Horrific company. Went to Edinburgh Fountainbridge branch just to be met with homophobic abuse from staff. I have video recordings of this if anyone wants to see, please PM me. I plan to take this further. “Tony” from the front desk embarassed me and his “bouncer” laughed. Have everything recorded. Horrendous company and will be met with flames and fury. Disgraceful people not worthy of breath. Horrible abusive staff and they wouldn’t even give me head office details cause they knew they were Horrible wrongful people

Stockport – CasinoUsed to come here constantly but took a break, came back today (October 2024). The repaint of the building is absolutely vile, whoever decided on the colour needs to be at the Job Cente every week for the rest of their life. The beautiful colour is gone and the entire place looks lifeless and disgusting, will be spending my money at a different casino until the managers stop huffing glue.

Awfull site, avoid at all costs. The site is broken, every 2 minutes the site crashes! Render killer, render killer, render, render, render killer or internal server failure. It takes 1- 2 minutea to load, you get a few minutes in then bam crash again. I have been so many times to this casino in china town. This is the most rigged and cheating casino i ever played. On an average, blackjack dealer wins 85 hands out of 100. I understand gambling is very risky but this is very ridiculous ratio of winning. Their shuffling machine is so rigged that I can tell cards will come out. 8 times out of 10 they will 5 after 16 so end up making 21. Don’t go there at any cost.

The worst online casino ever, there is no communication if there is an issue with your banking. Also the chat system is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I sent numerous emails to the customer service and the 3 replies I got were dismissive and at no point did they attempt to answer my query. They don’t even have a complaint process, I think that’s why they ignore you. No number to call nothing. Waiting to withdraw your money you end up playing it back perhaps this is their plan. Don’t join is my advice, as soon as my funds are cleared I will be closing my account. I must say they are not connected to the actual casinos around the UK.

I visited this casino and to be very honest with you the service was poor. I was served by a girl called macy and not only was she flirting with customers her service was terrible it took me nearly 30 minutes to get served (it wasn’t busy) she was talking with other staff members rather than getting on with serving people she spoke rudely and poured what has to be the worst pint I’ve seen, she can’t do her job and she’s very unprofessional.

If you win a big amount it takes ages to withdraw your money maximum 5k per transaction which takes forever to clear. I won over 200k and I’m still trying to cash out. Establishment such as getting should facilitate better ways of withdrawing.

Got an email telling me to sign up and receive 132 free spins upon depositing £10. Deposited and didn’t receive the offer. Joke of an online site. Refusing to approve my withdrawal which has been pending for over 3 days for some bizarre reason. Asked to send details in and now getting the same automated bullsh!t response. Claim they get numerous withdrawals every day but still can’t seem to process mine which has now vanished off my account? Email and ask on chat what’s going on to get IGNORED.
