Took part in the bet and get free spins on football game, terms are single bets, apparently a ‘bet builder’ is a treble bet. Customer service wanted none of it. Zero wording of what qualifies as a single bet or a qualifying bet. They worded this on purpose so like many offers people do what I do.Also the same game #player to score, result, over 2.5 goals bets are also trebles or they singles?

I've been using the site for a while, and that was ok. But then one day, I was spinning on a slot game, got a bonus round that ended with some 240 times multiplyer of my bet, when all of a sudden some "unexpected" error occurred, and I have been logged out. Obviously tried logging in again, but couldn't for about 30 minutes. When I was able to log in again saw that my winnings aren't added to my account balance. Contacted the "customer service" which are not really active or helpful. They needed a month to tell that I don't have a missing withdrawal!!!! That is awesome, but I never complained about withdrawal I was asking why my winnings hasn't been added to my account balance? I've tried to explain them again what my issue is, now quiet again.Horrible experience, my advice, play elsewhere, but if you play here and win, make screenshots so they can't deny it, as they did with me.PS: ever since the incident it seems I have no chance to win, I can only lose.

One star but I'd give them a ZERO, I'm a member at my local Grvo casino, not to bad tbf (use the term loosely) and had the odd win on the slots but nothing big!... Playing on line and fuc* me, what a load of shi7!! Won more playing pidgie toss at school.... Played the gam 21 pick on football goals first week got 20, then 12 , 10,12 and got 21 exactly goals which gives you £2000. In the terms and conditions if more than one person wins it’s shared but lo and behold only got £21.51 for it meaning there would have been 93 perfect picks for 21 goals on that round. The game stats says only 2% of people have won cash prizes but on this occasion 93 got the perfect picks give me peace. They don’t publish who won names or user names on this. But on thr fantasy football give such details. I am forwarding this on to watchdog and gambling commission to investigate. Have cancelled my accounts straight away as I believe they to be crooks!! I've made two withdrawals with this casino. first one went through fine. After making the 2nd one, my account was locked and told i needed to verify my account by sending over various info. They said this would take 72 hours. It has now been just short of 70 hours and still no contact from them to say my account has been unlocked. Trying to get hold of them on live chat and have been sat waiting for nearly an hour. I have £300 in my account that i cannot access.Very disappointed.

They repeatedly fail to award the free bets that they offer as part of their promotions. When you try to contact them, they tell you that you can wait in a queue or raise a case and have someone contact you. When you raise a case, nobody ever bothers to contact you. You then have to go back to queue for an agent via chat.In chat, the agent will do everything possible to tell you that you are wrong. When you provide evidence to show that you are correct the agent will then try to accuse you of providing false information and look for another reason not to award your free bet. This is a weekly occurrence. I have made a formal complaint, but Grosvenor have not had the decency to get back to me.

Once it became apparent he didn't even apologise even when pressed for it. What a piece of work that should not still be working at your company. As someone who is now enjoying the odd flutter here now, I'll say my last visit left a sour taste in my mouth. From a doorman being rude to a middle-aged Indian man with clear anger issues asking me to help his friend out when he saw that I had a credit ticket... Not only was his friend gambling away, they were both buying drinks regularly. It just shows the type of bad-minded people that are in the place. People who will attempt to extract money from good people so that they can wager more on their casino experience.Their (now relaxed) open door policy adds to this type of punter; and though I like to wear a hat, their previous removal of hat policy showed some dress-code. Terrible website to use as it keeps crashing/freezing and when playing today online, £10 was deducted from my account for a game I did not play. I have spent over one hour trying to speak to someone via live chat with no response and tried calling the customer service number only to receive a recorded message saying the phone lines are not available and advising to use live chat! Also no email address available for them. I thought they were a reputable company but clearly I was wrong.

They will give you a casino bonus, and when you use it, YOUR REAL MONEY WILL BE USED BEFORE THE BONUS!! Absolutely ridiculous as there is no sign or warning that your own cash is used. They expect you to read through the obscure terms and conditions hided somewhere and wouldn't do anything about it. You can easily tell they do this deliberately to scam people. Oh by the way, if you try to withdraw your own cash to use the bonus, sorry, they say your bonus will be forfeited.

absolutely the worst website in the world. slow, fails to load, cant even place a bet properly., doesnt matter if youre on PC, android, iphone - its absolute garbage. The poker part of the site on instant play does not work on brand new Samsung A7 tablet. You will miss hands because of software freezing and up to 32 ghost cards being left on the table from previous hands and when you get moved to another table the screen just goes blank and you have to click back, refresh the Web page then open table. It's painful and frustrating. Tried the app from playstore and that was even worse. Neither were designed for Android users, avoid like the plague! For such a good bricks and mortar casino to have a site this bad is shameful in 2023

I was excited to take advantage of their 100% profit boost offer and started with a £20 deposit, placing two £10 bets. Unfortunately, one bet didn't pan out, but the other was a win. However, my joy was short-lived when the next morning, I discovered my account was locked.While I understand the need for verification processes, the timing seemed too coincidental. Digging into the regulations, it became apparent that there might have been a breach as per licence condition 17.1.1 regarding customer identity verification. The Gambling Commission states, “A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied”. This is exactly what’s happened here.What added frustration was the lack of response to my formal complaint and follow-up emails. It took four weeks of persistent efforts, including live chat, to finally unlock my account and withdraw the balance.This ordeal left me hesitant about continuing with Grosvenor or any affiliated company. The fact of an account lock following a win, raises doubts about fair play and the treatment of customers. I am sure I am not the only one affected.My advice based on this experience is to exercise caution when dealing with Grosvenor. While the initial attraction might be their offers, the overall handling of customer accounts and the lack of responsiveness in resolving issues can make the whole experience incredibly frustrating. New update from my previous reviews. As I've stated I've been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years. Not proud of it but thousands rough estimate. Now all of a sudden. They've closed my online account I have sent my ID and A council letter stating I'm currently homeless have been for 2 years now. Just incase you was thinking "he's homeless so he must be on benefits. He must be gambling away my benefits. Haha 😂 No I work have all my life. Anyway to the point they've blocked my account as I can not provide my home address. Like I said they've had my British passport and I've stated I'm home less head office's number doesn't work hasn't for months not one number for the online service. Online chat service is useless wait 20 minutes and nothing tell you to email in and someone will get back to you in 5-7 working days. And they do at first but then no reply. It's been over 13 days since I last heard off them and this back has been going on for the last 6 weeks.

Tried live chat - gave up after 30 minutes of not speaking to anyone. So emailed them. Got a response saying technical problems, will have your spins in 2 days. Another 2 days pass and no spins. Emailed again, same reply, will have spins in 2 days time. After 2 days emailed again. Still no response. Don't think I'll ever see my free spins. Ok so Grosvenor WERE really good as a betting site. Decent offers, decent odds. Usually everything paid out or credited albeit maybe a bit slow.However a couple of recent promotions failed to pay out (some free spins if you bet on a footie match, and a free bet if X happens when X did happen). NO customer service in sight. Chat with a bot and it be "forwarded to their customer champions". No email back in over a week. It's impossible to pass the bot and get a human. No matter what you try to do with it's little questions, ultimately you're going to be left waiting for an email response. And left waiting. And never get said email response.

Terrible bookmaker. Offer multiple promotions but never issue the rewards. I am owed free spins following a recent bet, however they did not show up on my account when they were meant to. I waited the 72 hours it stated to allow in extenuating circumstances in their T&C's and still nothing. I chased their live chat and had the displeasure of dealing with Kaydon. He stated that the spins would be added and I should be patient, I explained that I had been patient and the 72 hours had passed and he kept following a script saying I'd have to wait. I requested he add an equivalent value bonus to my account, which he claimed he couldn't do, even though I full well knew he could as I have had live chat staff so previously. Eventually after back and forth and Kaydon checking with a senior colleague he agreed to add the bonus. However he added the equivalent value cash bonus with 5x wagering (not the 1x the free spins were due to have), I questioned this and he started lying again saying this was all he could do. Grosvenor clearly don't like paying out rewards their customers have qualified for. After more back and forth he agreed to offer a live casino bonus (something I know they'd say has 1x wagering but where games only count 10% towards that wagering. Again not what the free spins would have been). When I questioned this he canceled all my bonuses and told me I'd never opted in to the promotion. I definitely had and had screenshots to prove it. Clearly he did not want to issue any bonus and wanted to end the discussion. At this stage I'd been on live chat for over an hour and had had enough. I asked Kaydon what their complaints procedure was. He told me I could raise a complaint with him and then while typing it he ended the chat. I emailed my screenshot to prove I had opted in for the offer to their support email and received no response. I chased it on live chat again today and spoke with Terry. Yet again Terry claimed I hadn't opted in, despite seeing my email with a screenshot. The conversation was very repetitive with Terry claiming I wasn't meant to see this promotion (despite it being advertised to me on my promotions page and opting in), so wasn't due the reward. He then ended the chat. Baring in mind this week is "safer gambling week" and Grosvenor claim to care about their customers, is it in line with your policy to advertise and offer to a customer, encourage them to bet and then refuse to issue the reward they qualified for?I would also like to hear of you actively encourage your staff to lie so you don't have to issue rewards your customers have qualified for, or whether this is just Kaydon and Terry's choice?I have wasted enough time on this, so unless you issues the reward or equivalent bonus (with 1x wagering) I am going to log a complaint with IBAS.

I went on site to collect my winnings only to be informed that i had scored 13 goals. I went on my results and there was no sign of my pick. I could only see error 138. I 100% know that i scored 21 as i saved the matches i chose on the day of entry. I contacted live chat immediately and the service was awful. I had disconnection issues from employees and was then informed this will be looked into immediately. I still haven't received any response. Overall this is the worst customer experience I've ever experienced and i should have received my prize 2 days ago.
