Well it states the PayPal withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours. I also had a message saying it will be done today on the messaging by an agent but still nothing. Literally same as so many other people, waiting for a £1000 withdrawal. They claim they process a withdrawal in hours, it has now been sat waiting for almost 60 hours! The deposits are immediate and they processed a £100 withdrawal in 3 hours, but a £1000 and you would think that would be more noticeable. This is a pattern of behaviour. This site is a scam. It’s that simple. They allow you to deposit as much money as you want, at any time, but try and withdraw even £1, then you’ll find it easier to snip the claws on a cat. If it’s not endless due diligence which they say that they need to perform on you, then it’s a simple silence. But they won’t and they don’t pay you, at all! I played on this casino for a year or 2 and really enjoyed it, they’ve got a great range of games and had always been quick to assist in any issues. Then I had a huge win and they paid me but also restricted my account, and despite at least 10 emails from me they’ve just point blank ignored me and stopped responding, but have left my account active but have blocked me from depositing, they asked for paperwork which they received and I have emails confirming I’ve done everything that was requested.They seem happy when you’re losing but don’t like winners, I wouldn’t recommend them as their customer service since I won has become absolutely non existent.

Very bad when it comes to processing withdrawals. When the withdrawals are over £1000, Genting casino takes between 2 days atleast to process your withdrawals and each time I have to chase them of which I get the same response, copied from a script “Our main goal is to process all withdrawals within a few hours. It can sometimes take longer”..This is lie as other withdrawals in the past made on Saturdays gets processed within a few hours if they are under £1000. Most casinos now payout within 2 hours but Genting casino takes more than 2 days. Very bad customer service aswel, no one replies to you on chat.

They keep restricting my account saying I’ve used bad language, so I’ve been screen recording my sessions! When checking on my mistakes I found no. Absolute ridiculous customer service… no one will answer my online chat messages or emails. I have £400 of funds that I am trying to withdraw… I deposited my initial funds on Apple Pay and now I’ve been told they can’t transfer me my winnings the same way.
