Finally they have sent me 2 emails yesterday to tell me that after viewing my account they have made an decision to terminate my membership :)))) And They say that They will not pay me back the money of £10.000 .. NO WONDER GROSVENOR HAS VERY BAD RATING!..Few months ago I joined this site and I provided what ever they wanted from me!..They then did welcome me and Account was up and running.. My monthly deposit limit is £700 and I had no luck since the beginning until last week. Their Customer Services never sent me an Email and showing me their concerns about my losses and the way I play.. Suddenly Luck has changed and I was pulling my lost monies back as well as some profit on top and they sent me an email asking me that If I was comfortable with my play :))))) COMEDY STARTS !..I am winning and now I am playing with their Money, How can I not be comfortable with this? Normally visit the branch and have a great experience. This visit the service experience was very poor and after having my stake money locked in the same machine twice due to technical issue, no service skills offered. Simply told go play another machine. Asked for a good will gesture and this was also dismissed. Service desk told me I was extremely rude as they heard everything. Not sure this is possible.
