Forever asking me to update my bank card for review and turning it away whilst the bot claims at the same time no documents needed to be uploaded so feels like my account stuck in a loop. I also agree the excuse for taking so long to withdraw is pathetic as majority of casinos take within an hour without a problem.Just seen the same rubbish response from this review about how they have to verify all withdraw like they have responded the same to everyone else.

It started of pretty well and normally they send whitdrawals within 24 hours as their T/C states. Lately its not been good enough in my opinion and its also difficult to get help from customer support. Expect more of a licensed company

No real reason as I had deposited just over 1100 and was Trying to take off 700 .It’s been paid out the 24 hours over but not letting me so went on to chat and the bot just told me I should be able to play at 15.00pm GMT time but it’s 17.00pm bots are terrible . Genting got rid of Lucky Lady’s Charm slot. When I asked them, they told me it was because not a lot of people play it. I believe the 20p roulette software not to be randomly generated. I had put 600 on to lose 400 in minutes. I placed a bet on red even as 7 previous number was odd black to then come another further 8 blacks so 15 blacks in a row now i know this is possible it seemed like it plays with you how are we to know if its random or not??

I have been playing for a couple of days depositing with no issue. As soon as I requested a withdrawal I was asked to upload documents. It took 9 hours for them to contact me to say that they had not been able to approve the document. A further two hours after I resent it to approve. It’s now 12.5 hours since my withdrawal request and I have not received my winnings. The chatbot is useless and it’s impossible to speak to a real human.ANOTHER WITHDRAWAL, ANOTHER HOOP TO JUMP THROUGH!I did eventually receive my withdrawal today, however I have now requested another withdrawal and now I have to provide bank details. Including my IBAN number and SWIFT number. Funny how they didn’t need those for my deposits. Seriously people, use Coral, Foxy or Ladbrookes, withdrawals are processed in under an hour!

2nd review . I really find this site really good . So in total I have deposited £460 into my account.The bonus’s i have received add up to £0.55. From my £460, I turned it into roughly £571. When I tried to withdraw, it told me that all of my £571 was “Bonus Money”. I looked on the terms and conditions, and it states “Having an active bonus does not prevent you from withdrawing, however you will have to choose to cancel your entire bonus balance (this includes any winnings you accrued using your bonus) should you wish to withdraw”. This can be and has been interpreted as “you will need to cancel your active bonus (in my case, £0.55 in total bonus winnings) to withdraw. I cancelled my £0.55 bonus money as it’s not much to lose, and ALL of my £571 disappeared. Insinuating I made £571 from £0.55, and not the £460 i have deposited recently. I have sent them an email and still await a response.

I do like Gentings “Land Based” Casino at Blackpool. Last year I had problems getting paid out .. something to do with bonuses … that made me nervous to use you. However, quietly impressed now .. particularly speed of settlement .. one problem though – when doing a quick deposit, while still playing, I’ve been “frozen out” of the game I was playing & had to re-log in each time. It has now been 6 days since my withdrawal was apparently ‘processed’ via wire transfer from gentings, yet I have not received a thing? Contacted my bank nothing is pending or due in from gentings, if it was sent via wire transfer I would of recieved it straight away my bank has advised so this cop out they say is complete rubbish, lack of communication from them, generic response on chat every time 😂 sent an email 8 days ago still no response?
