Scam website have reported and submitted formal complaints. I have won some money and went to withdraw, they locked account and asked for ID, ID was sent over a week ago. Yet they state maximum 72 hours. When contacting they said just to wait but been a week with no updates or responses. Now having to go through their regulators

Oh this website is shambolic for customer service, had a similar experience to those who have submitted reviews. I deposited £200, won 756 and of course, I’m locked out of my account. I have submitted my documents and was advised a few times to wait 72 hours, I contacted back after 70 and again I was advised to wait 72 hours and it will be sorted. I advised I’d be in touch later when of course this wouldn’t be the case and it wasn’t. I was then told due to a backlog it’s taking extra time. Why blatantly lie when you know you’re not going to meet the timeframe? My money has been sat there for 5 days now, I still haven’t heard back nor get into my account. Do not give you free spins after you wager. They state you have won free spins, but when the games load no free spins are awarded. Has happened over 4 time in past 5 weeks. Live casino roulette is a joke, in Shefford and Glasgow the dealer only spins for the plsyer in the physical casino. I can’t put 15 numbers on in 10 seconds. So I had a text message to say I have got 10 free spins, I won £30,. Transfered it over but it declined, spoke to customer service and it took absolutely ages to get through once I did they asked for my ID, so OK I sent this via email and apparently it was going take 72 hours, 72 hours past and I contacted them, they said its still pending, they rushed it and I had an email to say its all done, so I went to withdrawl my winnings and yet again it declined, PayPal wasn’t accepting it so again I contacted their customer service after waiting ages again, they said they would delete PayPal so I could use my bank card, tried again and surprise surprise it didn’t work… worst gambling site I have ever had to deal with. My husband joined the casino and played on line, he won a few quid, nothing sparkling but then won £150, he withdrew it and got paid out same day. Carried on playing, won another £450, again got paid out same day. Gave them £150 back and won £900. Withdrew the money, went to log on next day and check account, account was locked. They then asked for ID galore, no sign of withdrawal as yet, asked them why he wasn’t asked for ID before first payment, was advised that his account needed a secondary level of security verification. Now seen all the reviews and starting to feel a little sick!!!

On registration, I was not asked for ID and upon placing bets, I was not asked for ID.I did their exclusive rewards programme where you get a free bet and upon placing my bets on the horse racing element, I won both from my money and the free and ended up having a sum of £95 on account.When I tried to log in on Friday 20 January 2024, a message came up stating that my account was “locked”. I contacted customer services and they said that I needed to provide ID. I was unhappy with this but unfortunately, as gambling sites go, they don’t like winners and will make things very difficult for you. I have since sent them my ID and I will wait and see what happens.If I am not able to access the site and retrieve my money, I will be contacting the Gambling Commission to intervene!

I had a charge on my bank account for £49 from Grosvenor. I have never had an account with them. When I tried to contact them with regards to this they would not help me as I did not have an account.Clearly someone signed up with my bank card details, and a different email/address and was successful in doing so.

I predicted scores of 5 games and got exactly 21 goals, which they say is a £2000 win. However I was only paid out £21.51 meaning that 100 people also predicted the correct score. I entered the target 21 promotion. I correctly predicted 5 matches and scored 21 goals to quality for the £2000 jacpot. I went on site to collect my winnings only to be informed that i had scored 13 goals. I went on my results and there was no sign of my pick. I could only see error 138. I 100% know that i scored 21 as i saved the matches i chose on the day of entry. I contacted live chat immediately and the service was awful. I had disconnection issues from employees and was then informed this will be looked into immediately. I still haven’t received any response. Overall this is the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced and i should have received my prize 2 days ago.

I’ve been using the site for a while, and that was ok. But then one day, I was spinning on a slot game, got a bonus round that ended with some 240 times multiplyer of my bet, when all of a sudden some “unexpected” error occurred, and I have been logged out. Played the gam 21 pick on football goals first week got 20, then 12 , 10,12 and got 21 exactly goals which gives you £2000. In the terms and conditions if more than one person wins it’s shared but lo and behold only got £21.51 for it meaning there would have been 93 perfect picks for 21 goals on that round. The game stats says only 2% of people have won cash prizes but on this occasion 93 got the perfect picks give me peace. They don’t publish who won names or user names on this. I’ve made two withdrawals with this casino. first one went through fine. After making the 2nd one, my account was locked and told i needed to verify my account by sending over various info. They said this would take 72 hours. It has now been just short of 70 hours and still no contact from them to say my account has been unlocked. When you try to contact them, they tell you that you can wait in a queue or raise a case and have someone contact you. When you raise a case, nobody ever bothers to contact you. You then have to go back to queue for an agent via chat.In chat, the agent will do everything possible to tell you that you are wrong. When you provide evidence to show that you are correct the agent will then try to accuse you of providing false information and look for another reason not to award your free bet. This is a weekly occurrence. I have made a formal complaint, but Grosvenor have not had the decency to get back to me.

They will give you a casino bonus, and when you use it, YOUR REAL MONEY WILL BE USED BEFORE THE BONUS!! Absolutely ridiculous as there is no sign or warning that your own cash is used.
