First of I would like to say that the lack of communication from themselves is disgusting and their whole customer service process, I made a withdrawal via wire transfer this was made on 02/05, they advised that I would recieve this automatically I have no recieved anything. I have been in contact with my bank who have advised nothing is pending to go into my bank and a wire transfer has definitely not been made as I thought. The issue here is every time you try to contact their customer service, using chat you will raise a chat wait hours for someone to get back to you, for them to give you a generic response and then close the chat before you have time to respond to them! Shocking customer service, when using email you get completely ignored. I would like an update and proof that my payment has been sent my user name is Courtjane97! This is an awful site with a poor customer service, no customer care whatsoever do not recommend.

Completely different gaming experience to other sites. If you happen to win then it will more than likely be to cover what you put in. It did this repeatedly over a number of months playing daily. I will be told it’s random, and I’m sure it is, but due to this experience I closed my account.

WOW the reviews on here don’t surprise me one single bit, this company should be investigated on how it’s taking peoples hard earned money in a instant without any hesitation yet when you want to withdraw they keep the payment pending. Is this company for real? No contact number either, by far the worst gaming experience ever no one should have to go through what this company is putting its customers through. Something has to be done and I will definitely take this further.

Refused to pay me my winnings. Made me jump through hoops, they already had all the info they needed, bank details, id,utility bill, this went on for weeks. Customer service is terrible. None existent online chat. Had to stop using them as I was so worried I wouldn’t get my money if I won again. They don’t want u using Apple Pay yet it’s still an option for depositing with.

As with most of these companies they hide behind supposedly red tape about certain documents needed. We all know its rubbish. Venting casino do not verify when you are losing money for 1 month but when you win they want to verify you and the process is do difficult it is too much hassle, they took over £350 deposit without any issues , lost £300 and then I wanted to redraw my £50 and now they are refusing to release my £50 until I submit proof but still allow me to play games, I guess so I loose all my money ! Made a deposit of £50 and got 145 free spins. Won £24 on that. Then played baccarat. Went down to £15 and then up to £280. Tried to withdraw but my balance is suddenly on £0. No way to contact them except for the live chat. But no one is answering my questions on the live chat. So in essence they just stole £280 for me. And there is nothing I can do about it.

I’d be willing to change my review based on my withdrawal being sorted out.
