Absolut scam of a company! Have been with them for 3 years without a issue then they suddenly scammed me Firstly they applied a £4 bonus balance to my account without my knowledge or idea, I then deposited £330 of my own money, I placed a few small bets in online roulette and won £780.00 after trying to withdraw it said I can’t , as all my money is in the bonus balance… I tried cancelling this £4 bonus that was applied to my account without my knowledge with the warning that I’d lose the bonus amount, okay sure but then they took all my money, everything is gone, I am certain this is a glitch in their software.As per their policy any winnings won with a bonus would be added to the bonus balance, however my real money balance should still be the same as I didn’t wager it all, maybe a few pounds out of it.. and it shouldn’t go to zero.. Horrible site! No customer service and made impossible to withdrawl as they throw unwanted bonuses at you making it even more difficult to cancel and walk away with your winnings. They immediately take your deposit with no issue. I deposited £730 within 60 mins ( I play on £5 bet). Skill on net which owns this company are a disgrace. If you search you will see the gambling commission brought regulatory action against them in 2021 for breaches re social responsibility. There’s no clear way to find out how to redeem your bonus balance. You can deposit £10 but minimum withdrawal is £20. It seems they aren’t about repeat custom but fleecing new customers for as much as they can. Might work for them but I’d avoid this like the plague.

If you win on this site, it will take 3 days to get your information for proof of address and bank verification, then to talk to someone via email they respond between 2-8 hours, the withdraw time to transfer is 2-7 working days to process your funds, and the system is rather long, think you guys need to work on this.The games are good but also hard to use the online website, its confusing.
