Absolute joke of a gaming site. Deposited 20 pound and not one slot showed which was eligible for the welcome spins. Trying to get past the chat bot is near impossible, which after 2 hours of going in circles I was told I was being passed to a “champion”. 45 minutes of waiting later and just withdrew the remainder of my deposit. Despite the glamorous name, this site is run by a shower of incompetent amateurs!

Anyone having problems with the bot passing you on too live support? I can’t change my withdrawl method too the same card details too what I made a deposit with. I need too to do this on live chat, but the bot just sends out a email too customer service too then get a reply back saying this can’t be done through email. I have explained the bot doesn’t pass me over too live support and all I get back is this has too be done on live support. How do I get around making a withdrawl too the card details I made a deposit with. Visited today in Brighton, very downmarket compared to what it used to be like – no atmosphere and cheap/bleak decor – does not feel like a casino should. We waited 2 hrs to play 3 card poker and even asked the pit boss if they could open it (as they had other staff on empty tables and minimal customers generally). The pit boss was pretty rude/surly and said they were too busy and did not have staff to open the table for us. We finished our drinks whilst watching the croupier on the 3rd £1 Roulette table looking bored and yawning as they had no customers. We left without playing a single game, will go elsewhere in future, totally disappointed in our experience – used to be a fun night out!

When I signed up with Grosvenor casino 2 years ago I was told no letters would be sent to my home address for privacy reasons , 2 years later I received a promotional leaflet that is offering me discount offers. Grosvenor was initially a really preferred Casino of mine however I am now finding my experiences becoming more and more stressful. I would occasionally not be credited Weekly Free Bets, I would follow this up and be told by customer advisors I was not “Opt In” for the promo. So this is just an update for my previous review here.it’s now been nearly two weeks and no one from grovenor casinos has got back to me. the head office customer number does not work the online chat service is useless. Been playing for couple of years. Keep getting into final stages , small payment, just about money back and beaten by ridiculous hands. Signed up for the new customer deal, deposit £20 and get £30 bonus. Now 14 hours late it said my account has been locked but I’ve not done nothing wrong. Absolutely horrendous customer support.Placed a bet on the 13th, it won, bet shows as a winner but no money in the account. Contacted customer services via live chat to no avail, tried 10+ occasions and wasted several hours and was unable to talk to someone. Sent 2 emails and received a response that it will take 10 days to review the incident which is ludicrous in this industry.4 days I have just got through to live chat and have been told to try and contact another time as they can’t access my information at the moment. This is not a one time deposit experience. I deposited 5 times in several months. I never lose control or increase my bet. I never enjoyed, at all. In every game, takes money first and then, if you are lucky, gives 80 or 90 percent of the money back. You find yourself playing for hours but losing some of your money in the end. This site is rife with deception and malpractice. When you are on a roll, what you then realise is, bets will be rejected. Your winning bets are not recorded on your transactions. You will then have to take a screenshot of every bet you make. This site is used by thousands every second. They are content by the losers. However, when your pot is hot, they will try everything in their powers to make your gaming experience a terrible one.I was not paid a winning bet. It was £2000. I was then told, the bet was never made even though I have a screenshot. I see most of the negative reviews on here are calling these guys frauds and scammers due to gaming issues.Let me be clear, these guys are 100% scammers. My issue doesn’t even related to gaming – I deposited £20 to claim an offer from them, used £10 and then decided I’d like to withdraw the other £10.They’ve since locked my account and are refusing to answer me on any platform. Definitely a fraudulent casino. I’m 100% sure and if you want any good advice today regarding saving losing your money then this review is it. Every game, you are almost guaranteed a pop message stating “internal server error” and I believe these pop ups are actioned when you’re on a winning cycle. Almost every session consists of multiple crashes. The website is pretty much not fit for purpose. Total scammers and they ought to be ashamed of themselves. Gone from good to the worst , support used used to be almost instant on live chat now they have a bot that won’t get you anywhere and then when you do get to a live agent you’ll be given the option of them getting back to you by email which they will never or you have to wait minimum 35 minutes . Signed up 17th September and deposited £20, thanks to some fortune I made £240 profit. After logging back into my account later that evening I received a message saying account locked. I contacted customer support, 3 days later they replied saying I need to send in a photo of my driving licence, a selfie with me holding the licence, utility bill and a photo of my bank card (Couldnt do this as i used Paypal). I promptly sent the required but despite chasing up, 4 days later I’ve still received no response and locked out with no access to my money. Its just not right they can be this slow and keep you locked out. It really appears this only happened because I was winning.

Grosvenor casino games like most gambling sites use Evolution which own many of the slots found on most sites. The issue is unlike many Grosvenor cannot channel the gamesOn their site resulting in lagging, server drop outs and stalling. My issue is 5 days ago I was playing Big Bass Splash and hit 4 reels which = the bonus. However the game stopped and logged Me out. It’s happened so many times I’m used to it and went back into the game except the slots back at reset with no bonus. I enquire and it’s seemingly not their issue but the provider and that provider in Sweden making its billions doesn’t give a crap. Equally despite Grosvenor replaying the slot and seeing the reels they claim is wasn’t supposed to win.
