Kept cancelling my £900 withdrawal for over a week. No help whatsoever, kept telling me all different things were wrong but they weren’t as I reviewed them all time after time. All casinos that feature Pragmatic slots from time to time will be operating unlawfully whether they know it or not. Pragmatic, periodically lower the payout rate of all there slots, this is happening more frequently and can last days at a time. Very hard to navigate round the website there’s to much going on on the page itself an also you make it hard to withdraw winnings and to easy to deposit. You want proof of id what blood type bla bla when people want to withdraw winnings, this should work the other way round ie when making a deposit not collecting winnings.

I enjoy playing in gentingbhowever I withdrew funds carried on playing with remainder got a bonus eon £2.89 funds dropped to where I could not bet so deposited £50 played and got to 110 pounds went to withdraw could not withdraw and spoke on support and whilst doing this increased balance to £142 was said about reward bonus so I cancelled the reward thinking this was blocking my funds however the entire balance vanished been waiting all day on high priority investigation not heard one word back. If it does not get resolved I will never touch genting again online or casinos

My whole experience with Genting was horrible and I feel robbed by them as some of my real money was taken to some bonus balance that you can withdraw only by wagering another real money you put in there! Basically I’ve deposited my first £10 and made more than £70 out of it and guess what? That all real money I played went to bonus balance! And all of the sudden it disappeared. Crap. They removed a very popular slot game that I used to like playing. When I asked them why, they told me the game was not popular enough.
