I’ve played on a few online casinos, but this has to be tackiest ever even verging on being amateurish! All the games in the Big Bass genre go into constant spins then crash. The system shows a popup every few minutes to say your not logged in, and to top it off you wait an eternity for any live agent support (90 minutes and still waiting). Hardly an enjoyable experience!

I opted into a promotion – deposit £10 and recieve 150 free spins. In the terms and conditions it states that the deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time even whilst bonuses are active. However you cannot withdraw before using the 150 spins, and you cant withdraw until either the wagering requirement has been met on the money won from the 150 spins, or you cancel the bonus funds. Further to that, when attempting to play through the wagering requirements it is the deposited funds that are taken first. Basically I deposited £10, played the 150 spins & only won around £8. Rather than just lose my money I decided to cancel the bonus and withdraw the £10. Completely pointless

Overall good casino with dedicated app. Unfortunately app can be sometimes dodgy especially on mobile connection. Withdrawals except first one instant so far, with one exception which was eventually my fault as i’ve frozen my card and forgot about it. As soon as pulled on to car park kids was in cars blasting music the same kids sit in the smoking lounge like place is a youth club. Playing roulette via the betting terminal and lost quite a bit but then started winning they changed the tables spinner and 2 mins after that security came and told her to close the table as I was winning. Spinners are for show rng for the roulette is via computer and disc program and was about to cycle some of my best numbers so they closed the table. Also cheat ball launch speeds between placing bets some lunches can take upto 2mins others was going off in like 15 seconds giving no time to back best numbers then them numbers hit. So over all feels like a youth club full of kids and they cheat the tables. FYI yes I could see the security observation or floor manager watching before end and before getting lady to close a table after she only just came on it.

I was threatened by another customer and the manager did nothing after a female dealer reported it. Baccarat deck of cards is shuffled using a card counting machine. And the result is not the game of Baccarat. Black Jack is same, dealer busts almost NEVER. I have encountered 2 rude dealers. I have been to this place 3 times now. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. No one ever there. And for good reason. Not fun if all you do is loose. Never going back there. Keep it moving to one of the west end casinos. And the other reviews with 5 stars MUST BE fake or referring to only the restaurant and not gaming part of this venue.

Had over £600 on the balance, had a withdrawal of £50 pending for 19 hours and wanted to make another withdrawal of £400. Contacted several times advised I wanted it increase by £400. They did. Nothing, I read the reviews and seen it seemed a scam so just accepted this was the case and played through the balance, immediately after spending this they approved the withdrawal. Which is pretty much proof they do this on purpose. After speaking with the UKGC they have informed me at no point can a casino stop you from withdrawing funds from a despite balance, not also implement any rules that state only one withdrawal at a time, therefore this is a breach of the UKGc terms and condition which they are bound by. I am waiting on a deadlock letter from genting and raising with IBAS and the UKGC as not only have they breached the terms but have done this to alot of players. I have sent over all information (screenshots) of my balance, and my request to increase my withdrawal by £400 which I was told can be done but wasn’t. Whilst I won’t get my money back it’s expected that once the UKGC look into their terms regarding withdrawal process they will be in for a hefty fine.
