I like playing at this casino. Withdrawals are usually within 24 hours and there is a good selection of games. The only issues for me are the very frustrating chatbot (getting through to a real person should be much quicker/simpler) and the total lack of any deposit match bonus offers. They used to give me regular deposit bonus offers but for the last few months even though I am at silver level I never get any deposit match bonus offers in my daily picks anymore. Otherwise it is one of my favourite sites.

Your company is a disgrace. You give absolutely nothing back to customers and im sick of spending on the site and not being appreciated. The website is horrible. Absolutely not user friendly. Only one tab can be open, otherwise it logs me out. Ridiculous. Other online casinos allow you to play 2-4 games at once. If you don’t believe go to check Paddy Power or Hippodrome. Depositing money takes very long and requires lots of steps. Other casinos take 1 click, I can do it between 2 roulette spins. The way the bonus balance “works” is that it doesn’t. In order to fulfil the conditions to get it you have to do so many complicated and impractical things and in the meantime you can’t withdraw your own money, let alone your winnings. It’s outrages. I requested customer services to turn off bonus games in the end. So, honestly, everything about the online getting casino is horrible, except the games. You have some really cool games unfortunately, which is why every once in a while I bear the pain to visit the website.

Very low RTP for what you’re putting into the site. Been using the site for two years and it’s really mid as in their sister site Ojo pays more back to the player and has specific promotions that are all reall money promotions not bonus money which you have to wager 35x the amount you put into the site… Gentings are a great establishment to go and play at and have a drink but their site is disgustingly tight with payouts and giving the player the insensitive to continue playing… I’ll give it 4/10 overall and I’ll give it another 2/3 months to see if it pays out any better after this review….
