Unable to log in, despite numerous attempts, phone line not in service, waited 20 minutes as caller no 1 for chat line. The whole experience was a big let down.Will close my account whenever I get to log in

What an awful experience. Do not use this casino. First, you only win “bonuses” until you reach a certain wager. You can’t see the wagering requirement. For each bonus your wagering requirements increase. Then there is a helpline, if you are prepared to wait half an hour to an hour you will get a response. If you have too many questions the chat shuts down.

Blocked My Account For Winning too much I had a winning streak for 2 days straight no glitches no problem.Just small withdrawals every time I won something. Then I would take a break and this method was successful.After not playing for 1 day I received a message that my account was restricted from deposits by the safer gambling team.I spoke to them and they put my account back to normal. when I now went back to the same game straight away I could tell that something was wrong.They game started glitching and there was manual manipulation definitely involved.just to make sure I tried the same game and on different devices and gambling sites. If I could I would like to give 0 starts. They give promotions and at the back says one per person per casino to use and when you do go to use it they have complains saying we been abusing their promotions when we have been playing the way we should against no rules. We lost a lot with the promotions but they don’t care just keep assuming we doing dodgy things. They make you feel uncomfortable and only smile at you when your losing hundreds. Like many other reviews – I can testify this site is awful. I originally deposited and lost abou £400. Lost this money with a couple of days. I then managed to win £340 on a pragmatic slot. Withdrew this money and played again on the site. When I tell you not a single slot (on ANY brand) bonused, I mean it. This was the worst experience I have ever have. Locked my account 2 days ago. They said its technical problems on their side and my account will be back soon as they are working on it. Told yesterday issue was fixed and would be unlocked but today was told stiil have the issue. Asked to withdraw my cash but told could only be done through my account when its was back up running. When asked if they had a back up system to allow withdraws when techical issues occur was given no reply. Filled out customer experience form they emailed gave them a bad review. They emailed me a reply that they are doing checks to improve the quality of the service! Easily the worst online casino on the market …. and I’m going to explain why as there’s many things wrong here.1. Recently ended their ‘Clash of the Casinos’ promotion. Fair enough, up to them. However the promotion was advertised & running the previous week encouraging play during that week, the promotion was then normally awarded the following Tuesday (based on play the previous week), yet it completely disappeared on the Monday! Then its replacement requires a £25 stake on one of their own live roulette streams (three of which don’t even offer la partage), yet when the conditions are met nothing is given the following day! as the advertised ‘pop-up message’ doesn’t appear. This happens repeatedly. Their other new daily promotion requires a message to be sent to the customer’s message inbox with a link to the promotion, this either doesn’t happen or messages in the inbox have been deleted so the customer can’t access the promotion they’ve qualified for! Grosvenor there is no point in running promotions if you don’t then honour them, this just antagonises your dwindling customer base.And why no Grosvenor live baccarat stream? As no punter with any sense will go near Evolution Gaming, check the reviews on here & youtube etc.

The customer service is disgusting you contact live help just for the agents to rudely end the chat. They don’t honour bonuses i.e. the weekend bonus back is hardily every honoured despite opting in. The site itself is fine and was really enjoying it until I won….. then the problems started. The account was suspended to check my ID this was sent and waited 72 hours for them to say that one of the photos is not good enough quality so i sent a new photo immediately to be told that I will have to wait another 72 hours for this to be checked. Asked customer services to close my account and will not be using this site again. Shame because I did enjoy the site.Very quick to take your money and use all delaying tactics when you ask for a withdrawal

I have reached out for support so many times with this company. I have a new bank card and while I can deposit money, I cannot withdraw money. The live chat is NEVER available, regardless of it being during business hours. I emailed at least 4 times and each time they have told me I can only sort this issue by live chat. The 2nd last email, they gave me a number to call. I made sure i called during business hours and guess what! A recorded message told me no-one was available and it would be easier if I contacted via live chat! I can’t access my own money, just sitting there and there is nothing I can do to get it.

the worst experience ive ever had, i won over £500 from free spins, i then played safe and withdrew the money… i was so happy, until the transaction got declined more than 5 times i then went on live chat and asked why this was happening, they told me that it was my banks fault that im not receiving the funds…. i called my bank and they were adoment this was tottally grosvenors issue, back and forth 3 to 4 times with bank and live chat they then tell me its my card thats the issue, ive been using the card to deposit and withdraw for over 2 years, my cards in date and have no blocks on it and can send and recieve funds…. grosvenor then tell me “i have a gambling problem” (when i won this money with free spins), then went and closed my account so i couldnt access my funds at all. they then went and asked me for 3 months bank statements, and more identification and to email it to verifymegrosvenor email address…. i get an email back saying my £158.27 will be sent via bank transfer being that i withdrew over £500 i have photos videos witnesses to all of this… my bank accepts fast transfers and its been over 24 hours and i still havent received anything not even the £158.27 they plucked out of thin air. im absolutley disgusted with the service and how ive been treated. the worst service ive ever seen. i have so much evidence on my phone which was lucky as theyve shut my account now… dont not use this casino not ever. horrible horrible service its disgracful

I don’t know who came up with tye RTP but i seriously doubt a game (fishin frenzy megaways) can be over 95% when 20/30 or more dead spins in a row is so frequent. Also, i have noticed the game constantly crashes (server issues) yet takes the money for said spin that crashed and therfor didnt play out. You wont know what that bet would of been because it simply acts like it never existed. I have also noticed how rare bonuses have become in the last few months compared to before as well. Im not sure why this is but its very, very noticable. I would stay away and i intend to do exactly that.

Absolutely appalling!! After 320 pounds deposited and played, the wins were terrible… £20 and £15 and that was it! And for those that say it is the developers, I have played these games on other sites and they do not play and pay as poorly as these! We’re to start , absolutely awful company allowed me to bet money without any questions asked soon as I want to withdraw money start asking for ID currently haven’t got driving license or passport and gambling commission have told me .. All online gambling businesses must ask you to prove your age and identity before you gamble. Our rules say that a gambling business can’t ask you to prove your age and identity as a condition of withdrawing your money if they could have asked you at an earlier point. They didn’t do this until 4/5 bets after and still think they are in the right will go to the resolver to see if we can sort it before eCogra

after reading all the negative comments, I want to tell you individually that it is not the casino’s fault if you don’t win. It is always the provider who pays or not, for example Pragmatic play, No Limit city, etc. And if you expect to win large sums with small deposits and low turnover, it is normal to be disappointed. After spending thousands, we decided to have a break and something eat as planned. Restaurant not open on an early Friday evening? Asked for a drink that was advertised on the online menu and got told they don’t do it. Asked for a bunch of menu items from the limited bar menu and they didn’t do those either, including fries! Politely Asked them to comp some food at thus food and git a rude dismissive response. Left and went to Genting. Lost loads but had a great night there in comparison. They couldn’t do enough for us. Won’t return and will guide our friends not to either on group nights out. Shame because we visited fairly often.
