Games crash when you get a bonus, takes multiple attempts to get back in the game, when you do your money has gone no bonus as been played.Multiple games dont load, or crash mid spin again money lost.I have tried all their fixes and been passed to multiple support assistants and they just thank me for my time, tell me to try their trouble shooting, and ask for proof that they have been sent mutiple times.If you want a poor gaming experience, and app that doesnt work properly and terribly poor support then this is the app for you.Personally I am going else where , at least I can see the games they are taking the money for.

A very clever tactical casino. 1 withdrawal until it’s processed you can’t withdraw. Makes you play your further winnings to a loss. Withdrawal times are average at best. Basically got asked to upload and verify my documents which I did. Then it said approved. I then won £7000 and said I needed to again upload my documents. Took me to the upload page for it to say my documents had been approved. But still Wouldn’t let me withdraw saying I need to upload documents. Worst casino I’ve used. The worst casino I have ever played on. The legitimately rob you of your money. Gave me a free spins bonus which I won €2.73 on. I spent the €2.73 and then revered a withdrawal I had pending previously. I won €100 off the funds I reversed and then when I went to withdraw they would onlyLet me withdraw €30 and the other €70 had been put into my bonus funds. They would not let me withdraw the money I won from my own money so I completely deleted my account. Avoid this site at all costs

I dont know, seems everything not right. Hot/cold feature playing under sis company like playojo, works really well..But here in Genting, hmmm completely opposite. Info provided seems questionable. Good platform, however, the games are very slow and crash regularly. Withdrawal is very slow considering they state they process them in a few hours and when speaking to customer support you just get a standard cut and paste reply and then no further replies after the first email.

This is the worst site i have ever used. i was playing blackjack with £200 of my real money. every time i played a hand and won, it took the balance off the real money and added the profit to the bonus money. This is daylight robbery. i can understand if i was using only bonus money thats fine but i was playing with real money. I won £440 which they added all to bonus. I even had £900 in bonus which is even now showing 0. This is a scam. I have sent emails and spoken to agents but no one help. You can not even speak to someone on the phone.
