Refused to pay me my winnings. Made me jump through hoops, they already had all the info they needed, bank details, id,utility bill, this went on for weeks. Customer service is terrible. None existent online chat. Had to stop using them as I was so worried I wouldn’t get my money if I won again. They don’t want u using Apple Pay yet it’s still an option for depositing with.

As with most of these companies they hide behind supposedly red tape about certain documents needed. We all know its rubbish. Venting casino do not verify when you are losing money for 1 month but when you win they want to verify you and the process is do difficult it is too much hassle, they took over £350 deposit without any issues , lost £300 and then I wanted to redraw my £50 and now they are refusing to release my £50 until I submit proof but still allow me to play games, I guess so I loose all my money ! Made a deposit of £50 and got 145 free spins. Won £24 on that. Then played baccarat. Went down to £15 and then up to £280. Tried to withdraw but my balance is suddenly on £0. No way to contact them except for the live chat. But no one is answering my questions on the live chat. So in essence they just stole £280 for me. And there is nothing I can do about it.

As a long time player on various gaming platforms from all the major operators, appreciate that all havr some quirks to their games. I’d be willing to change my review based on my withdrawal being sorted out. My account has been locked due to an honest mistake which was taken into consideration and understood and then being told multiple times my withdrawal is still pending and not to worry as it’s perfectly normal for larger sums to sometimes take longer which I kind of understand but now I haven’t had any more responses. I like playing at this casino. Withdrawals are usually within 24 hours and there is a good selection of games. The only issues for me are the very frustrating chatbot (getting through to a real person should be much quicker/simpler) and the total lack of any deposit match bonus offers. They used to give me regular deposit bonus offers but for the last few months even though I am at silver level I never get any deposit match bonus offers in my daily picks anymore.
