They said declined my last 100 pounds deposit but they exutally taken from my account. Make sure people check how much you deposit and how much left your acount. .I try contacting with coustomer service but its rubbish coustomer service. SCAM SITE EVEAR

Finally they have sent me 2 emails yesterday to tell me that after viewing my account they have made an decision to terminate my membership :)))) And They say that They will not pay me back the money of £10.000 .. They will pay this money to the charity :))))) Bravo Grosvenor … You firstly learn how to pay peoples money back to them before you consider Charity!..I am inviting them to show me where I have done something wrong?Where I lied to them? If they can prove anything unlawful from my side then I am willing to pay them £100.000 on top! This statement can be used against me with my permission if I have done something wrong.. Grosvenor wait for me :))) I will not be that easy to be humiliated and used for sure..I have already started my actions with every relevant people and department..Gambling Commission, IBAS, Action Fraud,Local Police Station as well as preparing myself Social Media, Press and So on… I will show them how to respect people with dignity and run the business in a professionalisms..WATCH OUT GROSVENOR CASINO , DON’T BE THE NEXT VICTOM!..
