I won £42 and for some reason the total amount was then taken back from me. I don’t understand the reason why? It asked if I wanted to give back my bonus which wss £12.34 but it took the full amount from my online account with you. I was unable to contact you through the online chat. I would appreciate an explanation and my funds reinstated.

Am very onset if you put every week over 600 euro and not getting nothing back that’s wrong .them when you diling with customer service some of them very rude and don’t care what you are respecting like customer .I have one guy every time I contacted him in the night time he always called me with no promision. .just have to block number because he was ringing couple times .I asking couple time for specific bonus he always put wrong one .and for the end alway the same problem . deposit problem and always customers services took the same rubbish no respect to customer .I was spending over 15 thousand euros on thus app and I closed account .just no respect And no professional service

Bad bad bad payouts.Put a few hundred quid in over the past few days,eventually getting a bonus at £1 spins and get £8.50.Very bad rtp.Played another day and £20 deposit and playing 50p got nothing for £15 changed to 20p spins got bonus on last spins got £13 yippee carried on playing and it took the lot,not even seeing two scatter symbols. Honestly the worst online casino I have played. Deposited £300 and the largest bonus i could get back on £2 spin was £28 on eye of Horus megaways, Bonuses will activate on a lot of games but the returns compared to every other site I play are downright day light robbery. I would steer well clear of this one. It’s rigged. They may reply saying it’s down to luck etc etc it really isn’t they have rigged the games for the lowest payout possible site wide. If I could give less I would. The site is flawed with bugs which they deny. You send proof they say they never received ? You report they don’t respond , use the app they say you don’t literally they back peddle you whilst you loose credit ok crashed games and bonuses. I have asked for a manager to speak to me and contacts for the gaming commission and all they ask is. Nothing reported, no proofs , no issues while continuelly talking money in failed games.

The Casino’s in Stockport and Southampton are great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The gaming experience is good but important for everyone to gamble within their limits. I don’t like the online casino as the slot games are not the same to the ones in the venues
