This was without a doubt the worst online sign-up experience I have ever encountered. Verifications are a nightmare. They’ll send an email asking for payslips, take a week to review, then send another email asking for full bank statements, take another week to review, then ask for something else. This is after completing the process less than 6 months prior despite no change to circumstances. They also randomly blocked me at some point for an additional review of my account. It’s request after request, and their communication during this process is woeful.

A solution, as of when the account, which I have never used, as it was locked all the time – before and after verification process – will be unlocked, was not provided. An account can legally only be locked, if I would have done something against the terms and conditions, which I haven’t, I merely created the account, never came even to see the website as the verification process had to be first completed. Then I went on Christmas Holidays for an extended period of 3 weeks and came back in January after New Year, to find weeks later my account was still unlockable. Going on a longer holiday is not a legal reason to lock someone’s account after they were verified. I never got to deposit, play or even take a look around at your website, in despite of having all the documents provided. This is so poor, so very poor, guys.

I’ve played on groves or online several times now and limit myself to £50 a time. Even the safer gaming self set “deposit” limits don’t work! edit: It appears what is misdescribed as a “deposit” limit is actually a “loss” limit. SCAMMERS….. HONESTLY STAY AWAY. My usual play is £1 per spin slots, usually topcat or fishin frenzy. I only ever deposit £40 at a time and with that I have 40 spins at £1 each. DO NOT PLAY “Table” games, they are a con! I have just played 20p roulette and covered 25 numbers (the same ones each spin) and in the FIRST 14 spins I only won 3 times. I then played 50p Blackjack and played for 15 minutes (maybe 60 to 70 hands) and only had a two card hand 3 times (plus one blackjack), 18 once and 20 twice, the dealer had blackjack all three times. Whilst these are statistically possible, and will happen at some stage if one plays long enough, for them to both happen “randomly” (I filmed both) immediately from the first plays is virtually IMPOSSIBLE (thousands to one against)! Just give the money to a charity instead.
