Absolute ridiculous customer service… no one will answer my online chat messages or emails. I have £400 of funds that I am trying to withdraw… I deposited my initial funds on Apple Pay and now I’ve been told they can’t transfer me my winnings the same way. They have said I have to give them my bank details which I’ve tried to do, but now no one will confirm that they’ve received them. I can’t change my withdrawal method as it says I have one pending and won’t let me do anything until it’s sorted.. so have £400 which I can’t withdraw and no one speak to me to sort it out… absolutely fuming I’ve never had any issues with other sites I’ve used

So far so good. I have not had any problems. Deposits and withdrawals in timely manners. Much better and much more trustworthy then other online casinos. Rarely technical problems with the website and bets gets rejected so 1 star less.Overall not too bad

Very disappointed with Genting Casino. They constantly encourage you to deposit money with bonus offers but when you win they won’t allow you to withdraw the money saying it’s all bonus funds. Customer service is very unresponsive. Stick to William Hill and Sky who play fair!

Opened account,made deposit and started playing with no problems whatsoever ....that was until I tried to withdraw 102 pounds...only now do they want proof of Identification, a bill with my address on it,bank card,driving licence and even want to see my income 😂 there is no one to talk to directly, they take forever to respond through a mail which just knocks back any verification or ID that you've sent them and now I have 102 pound stuck in their online site.been trying to get this since Saturday and it's an utter disgrace....you don't get this with grosvenor casino.....soon as I've got my money out I'll certainly not be back.....id stay clear folks...friendly warning

Absolute joke of a site definitely not like ALL OTHER casino/gambling sites. You win money and instead of letting you withdraw they keep it in what they call “bonus funds” we don’t need bonus funds we need to be able to withdraw our money we win whenever we like wether they were won on free bonuses or not! Never heard of a company doing this before! Customer service is an absolute joke as well!! And after my so called bonus funds are gone I will never play or deposit money on this site again and will make sure anyone who like to bet the odd money NEVER uses this site. Stick to Sky and WilliamHill people.

I have visited their live chat facility on several occasions, emailed them twice, and even telephoned their 0121 number but have got absolutely nowhere.You ask to speak to an agent via Marcus the Bot on live chat but no human ever responds.My query is such a simple one to answer. I have a bonus balance of nearly £60 in my GC online account, having played well through my wagering requirements after taking up the offer of a promotion yesterday (deposit £20, get 75 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza). I am led to believe having played through the wagering requirements set, that my balance should be showing now as real money but no.Very bizarre organisation to deal with.

It is very hard to get help from customer support. I have tried multiple times through chat and email to get a real response from a real person but it is impossible. Emails just don't get responded to at all. The Chatbot is the most annoying thing on this earth and should just be disposed of completely - we can read the faq pages ourselves, we don't need to go to chat to do that. Once you manage to get past the worst chatbot I have ever experienced the 'real' people just copy and paste generic responses or repeat back to me what I have said to them but they don't actually read and respond to the actual request. They just go around it. With some of the responses I have had I am not totally convinced that the supposedly real agents aren't just chatbots themselves (or using one to do their job for them). Perhaps they get paid per response and want to have a never ending customer support queue but surely it would be better to actually deal with an issue instead of keep passing it around from support agent to support agent. I enjoy playing at this casino but it really worries me that when you have an issue you can get little to no help resolving it.

I thought online gambling was safe I registered with Genting casino made a deposit a few times managed to win up to 360 pounds I wanted to leave I have sent e-mails tried using the online chat no help whatsoever. They don’t have problem taking money from me but I feel like I was forced to play as I couldn’t withdraw and call it a night I would like a refund and my winnings back with the option to withdraw. Have sent 3 emails with no response, really the customer service is dire. Chat is just a bot and emails not answered. Have played here happily for months, yet for an unexplained reason I can’t deposit. The chances of actually speaking to a human being are zero. It’s kind of strange way to treat your customers? After being a loyal customer, I raised query via your chat service and kept getting the standard copy and paste responses (many where the agents couldn’t even complete the template correctly!) I then raised my query by email on 15/08/23. After 13 days (28/08) I got an “apology for the delay in responding” email from “Kate” who said she was the Customer Care Manager and she was investigating and would get back to me - your ref: [CTK#2516236]. I responded the next day (29/08) thanking her and providing further evidence to support my query.On 06/09/23 I got an unreferenced email with a standard response saying I’d reached a limit (one that is not shown on my account nor have I set for myself). My queries are not about reaching a limit, it’s a technical error that actually need to be investigated. I followed up my previous email under reference [CTK#2516236] to say the issue is still not resolved and provided even more evidence. I have still not received a response.You monitor this page. I don’t need a stock response. I would like assurance you will review your inbox/complaints management system, locate my multiple emails with attached evidence, investigate it properly and have the decency to respond. TIA

One of live chat said they would escalate my withdrawal to get it quicker hours ago now as I was complaining but yet still nothing. Deposit and withdrawing are both done via PayPal and previously got fully verified with them too so should absolutely not be taking this long at all. Standard copy and paste answers when you try live chat. If I don't get the money today I am raising a formal complaint..I use others like Mr q and the gamesys casinos and get instant withdrawing pretty much.. this day and age 2 days is a joke. I asked the chat whether they just didn't work weekends in the withdrawal team but was assured they do so hmmm what is the hold up?Great selection of games drew me to them but once I get this money it would take a lot to go back as withdrawing is an absolute joke.

Ive been in Genting Casino before aswell as Palm Beach Mayfair. However online, my money was taken from me. I was given a 150 pounds bonus and I deposited 200. I made 1400. But apparently i made that with my bonus money therefore they kept it all and said i cancelled the bonus and aswell i made that money from the “bonus” which is ridiculous as i spent way more than there 150 pound bonus.

Being regular customer who deposit a lot but not treated good by customer service and didn't really enjoy website during playing at phone without downloading app as dont agree with all T&C's honestly. Got rewards for level up but can't claim it and support didn't reply before rewards expired.. it says customer service usually answer you in few minutes when I was waiting for any answer from agent for 30hours :/ 0/10 DISAPPOINTED 😞

Still waiting for the cancellation of the bonus funds, I still cannot withdraw my money. The verification of all the documents is fast but I think they are trying scam or delay the payment. In case I don’t get any feedback in few hours I go to the closest police station to report everything. I use to play in different casino online but this never happened, and I wish after solved this inconvenient I don’t have to write another review for any fake delays of the cash withdrawal. 2 stars only for the fast verification of the documentsThey cancelled my bonus funds, but my request of withdrawal is still pending status, really unacceptable.

Once they received my documents, the withdraw process was fairly easy. My first withdraw took a few days, and after that as long as it is not a weekend, it is processed in a couple of hours. Customer service responds within 2 hours, which is slower than other casinos, however, if you have notifications on, all is good. Thank you, reizzikei

I am suggesting before placing the withdrawal request they have to restrict the account for 24 hours as well 3 days. then, you will get your money on 3rd days. Thanks I had no issues so far....
