Well I will let you know shortly if my experience is actually a 5* not a 4* Joined up today at Grosvenor won a small profit back withdrew £120.00.Still not received winnings as of yet but realise it can take a couple of hours even upto 48 on some sites. Verifications are a nightmare. They’ll send an email asking for payslips, take a week to review, then send another email asking for full bank statements, take another week to review, then ask for something else. This is after completing the process less than 6 months prior despite no change to circumstances. They also randomly blocked me at some point for an additional review of my account.
