will make you continuously keep logging in to see if you can withdraw until you lose your money. This is the worse site I have ever used. I deeply regret not reading the reviews on them before I was depositing.

Deposited €20 and was given a bonus that I didn’t want. Trying to get it removed currently and finding it near impossible to contact these. I would advise to stay away if possible. Signed up to this site no wins for a while when I did win payout was the next day by 6am!I had already uploaded ID, driving license and picture of bank card with middle 8 number blanked out. Agree with others that the bonus added to account is annoying but can’t fault their payouts

I felt I had to write a review because I read all the ones below and it scared me so much!! So, I won quite a large amount on roulette and requested a withdrawal…yes I didn’t receive any reply from email nor did I receive a reply from online chat. HOWEVER, the money landed in my paypal account in less than 36hours. To my knowledge, I have never received instant funds from online casinos… the only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 was because I was unable to withdraw the full amount and went back and played a little and lost that haha! It gets a one star as that’s the bare minimum, but to be honest I don’t feel it’s even worthy of that.Deposited and got a bonus (usually refuse them but didn’t get chance on this occasion) managed somehow to meet all the wagering requirements and had a balance of £1000. Waited days on live chat/email for a response to my query regarding ID. Eventually was completely verified, made my withdrawal then waited days to be told via email it had been refused, no explanation why they’re keeping £1k of my money. Don’t confuse the two. Genting landbased casinos no longer have any association whatsoever with Genting Online. I’ve never had any issues with the landbased casinos, however, Genting Online is ONE BIG SCAM. I repeat all the negative reviews in respect of Genting Online. Worst experience.I have been trying to withdraw amount, but they are not letting me process it , it shows you have active bonus which needs to cancel in order to withdraw. You don’t see any option of cancel your bonus (welcome bonus which will be automatically added on your signup, there is no option you can untick this promo code on signup, it’s a TRAP). The bouncers out side on the morning of June 4th-bald white man tall, & 2 x Indian men- I work as a shot girl and I got lost in Sheffield with no internet. Not a very good start. I signed up last night depositing £50 quid, I am now on £2910. I can’t withdraw anything as my bonus is still active. I’ve tried live chat and no reply. I was asked by one member of staff to get cash out to join. Tried to rejoin the queue and was confronted by a member of staff. Asked them to let me get through to my gf and accused me if being drunk. Firstly, to try and put people’s minds at ease slightly, I can confirm that you do EVENTUALLY get your withdrawal. However, it did take 28 days and numerous correspondence with the NOT SO live chat for me to see my two withdrawals in my bank account.As far as customer experience is concerned when it comes to the withdrawal process, this is by far the worst online casino company I have ever dealt with. Average reply time for the support chat is 3 to 4 working days, despite the current reply time stating a few hours and when you do eventually get a response, it is often rather unhelpful. Finally, when you email them with the various verification details they ask for, you do not get any confirmation that they have received them. You just have to assume the email was delivered.My experience with the rest of the website was actually quite good and the live blackjack, which is all I played, was also very good. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino.
