Was a member for many years but after collecting some winnings with the online casino my account was close and my withdrawal was never paid now I cannot even access my account as says lock after many months trying to contact them I still up to this date have no way of getting my withdrawal. Can someone or company help to try and get my withdrawal I won’t recommend anyone to gamble online with this casino.

G. What’s with the 3hours30minutes late reg period in your poker tournaments! My gosh. The longest late reg that I know. Crazy! They must be suffering badly with numbers and getting that guarantee! Absolute disgraceful I have been a member of the online site for years not fantastic for wins so I’m not a regular user updated new debit card recently as stated on site accepts all major debit cards had a small win and could not withdraw funds as card is not accepted to receive funds no option to add another method of payment help chat online useless one couldn’t find my account and ended chat the other found me but no help what a RIP off. No message at deposit to state not a major bank card for refunds even though I’ve refunded before. Users beware this needs reporting.

Been regularly using for nearly 2 years, £26.5k in deposits the site is ok, a decent selection of games.However, regularly down or running like you are connected by dial up Internet.Multiple occasions where games have errors after wins and are not credited to the account.Contacted customer services and you are quizzed like your at fault, happened on blackjack and slots.Had enough in the end and closed the account, which was a shame as they have good poker options

Personally I’ve had no problems with payouts, had afew nice little wins and some losses. I’ve read the reviews, I dont understand peoples comments about games eating money, you feed it! My first time here….came out with my buddy to hang out and went to get a drink from the bar where I met a waiter (Kyle) who was really racist towards me…I have never felt as bad as I did tonight but thanks to another waiter (Roshan) who actually served me and apologized. Borderline illegal. I’ve heard of many many investigations about Grossvenor now. Deposit. Win. Then be prepared to have you account blocked and deleted without any trace. I created an account on the 28th April, deposited £750. Lost some on football and had my main bet left which was winning. Ever since I then logged out. I cannot log back in with the details I wrote down. I went on the chat multiple times they said I can’t find any account with those details when I provided my address, phone number, user name and email. I then get an email saying I cannot locate any account! SCAMMERS, they’ll do anything to keep your money and not allowing you access. I’m taking this to a small claims court it’s embarrassing. What a joke this place in Manchester bury new road is. The valet staff are terrible and useless. Managers should watch them. They parade around not asking anyone if they want a drink. There’s a guy there and he works on reception sometimes and valet but he tries to ignore you when collecting glasses and then when you ask him for a drink he gives you a dirty look and never brings the drink. There is a tall foreign girl who just prances around thinking she’s beautiful what a joke. Not once has asked customers if they want anything.. they all try and avoid customer contact . It’s a joke their suppose to be valet staff. Genting is 100 times better the staff are brilliant in their and always come round ask of you want food or drinks. Grosvenor bury new road is gone downhill. The place is dirty and the toilets stink. They should get there useless valet staff to clean the toilets and the casino because they don’t do much else. The old guy on reception is so miserable they need some one younger and friendlier on there. Send some under cover management and see if I am lying. Terrible place. Rather go genting around the corner. People smoking weed outside aswell comes straight in to casino. This place and the staff are a joke. I use to come here years ago and know binish on roulette. The Cards are definitely rigged and made for you to lose indefinitely. I have played poker, blackjack and other card games all over the world and i have never tried playing online because I can’t see the cards in real life. After playing blackjack for example, I have never seen the dealer deal themselves 19-21 nearly every time, whilst the player is usually being dealt between 12-16. It is like the cards are always aimed at 20 and thats number you usually have to beat more often than not. My advice stay well away from this app and probably others.

Got given q dodgy £20 in a payout from the cashier. Tried to take it back.but the cashier said he didn’t give it me. He has done it before.and unfortunately for me the manager doesn’t get on with me so after losing £400 at roulette he then stole the £20 note off me on top.
