Decided to join genting casino online today and was offered a deposit bonus. If I deposited £20 I would be given a extra £30 and 50 free spins on starburst. Having joined other casinos with similar offers in the past I was doubtful I'd win anything.
From the get go, the bonuses where paying massively and I eventually hit my wagering requirements, I ended up withdrawing £730 back to my card which I'll have in a few days time got to say the withdrawal process was one of the quicker ones I've seen in terms of approving them.

On 27th Dec 2020, I joined the bookmaker http://www.gentingbet.com and went through their verification process by emailing them documentation. However, they did not request evidence of wealth.

There were some initial difficulties because they wanted signed documents and I do not have hand control. Eventually, their manager accepted the unsigned documents.

Unfortunately, they then emailed me:

“Thank you for your email, and apologies for the delay getting back to you – given your situation I wanted to discuss your account with our safer gambling team before making a decision on it. Having done so, I’m afraid we’ve taken the decision to close your GentingBet account and refund your deposit (the refund will leave our account tonight, please allow 2-5 working days for your card issuer to process the funds.)

We apologise for any disappointment that this decision may cause, and fully appreciate your point about making our services accessible, but as a gambling operator we also have to consider our responsibility to protect potentially vulnerable players from being harmed by gambling, and are concerned that given your circumstances accepting play from you would be an irresponsible course of action.”

I am disturbed and confused over GentingBet’s refusal to allow me to use their website because I cannot use my hands. Pre-covid, I regularly went to Bingo without difficulty. I’ve also have been to physical casinos and I have accounts with other online bookmakers.

While I accept that GentingBet has to protect vulnerable players, they also have a duty to not do this in a non-discriminant manner. Refusing to offer services based on physical disability is discrimination and therefore unlawful.

One of the worst sportsbooks out of a small group that have the audacity to claim legitimacy and a so-called decent track record. Advertised two free bet offers directly to my account, but as soon as I was enticed into betting with them, they decided to close my account without further notice. I had already lost one bet so they have practically stolen £ 20 from me.

I have never had an experience like this with other sportsbooks. It is their right to close an account, but typically their competitors honour all ongoing offers and release final funds. This is to create trust and avoid foul play, especially when a user’s account is closed as a disciplinary measure.

Truly embarrassing.

Terrible casino worst I have ever experienced. Apparently I was told they review your account on a weekly basis in on week I must have staked nearly if nothing more than 10000 pounds amd still no bonus so not sure how it works 888 amd virgin casinos give me a huge bonus every week so join them. first time on here, put 30 down and upto 80 won but numbers keep changing on webpage totally confusing and a money loss pit, Cant withdraw anything and i,m in credit in bonus cash but with no viable games to play ! Had a phone call off a rep about a 100% bonus for the their online casino. I haven’t been on this site for a long time, but thought I would give it ago. I put £40 on and had a total of £80.
As soon as I started playing my account balance started to but up and down for like £70 to £30. nothing to do with with what I was playing. I wAs playing £2 a spin. Anyway played my money turned out the bonus disappeared and when I questioned with customer service about it, I was made out to be a liar.

Have been here a few times but my last experience was not pleasant I don’t know what the managers name is but was very rude after I had a situation with a young inexperienced croupier who did not know what he was doing when I asked the pit boss to sort the problem I was treated like a id—-t reception for head office phone number and name of manager which she gave as ray and a phone number of a local takeaway will not be returning.this place at one time was very busy including all the local Chinese who have since left this casino and moved on to Leo’s on the dock road can’t blame them that’s where I’ll be from now on shame on you keep this up and you will all be out of a job .☹️

Ive been here on several with friends .
I was tolled I was not a member and had to register again after all my friends got in.
The reception was rude and didn’t have time for anybody .
One roulette table open and one Jack blackjack table open only .
Couldn’t get never them.
Had to ask for table to be open and was tolled 20 minutes.
Staff where all none helpful .
I’m a 58 year old gentlemen and was treated like a child .
Won’t be going there again.
Do yourself a favour go somewhere else.

Their website has a traditional layout which may prove difficult when using it, also some of the contents in the website take time to load. It is a good thing that this isn’t the case with the in-play and live betting although the in-play betting interface is not that good but there is no issue when you consider functionality.

GettingBet is a bookie with a pretty much easy-to-use website, the design is also really nice, although, the website can get cumbersome as there is a lot of information sometimes. They have a working customer service that runs 24 hours a day, an email as well as live chat. As for bonus and promos, you get £10 for your first loss.

Nice list of slots but I have never come across a casino where every slot you play is suddenly completely dead.
It is proof these casinos are not audited because I got around 50% RTP off 3,000 spins hitting 1 bonus round which paid around x30 bet which was my biggest win in all those spins!

They have just said I cannot withdraw my £200 winnings into the account I have registered on the site. I have sent them all the info and ID they asked for now they are saying I can’t have my winnings.
I put £100 in and they took it within seconds but when I won they won’t give it to me. We’re not talking 10’s of thousands it’s £200. Let’s see how long before/if I receive it.

It has to be said, if you are looking for a great night out you should seriously consider Genting Casino Salford.
There is always a lot going on with all your favourite games, from Roulette, Blackjack and Three Card Poker to a great 'Slots' area too.
The Poker area is always well managed with great tournaments for the experienced or not-so experienced players.
If you like good food then make sure you check out the 'Fahrenheit Restaurant' area, and pick from a very extensive menu. They do amazing 'Meal Deals' enabling you to get a 2 course or 3 course meal for a terrific set price (I HIGHLY recommend the lamb), go on treat yourself.
If you are just a bit peckish though, take a look at the Bar Menu for some great snacks. Either way, the quality of the food is always fantastic and great value for money too.
The staff are always really friendly and there are very efficient valets who will happily bring your drinks (or food) to your table. They do get very busy though so please be patient.
The Genting Salford is a such a great place to go.

This is online review for Genting. This site keeps forgetting my password and saying it's wrong when it's not. I have to keep resetting password and this also doesn't work most times. The bad review is based on customer support. The request a call back doesn't work. The live chat has never anyone there so only way to communicate is via email and half the time they don't reply. Really poorly run site

Hey my fellow gambling addicts I have joined Genting casino in Nottingham and deposited £240 in total on slots which I lost and did not gain any wins or any bonus games at all. As a new user to a casino usually they give you money and allow you to win in the beginning so you can get a little jolly and then they take your money back, well in this case Genting casino in corner house did not give me anything at all, the hungry machines just drained all of my money, I tried all of the machines periodically spending £240 across all machines, tried a few games like lucky lady charm, lord of the ocean, book of rah, gave me nothing, some buttons are jammed on the machines, sometimes they slow down while spins are active as if somebody is monitoring your performance, do not bother going there, go to Alea or Grosvenoir better, bigger more fun easy wins.

I had big problems with regard to getting paid out from their online casino, it was jumping through hoop after hoop. There are far better places to play online that simply pay out the winnings when you win!

I should not have really been surprised when I visited the Genting Casino in Brighton after my horrendous online experience. It is a real back street plane with dodgy customers and even more dodgy staff. I made the mistake of winning a little and was watched like a hawk by several members of staff and the manager until I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave the table.

If you think I am being sensitive I am not! Whilst at this casino I witnessed a drunk guy win about 10k when he cashed in and asked the manager to call him a taxi he was told that he would not get a taxi as he had won enough money and the manager then pointed to the door and said that the guy could walk down the road and maybe he might be lucky and a taxi would be there. It was 4am and the guy was drunk. These people are real scum, you have been warned.
