Please avoid these slobs. I’m not an avid gambler, however I due enjoy a punt on a certain online slot game, only a tenner every month or so. I’ve probably deposited £140 odd in the the year, not once did I even look like winning anything decent, absolutely shocking, no return whatsoever, you’d think they’d be a little something but zip. Just a bunch of faceless, corporate con merchants out for all they can get and forget to fairness. I’m leaving this hole.

The customer service is appalling, never receive a response back after sending numerous emails, when speaking on the webchat they never respond either, and if they ever do it’s days later. I made a withdrawal of £5000 2 days ago and it’s still showing as pending. I have not received any updates regarding this either. It’s very frustrating even when on the website it says withdrawals are processed within a few hours.

Still 2 months on and my account still has issues, all my emails ignored, issues not rectified, can log in OK but states can’t play with real money !!!! Cancelled my bonus and now been told to speak with customer services which is a complete farce! There is no contact number or live chat!! Im not shure what is the business as it’s not gambling by far..so i advise people to stay as far away as they are looking at your so called gambling pattern and in short time you only se your funds disappear, no returns, no winning and of course you cannot complain about it as its all based on algorithm ..the algorithm that absolves them to take the blame of cheating you..before join this company ask them if yoou can win or not…they will say anything else but not answer this question.. so that should say it all.. wonder how and why is this kind of business legal??? As a regular player at Genting Casino, I recently faced another disappointing issue. On November 30, 2023, I was fortunate enough to win £600 and proceeded to withdraw my winnings expecting a straightforward process as always.The standard policy at Genting Casino is to use the same withdrawal method as for deposits. I have always used PayPal for this purpose without any prior issues. Absolutely not worth the trouble. Not often you win with online casino. I played at PokerStars. and Genting.com. With Pokerstars when you withdraw it goes to your account immediately. Withdraw from Genting is very very difficult. You can deposit immediately? But when you withdraw they Look for ID, Copy of. your credit card, and proof of address., Even when you submitted all documents, Beware you cannot withdraw if your account have a bonus on it., Even if you win a big win and afterwards saw a Black Friday promotion .bonus. and having obtained the bonus, You CANNOT WITHDRAW BECAUSE YOU HAVE A BONUS ON YOUR ACCOUNT, I have been emailing Genting to cancel my bonus. still waiting for over a week and no reply.

Username tjholty1 Guys if you don’t want the stress avoid at all costs. Depositing and gaming is fab but as soon as you win you will have stress and have to chase company for your money. Withdrawal says 2 hours but withdrew £3000 and still waiting. Genting casino sort it out I withdrew 4000 and its just sitting there. And all I get is same old message saying its in process. Well it states the PayPal withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours. I also had a message saying it will be done today on the messaging by an agent but still nothing. Literally same as so many other people, waiting for a £1000 withdrawal. They claim they process a withdrawal in hours, it has now been sat waiting for almost 60 hours! The deposits are immediate and they processed a £100 withdrawal in 3 hours, but a £1000 and you would think that would be more noticeable. This is a pattern of behaviour. This site is a scam. It’s that simple. They allow you to deposit as much money as you want, at any time, but try and withdraw even £1, then you’ll find it easier to snip the claws on a cat. If it’s not endless due diligence which they say that they need to perform on you, then it’s a simple silence. But they won’t and they don’t pay you, at all! I played on this casino for a year or 2 and really enjoyed it, they’ve got a great range of games and had always been quick to assist in any issues. Then I had a huge win and they paid me but also restricted my account, and despite at least 10 emails from me they’ve just point blank ignored me and stopped responding, but have left my account active but have blocked me from depositing, they asked for paperwork which they received and I have emails confirming I’ve done everything that was requested.They seem happy when you’re losing but don’t like winners, I wouldn’t recommend them as their customer service since I won has become absolutely non existent.

Very bad when it comes to processing withdrawals. When the withdrawals are over £1000, Genting casino takes between 2 days atleast to process your withdrawals and each time I have to chase them of which I get the same response, copied from a script “Our main goal is to process all withdrawals within a few hours. It can sometimes take longer”..This is lie as other withdrawals in the past made on Saturdays gets processed within a few hours if they are under £1000. Most casinos now payout within 2 hours but Genting casino takes more than 2 days. Very bad customer service aswel, no one replies to you on chat.
