Well I finally got lucky and hit an 1000x on a Roulette game, after many deposits, I managed to win something back on this casino, Live Casino, but apparently my Withdrawal is still pending, 2000£ sitting on there and I’m waiting for 19hrs, the response I have is always the same from the customer service, my docs had been checked before so I don’t understand why they don’t pay out, 19hrs if I get my withdrawal I will update this review. I’ve played on this site on 3 separate occasions over 3 months. TERRIBLE ONLINE CASINO – AVOID IT AT ALL COSTSI would give 0 if I could. On 24/03/2024 @ 01:06 to 01:07. I made a bet of around £200 – Manchester Roulette . The ball was spinning and then a pop up window shows up. I was still watching the ball spinning in the background. It had dropped into 22 black – which was a winning number. Only that my bet was taken and the number was not paid out. And then I couldn’t get any support although Romen who keeps asking me the same questions every time and restricts my account for 24 hours without my consent, had promised me I would get support. I have never gotten any support. I also tried to get someone on facebook, no reply yet after 10 hours. The Customer Support on the website is useless: they say we reply within a few minutes – no one even touches the chat to say hello for hours. Frankly I will file a case with the Gambling Commission if I don’t get paid the 22 black. OR at least you should have declared the bet void and give my money back. The site seemed good and was enjoying playing until it came to withdrawing. The time states a few hours and then when you try and contact someone you’re just told that it can take longer with no reassurance. It’s unfortunate really because besides this it was good. I’m currently 19 hours without my withdrawal funds. Hope and expect to see this ASAP.

Worst possible experience with this app. I tried to withdraw £900 it said pending for a whole day and then they declined my withdrawal and now that money is missing. I still had £950 in my account in real playing money, I have gone back into my account after a couple of hours and that £950 is now £90 without any activity. So I have over £1750 missing now, I have all the screenshots of proof for withdrawal amount and account balance. As of yet I have had no reply from either customer help or customer email. Normally when I have withdrew money it is in my account within a few hours. Now that I’ve withdrew a larger amount £3600 I am still waiting. When I speak to online chat they just reply with a copy and paste answer that it’s waiting to be processed. Why because it’s a larger amount you are stalling? If I can give 0 start I will.This is a bad site and warn people not to play on here. I’ve deposit £500 and they got my winnings but they won’t let me withdraw they said because I’ve played with the bonus money which is not true. I only had £50 bonus from them from my first deposit of £100 and lost it all my make other deposit after that but now they refused to pay out. Well seeing as I can’t get through to customer service or an email reply I’ll put it on here. That way I’ll get a quick answerCan you explain why you’ve allowed me to deposit on my card that was verified only to win some money and suddenly you want card verification?This must be the third time I’ve verified the same card and live chat is absolutely useless. Had won £70 after one hand from £10 I deposited. I had £1.60 bonus which was used as part of the wager and when I assumed I’d won real money as the majority of the wager was real money I went to cash out and withdraw the funds. I then checked that I was cancelling just £1.60 bonus funds which said it would cancel. I wasn’t told it would cancel the entire funds available. I would’ve thought it at least would’ve said you’ve about to cancel the £70 bonus funds, it only said I’d cancel the £1.60 bonus.

I really like this online casino. Such a wide range of games to choose from. I play a couple of times a week and never had any trouble withdrawing my winnings. Usually have it within 24hours. Only downside is that if you do decide to self exclude,you can change your mind after a few days being blocked from depositing which defeats the purpose of self-exclusion.
