I would give 0 if I could. I made a deposit and when I won I was asked for ID Documents. That was a week ago and despite emailing and chat have had no answer. Anyone thinking of depositing money think twice. I am looking into reporting this site.Updated My username is Suzie3108

I reopened my account yesterday deposited over £100 and won &400 now conveniently i cant log in to my account emailed them twice and no sign of the withdrawal now I remember why I closed the account this is supposed to be a big firm with land based casinos they are terrible

Like all casinos quick to take it off you which is frequent, but on the odd occasion you win very slow to pay out. Still waiting nearly 24 hours later. Bland unhelpful responses to queries. Other casinos can do it within the hour. No excuse.

York place Edinburgh, elderly man, I’m curious of where people are from, as I’m from Edinburgh so I tend to ask the toilet staff (mostly of African origin). I asked a white man where he was from because of his accent, which sounded European, he then asked why I was asking, to which I said “I’m just curious, I like to know since I’m from here if you don’t mind me asking” I then said I ask everyone like I do to the people selling aftershave in the toilets, he said “oh so you think I’m one of them” I feel this is an awful attitude toward people who work hard, he’s clearly entitled.

The site seemed good and was enjoying playing until it came to withdrawing. The time states a few hours and then when you try and contact someone you’re just told that it can take longer with no reassurance. It’s unfortunate really because besides this it was good. I’m currently 19 hours without my withdrawal funds. Hope and expect to see this ASAP.

Made a deposit over 4 days ago. No money to be found in my account but was accepted on my bank. Customer service just keeps telling me I have to wait because it’s pending on there apparently. No real answers. Asked them to just send the money back completely avoided it. Never got stolen from before until now so thanks

Worst possible experience with this app. I tried to withdraw £900 it said pending for a whole day and then they declined my withdrawal and now that money is missing. I still had £950 in my account in real playing money, I have gone back into my account after a couple of hours and that £950 is now £90 without any activity. So I have over £1750 missing now, I have all the screenshots of proof for withdrawal amount and account balance. As of yet I have had no reply from either customer help or customer email. This is a joke and a scam if it’s not sorted I will be taking this higher.

Normally when I have withdrew money it is in my account within a few hours. Now that I've withdrew a larger amount £3600 I am still waiting. When I speak to online chat they just reply with a copy and paste answer that it's waiting to be processed. Why because it's a larger amount you are stalling? I wagered bonus funds to real money balance so if you come back with the breach of bonus comment that I've seen on here then I shall be taking this to the gambling commission or even higher because this is theft! Hopefully you reply that it has now been processed. I don't what to hear it takes 2-7 days, regulations, bonus requirements (if this is the case you shouldn't let people do larger spins) ect etc. I don't want a copy and paste answer, just reply when I shall recieve my money and then I Will delete the review.potlis_io07!

If I can give 0 start I will.This is a bad site and warn people not to play on here. I’ve deposit £500 and they got my winnings but they won’t let me withdraw they said because I’ve played with the bonus money which is not true. I only had £50 bonus from them from my first deposit of £100 and lost it all my make other deposit after that but now they refused to pay out. They have put my winnings into bonus account and they said unless I played all that (£1261) I cannot withdraw that mean I will lost all my £500 deposit as well. It’s a joke and I will take it further to legal advice.

Slow withdrawal times! It states on the t&c that it takes a few hours to process, here I am 14 hours later and no sign of any processed withdraw. It’s for £1100 my username is Ltay88If your website states it will be processed in a few hours then you should stick by your own terms and conditions.You can never get hold of support and it’s starting to annoy meI just want my withdraw in the time you state it takes to process.

Well seeing as I can't get through to customer service or an email reply I'll put it on here. That way I'll get a quick answerCan you explain why you've allowed me to deposit on my card that was verified only to win some money and suddenly you want card verification?This must be the third time I've verified the same card and live chat is absolutely useless. It seems you respond quicker on here. Also you do know by the UK gambling commission you're actually not supposed to allow deposits until the account is verified. I have withdrawn from you before and this is getting to be a bit silly. You like any other casino that does this ignore the fact I have STATED the gambling commission rules and you still proceed with the same 'we have a right to ask for further verification '.No you don't. As soon as I am verified you can't just ask again because I have won.I would love to say I'll wait till verification is over then take the money, account closure and make a complaint either gambling commission or the financial ombudsman.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!I’ve just been advised my win of £2500 has been withdrawn and declined by this company! I placed a £10 deposit for a matching bonus… I played the 1 game continuously and at £650 I questioned the wager and what it meant to be told there was a wager and it would need to be beat before any funds were mine.. guess what! I beat it! At £2500 I decided to withdraw my bet and take the win. I’ve chased this company literally every 5/6 hours to see where my money was. I noticed it had gone from bonus money to real money which meant it was mine and immediately put the request through. I’ve been fobbed off at every opportunity and every chance. I was then told that due to no fault of my own and I couldn’t have known that it was breach of bonus, this bonus breach something that seems to be a popular excuse! But they have confirmed it was of no fault of mine.. Absolutely NO WAY is this a breach! My bet was finally removed of my account after 2 days of huge stress and anxiety and trying to get hold of literally someone… they replaced my winnings with £150 GOODWILL GESTURE!!! I’ve complained and demanded proof, I’ve demanded answers of which I got what seemed a carbon copy they all use. I’ve taken this further and asked for the complaint’s process- now I’m being ignored! This is absolute outrage it’s fraud, it’s been stolen and now they are lying about it at every opportunity!!!! FUMING! I’m going all the way to the too till I get what I won fair and square!!!

Had won £70 after one hand from £10 I deposited. I had £1.60 bonus which was used as part of the wager and when I assumed I’d won real money as the majority of the wager was real money I went to cash out and withdraw the funds. I then checked that I was cancelling just £1.60 bonus funds which said it would cancel. I wasn’t told it would cancel the entire funds available. I would’ve thought it at least would’ve said you’ve about to cancel the £70 bonus funds, it only said I’d cancel the £1.60 bonus.

Hi Im enjoying my experience so far - would love the withdrawal process to be a little quicker like the other sites - which was processed yesterday but still pending (its only small 😀) only managed to query with a chat bot. They respond to these reviews to try to create the impression they are working to a solution but I suspect the response is by chat botScammers I feel. Go elsewhere is my advise which I will post weekly until they approve my docs and give me my money

I really like this online casino. Such a wide range of games to choose from. I play a couple of times a week and never had any trouble withdrawing my winnings. Usually have it within 24hours. Only downside is that if you do decide to self exclude,you can change your mind after a few days being blocked from depositing which defeats the purpose of self-exclusion. Should be at least 6months 12months or permanently.muggle81!

Iv had No problems withdrawing always been paid quite fast in 24hrs got 600 yesterday and in a few hours i enjoy genting casino its just to much questions on depoisting .has soon as iv get to 90 pound depoist im stopped and need to answer a questionaire and have contact with the gambling team .its abit to strict 90 pound a week is not a bad habit i dont think but its there rules . I deposited £250 yesterday and there’s 50 bonus and total £300 in my account,when I try withdraw all my winning about £1000 it show all bonus balance, and I deleted the bonus by mistake and balance became £0 , all bonus included my own 250 was gone, email and live chat never get a reply, absolutely crap

RTP is definitely not as good as most sites. Chat support is terrible. Be prepared for them to take as much money off you that you can throw at them and then see how long and difficult they make it for you to withdraw winnings. £840 I’m waiting on and chat support is of no help what so ever. I have requested a Withdrawl on the 2/2/24 and still no sign. Having to chase and given the same scripted answer is frustrating. If you do not process withdrawls over the weekend then update your t&c’s. If you also give an estimate on when “verifying” a withdrawl it will reduce the amount of contact you get from disgruntled customers.Depositing and taking money is instant so why does it take so long to pay out when someone wants to. Have been trying for 12hrs to withdraw money from my account. I'm apparently not allowed too until I upload documents, but upon clicking OK and going to the upload documents section, I'm being told my account is upto date and I don't need to verify anything and there's no option for me to upload anything either. Have tried live chat & email and in the space of 12hrs I've had absolutely no reply from an actual human being.
