I have always enjoyed playing on Genting Casino and never had an issue with withdrawing winnings but it’s nearly 72hrs since I processed the withdrawal and I have not received anything? Is this usual protocol?

Horrible experience! Attn Crooks! Genting casino 45 Kensington on Cromwell road are crooks! Do not do any business with them! They placed my membership under review and lied to me that colony club suspended my membership! They wanted to get rid of under false pretences me because someone paid them. Disgusting management and disgusting people! I reported them to the gambling commission and would put a petition to close them down for fraud and deception!

The games are good and varied but the withdrawals are slow. I had to verify my bank card, which I did, and received almost immediate approval but there is still no sign of my pending withdrawal of £100. I have deposited over the weekend and continued playing and would really like sight of my winnings .Most casino's now operate immediate withdrawals within minutes or hours just like immediate deposits. I notice most of the dissatisfaction with genting is the slow withdrawal. I'm hoping I recieve my winnings soon.peet4664

The site itself is decent and the selection of games is good, but withdrawals take an eternity. No one responds on the live chat at all either. For a site that classes itself as a 'high class casino' this is frankly embarrassing. I've noticed them replying to other review here saying they have to "verify the wins" which is absolute nonsense as every other online casino I've played lets you withdraw instantly.Another online casino that sadly gaslights you to prevent reasonable payout of winnings. A really frustrating and baffling thing to experience in 2024.

i Deposited money a few days ago and ended up nearly quadrupling my money. I have tried a few days to withdraw my winnings but it wont allow me. Its asking for a Sic and Iban bank code which im adding but its still not workimg. I tried chat but its not working, now left emails. Ive never experienced an online company like this before. Usually tick a box and the withdrawal is completed within a day. It makes me think that the longer the .money is there i will dip into it and lose it all. I just want my winnings, not much to ask. I desperately need this money now to survive.

Would understand if it was a high amount. The one withdrawal at a time is a joke. Just encourages you to gamble any winnings. Takes ages for anything me to answer the web chat and that’s if it stays connected.

I had deposited £362 from my bank account into my Genting Casino account and won on blackjack (NOT A BONUS GAME). My £362 has turned into more than £1000, however after finishing my games of blackjack & decided to withdraw MY MONEY. All of the funds have been transferred into “Bonus Money”. Even though I have it in writing from a member of there staff that “When you deposit for a bonus you will have a real money and bonus balance available, however, real money balance will always be played first.” After attempting multiple times to resolve this on there chat bot service which very coincidentally would not connect when I wanted to understand why I could not withdraw MY MONEY! I find it disgusting the way they are treating people who have trusted them and used their service in good faith. I have sent documents over and after 2 days have still had no response from the company. Very quick to take money from my bank account and as soon as it’s time to pay up. Nobody wants to talk to me! Never have I seen such behavior and tactics from a company to make people feel so small. Don’t waste your time, money or energy with this company.

Useless casino with live chat and e mail service which is not fit for purpose. All other casinos reply straight away or at least tell you the number you are in the queue. Also slow withdrawals. Chasing for the withdrawals. Once you make a withdrawal you can’t withdraw again until the first withdrawal clears. Only casino I know with this rule. It’s a rule which favours the casino, they know the longer you continually play you will eventually lose, odds are in their favour remember, people get lucky but long term, casinos win, so keeping you gambling without the chance to withdraw weighs heavily in their favour. This rule will be picked up by the fairer gaming brigade at some point and banned because it’s obviously a con which will not be tolerated but until then people are suffering. Genting is a completely useless and unfair company. Stay away!

I will never play with this company. I hope my money is not gone. They should be reported. They will not waste time to collect deposit, and never realise your money to you when you make withdrawals. I believe it's not a sincere company, and i would advice to keep away from them. When you play with other company, you get your money immediately. These are signs of a fraudulent company. As for me, i am on my heels, before they ruin my life. Rubbish.

Other casinos let me withdraw and see the money the same hour so i don’t understand what is taking so long. however, i am still waiting and it is now a new day. This establishment is dishonest! They lied to me that my membership was suspended in the colony club. I only visited their premise once. So they made up a reason to get rid of me under the false pretences. Disgusting management and people. I was informed by 45 Kensington that my membership was placed under review. I emailed many times three weeks ago and received no reply! I just received a generic reply today that the casino management is not willing to reinstate my membership. As you can see they have not replied to my review because they know it is truth! This was an act of pure discrimination. I reported them to the Gambling

Despite ignoring their requests several times, they persistently seek new documents, even when they haven't processed the previously requested ones. Currently, they are requesting tax declarations and bank statements for the recent period.Now, tell me, doesn't this seem ironic to you? While claiming to process withdrawals within hours, my funds have been held for nearly a month. Deposits happen instantly, but withdrawing £100 triggers a three-hour process, yet withdrawing a thousand pounds seems significantly delayed. This behavior raises questions and leaves much to be desired.

I would love to give them a higher review rn as the in person casino is amazing and i always get amazing service but the online is very hit and miss, ive been waiting 7 days for my withdrawal of £1998, i tried the live chat and it takes around 12 hours for someone to respond with the same message everytime, i have emailed 3 times with no response as of yet. Getting casino took my £400. I won and tried to withdraw….. unlike other sites who simply transfer the winnings back to your account they wanted sort codes, account numbers etc! Scam artists! I decided to just bet like mad and got my £400 up to £2k by this time realising I would never get any cash back from these scammers! The odds on roulette were far too much in my favour…… avoid at all costs! Shame on you “getting casino!’

Had an account with these guys for a couple years now and never encountered a problem. I very rarely deposit with them as they aren’t the best at win rates but I recently deposited £10 for a little go. As soon as my deposit went through they blocked my account and now require a whole load of documents from myself (which they have previously had). Tried speaking with live chat regarding the issue, to which i just got messed around. I have been asking them now for around 1 week to deposit my £10 back in to my bank account and close my account with themselves as i no longer wish to use their services. They just keep sending me the same generic message requesting a whole farce of documents. I have made it clear to them they are now withholding my money which i deposited and haven’t used a penny of it. This is illegal. Not getting anywhere with them!

After receiving my p60 and then waiting 48 hours to ask for a payslip....I've now received and email....asking for a p60,payslip and 3 months payslips 😂 this mob is an absolute joke....when I asked why they need all this I was told it was to check if I could afford to gamble....now correct me if I'm wrong here....but should this not be done before opening an account and depositing money? Months down the line I'm still waiting to get my 102 pounds back from these absolute crooks......set up account was easy and fast.....took my money no problem......then when I went to withdraw they throw as many obstacles in your way ...was literally on for 10 mins..I've posted lots of reviews but they keep deleting them....stay clear of this mob and use a different online casino like grosvenor....or anyone really apart from this.....customer service has tool 30 days to reply to me...to ask me for the same thing I've already sent them.....this has been ongoing since September

I’m with Gamstop as I have a problem with gambling. I tried Genting casino online and they let me open an account and lose loads of money. Now that I’ve lost all my money they’ve frozen my account as they’ve said I’m with Gamstop and shouldn’t be gambling. They took my cash then realised. Very convenient. I want my money back, this must be fraud surely. I’ve spoken to the gambling board and they have said they will support my claim. Started of fantastic,paid out promptly,now been waiting ages for a £900 payout ,I've tried emailing I've left messages no response,when I deposit cash through PayPal I get a email saying money received and I should upload documents,I try to up loads documents through the app ,I get message saying they have all they need and dosent allow me to upload documents,very annoying as I also had a decent amount in the bank on the app which I couldn't withdraw as money is still pending ,and every time I checked website to see if I get paid I ended up losing that money ,very annoying that you can't just withdraw it all and that you have to wait so long ,hoping I get my £900 very soon as now I've probably broke even ,bad customer service at the bot just sends you round in circles ,,,still haven't spoke to human and believe me I've tried over 100 times 😡So I got paid out ,so gambled again with them ,they have now done the same again ,so whilst I was waiting for this new pending transaction,I loaded another £150 which then froze the games and kept my money ,so that's two lots of money being withheld,now no option to navigate the site ,the message said we need to talk then takes me to the chat page ,were ive left messages asking what's going on ,i get no reply ,haven't spoken to anybody from the company about all this ,just a brick wall ,then I get a reply to this message,saying to contact on Facebook,I don't have a Facebook account!!!!Can't remember my username and can't access the site to get it ,as said it takes me to chat page where no one replies to me ,so looking like my money has been taken !!! Right I’ve been a member for a while now I’ve lost, won, lost, won you know how it works you play for entertainment. So recently I direct deposited £1000 from my Santander bank to my account, money credits ok, I play some slots, finish with roulette, have around £900-£975 left, but it’s sitting in bonus for some reason, I accepted none and refused all bonuses all I could see was a bonus of £2.48 which I cancelled and they took the full amount off my account leaving me with £0 they will not reply to live chat it’s been 3+ days and I can’t speak to anybody. You can’t do this? It’s against the gambling rules you must provide an explanation as to where my money has gone! And how it ended up as a bonus when it never has before. This is a causing me severe anxiety just before Christmas.

Please avoid these slobs. I'm not an avid gambler, however I due enjoy a punt on a certain online slot game, only a tenner every month or so. I've probably deposited £140 odd in the the year, not once did I even look like winning anything decent, absolutely shocking, no return whatsoever, you'd think they'd be a little something but zip. The customer service is appalling, never receive a response back after sending numerous emails, when speaking on the webchat they never respond either, and if they ever do it’s days later. I made a withdrawal of £5000 2 days ago and it’s still showing as pending. I have not received any updates regarding this either. It’s very frustrating even when on the website it says withdrawals are processed within a few hours.

Im not shure what is the business as it's not gambling by far..so i advise people to stay as far away as they are looking at your so called gambling pattern and in short time you only se your funds disappear, no returns, no winning and of course you cannot complain about it as its all based on algorithm ..the algorithm that absolves them to take the blame of cheating you..before join this company ask them if yoou can win or not...they will say anything else but not answer this question.. so that should say it all.. wonder how and why is this kind of business legal??? As a regular player at Genting Casino, I recently faced another disappointing issue. On November 30, 2023, I was fortunate enough to win £600 and proceeded to withdraw my winnings expecting a straightforward process as always.The standard policy at Genting Casino is to use the same withdrawal method as for deposits. I have always used PayPal for this purpose without any prior issues. However, this time felt like they reset my account history with them, treating my withdrawal request as if it was the first.Unexpectedly, the casino then requested additional documents to supposedly increase my deposit limits, an adjustment I never asked for. While the website indicates that providing these documents is optional, in my case, it appeared to be a compulsory step to gain access to my winnings.This requirement seemed especially unreasonable considering my past experiences at the casino where I have withdrawn even larger amounts effortlessly.My attempts to resolve this issue via email communication were met with silence receiving no response from the casino side.On December 1, 2023, I played again and ended up losing the £600 I had won. It appears to me that the new complicated withdrawal policies of the casino were a strategy to let me lose my winnings back to them.This incident has significantly changed my opinion of Genting Casino. Absolutely not worth the trouble. Not often you win with online casino. I played at PokerStars. and Genting.com. With Pokerstars when you withdraw it goes to your account immediately. Withdraw from Genting is very very difficult. You can deposit immediately? But when you withdraw they Look for ID, Copy of. your credit card, and proof of address., Even when you submitted all documents, Beware you cannot withdraw if your account have a bonus on it., Even if you win a big win and afterwards saw a Black Friday promotion .bonus. and having obtained the bonus, You CANNOT WITHDRAW BECAUSE YOU HAVE A BONUS ON YOUR ACCOUNT, I have been emailing Genting to cancel my bonus. still waiting for over a week and no reply.

Withdrawal says 2 hours but withdrew £3000 and still waiting.
