Very frustrated. I’ve enjoyed the site. Mate a number of deposits and withdrawals with no issue. Now waiting for a 4th day for a withdrawal to complete. Customer support is useless. Just repeating the same spiel. Claimed that information was required. Despite no issues previously. Information supplied and still not paid. Now suddenly I can’t log into the site. Maybe just coincidence but my trust is being stretched right now. Over £300 tied up in withdrawals that hasn’t paid out and now I can’t access and no proper customer support…..not happy

Awful experience put in for withdrawal and they have sent numerous messages saying it’s pending and how they will escalate as urgent as they claim they like to issue withdrawal in hours …not days as this has now been . This has not happened and I believe they just don’t want to pay out. They have no issue allowing deposits but if you want your winnings you may not see them and if you do there is no timescale so like me you will be waiting days and they never answer questions other than generic emails saying it’s pending. Terrible communications. Then I’m sure what will come next is that they have lots of checks to do, but given I self excluded they should just send them anyway they took the deposits with no checks

They’ll happily take your money, give you a nice double bonus but NEVER give you your winnings. I used my £30 bonus and then it started to use my £30 deposit; however, all money won was displayed within the bonus tab. Obviously you have to wager 60% to even receive real money, in this case would total £1800. I thought, ‘I may as well carry on’ so I’ve just used up the money. Somehow, I’ve managed to wager the deposit and still be left with £1000. Immediately, I’ve gone onto my account and seen this is now within the ‘real’ money section. I’ve processed a withdrawal request.24 hours on, I’m being told the same old waft as it appears everyone below has experienced. ‘It’s with our payments team’, ‘sorry it’s taking so long’. At this point, I’ve become very aware that this is a load of rubbish and the moneys not real along with the company inevitably going to make up some story of how my account is in breach so they don’t have to pay out. Having left a previous review, I’ve now left the casino. Their checks on problematic gambling are terrible. I clearly had an issue, highlighted my Mental Health, and still they allowed me waste thousands landing me in a difficult place. I asked to be permanently self excluded, all they did was ban me for 24 hours. I then asked again, 6 month ban. I’ve been asking for 3 days to have 15.25 refunded which I need – nothing but automated replies. I’ve used X to contact them , again completely unhelpful, email again useless.Please take heed and do not joined this site. They encourage you to gamble, their safe gambling tools are rubbish. I was classed as high risk for 8 weeks, and yet lost 2,344 pounds. Thankfully I’m addressing problems but I am going to seek compensation from this company, and also report them.

Have spent thousands on this site, unfortunately I am having to leave a review now. Their support is probably the worst I’ve seen, a chat bot with standard cut and paste answers. Email is just as bad, and no contact number to discuss issues when you really need help.I’ve been waiting for a withdrawal for 48 hours, usually a couple of hours – No explanation why. Also you can only withdraw 1 at a time, so whilst pending you can’t withdraw again, potentially spending winnings whilst waiting. Genuinely play a lot of sites, this site has affected my Mental Health, I would avoid, and consider reporting to authorities around ‘fairness’.

You can deposit 10.00min but you can only withdraw 20.00, what you put in you should be able to withdraw. That I don’t like. Some slot games taking to long to load up.

Over 48 hours since a withdrawal was requested and every single time I get told it NORMALLY takes a few hours but there can be delays. Yet when I ask for a more specific time frame I get told ‘normally a few hours’. They literally copy and paste the same message time and time again and once they’ve replied they cut the chat off and you have to go through the bot again. It’s extremely frustrating being given zero answers. Even just a general time frame for the extra checks or whatever would be useful but nope.

Their bonus rules are purposefully convoluted, I won £1,500 and played until the bonus winnings turned into ‘real winnings’ where I played the wager rules and got it down to £1,200. I then proceeded to withdraw and then they came up with a BS line that I breached the rules of bonus wagering. The rules are as clear as mud and tbh I think they made it up just to avoid paying. They then offered me £120 as a ‘gesture of good will’ which I found a slap in the face. I contested this to no avail and tried to withdraw the £120. It’s been over a week and have uploaded every document they have asked and still no payment. They asked me to submit a bank statement and don’t even open the upload tool on my account..Slowest withdrawal times. They purposely make this a long drawn out process to enable you to continue gambling in the meantime. Eventually I’ve been paid, but way less than I had won. Avoid this site!
