The website is horrible. Absolutely not user friendly. Only one tab can be open, otherwise it logs me out. Ridiculous. Other online casinos allow you to play 2-4 games at once. If you don’t believe go to check Paddy Power or Hippodrome. Depositing money takes very long and requires lots of steps. Other casinos take 1 click, I can do it between 2 roulette spins. The way the bonus balance “works” is that it doesn’t. In order to fulfil the conditions to get it you have to do so many complicated and impractical things and in the meantime you can’t withdraw your own money, let alone your winnings. It’s outrages. I requested customer services to turn off bonus games in the end. So, honestly, everything about the online getting casino is horrible, except the games. You have some really cool games unfortunately, which is why every once in a while I bear the pain to visit the website.

Very low RTP for what you’re putting into the site. Been using the site for two years and it’s really mid as in their sister site Ojo pays more back to the player and has specific promotions that are all reall money promotions not bonus money which you have to wager 35x the amount you put into the site… Gentings are a great establishment to go and play at and have a drink but their site is disgustingly tight with payouts and giving the player the insensitive to continue playing… I’ll give it 4/10 overall and I’ll give it another 2/3 months to see if it pays out any better after this review….

Well I finally got lucky and hit an 1000x on a Roulette game, after many deposits, I managed to win something back on this casino, Live Casino, but apparently my Withdrawal is still pending, 2000£ sitting on there and I’m waiting for 19hrs, the response I have is always the same from the customer service, my docs had been checked before so I don’t understand why they don’t pay out, 19hrs if I get my withdrawal I will update this review. I’ve played on this site on 3 separate occasions over 3 months. TERRIBLE ONLINE CASINO – AVOID IT AT ALL COSTSI would give 0 if I could. On 24/03/2024 @ 01:06 to 01:07. I made a bet of around £200 – Manchester Roulette . The ball was spinning and then a pop up window shows up. I was still watching the ball spinning in the background. It had dropped into 22 black – which was a winning number. Only that my bet was taken and the number was not paid out. And then I couldn’t get any support although Romen who keeps asking me the same questions every time and restricts my account for 24 hours without my consent, had promised me I would get support. I have never gotten any support. I also tried to get someone on facebook, no reply yet after 10 hours. The Customer Support on the website is useless: they say we reply within a few minutes – no one even touches the chat to say hello for hours. Frankly I will file a case with the Gambling Commission if I don’t get paid the 22 black. OR at least you should have declared the bet void and give my money back.
