If I could give less stars I would sadly the negative reviews are correct and I should have taken notice signed up and deposited didn’t receive the welcome offer so emailed and as a supposed good will gesture they gave me £30 with a ridiculous wagering requirement which I had no chance of meeting on playing on site I constantly kept getting internal server error issues every time I played £100 down the drain dead spins bonuses of a couple of quid if I was lucky awful site won’t be playing on there again and I advice other don’t

might return, but maybe i wont :/... i have deposited over £750 with this site in the past 3 days, i have won a total of £220 back in all honesty but that was after a £600 loss. i also put the £220 back on and some but the downside is the pay ratio and servers. i have been kicked from multiple games saying internal server error and when i go back the reels are reset! some says ive had a win sitting there waiting :/ and the The bet side of things works for me like this, i spin multiple 60p bets i get a bonus and its dead or £3/7 in that area, i get in at 20p/40p i get around £40/£80 so i go back and do £3 bets to still get only £3/£7 wins in a bonus or dead spins. to be honest and genuine if i had more legitimate payouts for my bet size it would of been a great site and worth 5stars, shame...

The poker part of the site on instant play does not work on brand new Samsung A7 tablet. You will miss hands because of software freezing and up to 32 ghost cards being left on the table from previous hands and when you get moved to another table the screen just goes blank and you have to click back, refresh the Web page then open table. It's painful and frustrating. Tried the app from playstore and that was even worse. Neither were designed for Android users, avoid like the plague! For such a good bricks and mortar casino to have a site this bad is shameful in 2023

Well if I could give ZERO I would. I was seduced by the £20 deposit plus bonus. After registering which was very simple I played a couple of games and won some cash. A couple of days later (after going to A Grosvenor casino) I discovered that the online is nothing to do with the 'real' casino. I was excited to take advantage of their 100% profit boost offer and started with a £20 deposit, placing two £10 bets. Unfortunately, one bet didn't pan out, but the other was a win. However, my joy was short-lived when the next morning, I discovered my account was locked.While I understand the need for verification processes, the timing seemed too coincidental. Digging into the regulations, it became apparent that there might have been a breach as per licence condition 17.1.1 regarding customer identity verification. The Gambling Commission states, “A request made by a customer to withdraw funds from their account must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied”. This is exactly what’s happened here.What added frustration was the lack of response to my formal complaint and follow-up emails. It took four weeks of persistent efforts, including live chat, to finally unlock my account and withdraw the balance.This ordeal left me hesitant about continuing with Grosvenor or any affiliated company. The fact of an account lock following a win, raises doubts about fair play and the treatment of customers. I am sure I am not the only one affected.My advice based on this experience is to exercise caution when dealing with Grosvenor. While the initial attraction might be their offers, the overall handling of customer accounts and the lack of responsiveness in resolving issues can make the whole experience incredibly frustrating. New update from my previous reviews. As I've stated I've been a loyal customer for nearly 5 years. Not proud of it but thousands rough estimate. Now all of a sudden. They've closed my online account I have sent my ID and A council letter stating I'm currently homeless have been for 2 years now. Just incase you was thinking "he's homeless so he must be on benefits. He must be gambling away my benefits. Haha 😂 No I work have all my life. Anyway to the point they've blocked my account as I can not provide my home address. Like I said they've had my British passport and I've stated I'm home less head office's number doesn't work hasn't for months not one number for the online service. Online chat service is useless wait 20 minutes and nothing tell you to email in and someone will get back to you in 5-7 working days. And they do at first but then no reply. It's been over 13 days since I last heard off them and this back has been going on for the last 6 weeks.

Worst customer service ever. They really don't care! Had an offer to get 20 free spins which don't arrive by the latest they should have. Tried live chat - gave up after 30 minutes of not speaking to anyone. So emailed them. Got a response saying technical problems, will have your spins in 2 days. Another 2 days pass and no spins. Emailed again, same reply, will have spins in 2 days time. After 2 days emailed again. Still no response. Don't think I'll ever see my free spins. Ok so Grosvenor WERE really good as a betting site. Decent offers, decent odds. Usually everything paid out or credited albeit maybe a bit slow.However a couple of recent promotions failed to pay out (some free spins if you bet on a footie match, and a free bet if X happens when X did happen). NO customer service in sight. Chat with a bot and it be "forwarded to their customer champions". No email back in over a week. It's impossible to pass the bot and get a human. No matter what you try to do with it's little questions, ultimately you're going to be left waiting for an email response. And left waiting. And never get said email response.

Terrible bookmaker. Offer multiple promotions but never issue the rewards. I am owed free spins following a recent bet, however they did not show up on my account when they were meant to. I waited the 72 hours it stated to allow in extenuating circumstances in their T&C's and still nothing. I chased their live chat and had the displeasure of dealing with Kaydon. He stated that the spins would be added and I should be patient, I explained that I had been patient and the 72 hours had passed and he kept following a script saying I'd have to wait. I requested he add an equivalent value bonus to my account, which he claimed he couldn't do, even though I full well knew he could as I have had live chat staff so previously. Eventually after back and forth and Kaydon checking with a senior colleague he agreed to add the bonus. However he added the equivalent value cash bonus with 5x wagering (not the 1x the free spins were due to have), I questioned this and he started lying again saying this was all he could do. Grosvenor clearly don't like paying out rewards their customers have qualified for. After more back and forth he agreed to offer a live casino bonus (something I know they'd say has 1x wagering but where games only count 10% towards that wagering. Again not what the free spins would have been). When I questioned this he canceled all my bonuses and told me I'd never opted in to the promotion. I definitely had and had screenshots to prove it. Clearly he did not want to issue any bonus and wanted to end the discussion. At this stage I'd been on live chat for over an hour and had had enough. I asked Kaydon what their complaints procedure was. He told me I could raise a complaint with him and then while typing it he ended the chat. I emailed my screenshot to prove I had opted in for the offer to their support email and received no response. I chased it on live chat again today and spoke with Terry. Yet again Terry claimed I hadn't opted in, despite seeing my email with a screenshot. The conversation was very repetitive with Terry claiming I wasn't meant to see this promotion (despite it being advertised to me on my promotions page and opting in), so wasn't due the reward. He then ended the chat. Baring in mind this week is "safer gambling week" and Grosvenor claim to care about their customers, is it in line with your policy to advertise and offer to a customer, encourage them to bet and then refuse to issue the reward they qualified for?I would also like to hear of you actively encourage your staff to lie so you don't have to issue rewards your customers have qualified for, or whether this is just Kaydon and Terry's choice?I have wasted enough time on this, so unless you issues the reward or equivalent bonus (with 1x wagering) I am going to log a complaint with IBAS.

Anyone having problems with the bot passing you on too live support? I can't change my withdrawl method too the same card details too what I made a deposit with. I need too to do this on live chat, but the bot just sends out a email too customer service too then get a reply back saying this can't be done through email. I have explained the bot doesn't pass me over too live support and all I get back is this has too be done on live support. Visited today in Brighton, very downmarket compared to what it used to be like - no atmosphere and cheap/bleak decor - does not feel like a casino should. We waited 2 hrs to play 3 card poker and even asked the pit boss if they could open it (as they had other staff on empty tables and minimal customers generally). The pit boss was pretty rude/surly and said they were too busy and did not have staff to open the table for us. We finished our drinks whilst watching the croupier on the 3rd £1 Roulette table looking bored and yawning as they had no customers. We left without playing a single game, will go elsewhere in future, totally disappointed in our experience - used to be a fun night out!

Grosvenor was initially a really preferred Casino of mine however I am now finding my experiences becoming more and more stressful. I would occasionally not be credited Weekly Free Bets, I would follow this up and be told by customer advisors I was not "Opt In" for the promo. (It is a weekly rolling promotion you do not need to Opt In every week you are automatically enrolled)I am now having to chase up 2 different offers which are branded as "Bet £10 Pre Match for X amount of Free Spins" or "Get 5 Free Spins for every goal scored when you bet £10".I am constantly told this is not Grosvenors fault but a problem with whoever process promotions for Grosvenor which I find quite disturbing.I would suggest anything advertised across Grosvenor sites is now screenshotted and documented in the event they do not honour what they promote, I will be seeking further advice from "Great Britain Gambling Commision" and "IBAS" to raise a dispute.I am now having to follow up

So I've called up London casino spoke to the region manager who left a email for the online team to call me up or email me which they have not done so yeah they're still withholding my funds and for no legitimate reason no reason whatsoever that they've gave me

Signed up for the new customer deal, deposit £20 and get £30 bonus. Now 14 hours late it said my account has been locked but I've not done nothing wrong. Now they're telling me that I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. I've already got the promotion and I've been playing it for over 12 hours. My time is ticking for the promotion as time will end. This is misleading. Now they're asking me for ID, they should ask this on the registration. I have already sent my ID to email address they provided but it's just the principle they should have told me about this before I deposited and entered the promotion offer.To add to this now they're asking for proof of address even though I'm homeless and my bank address is a care of address an that's the one I used for my bank. You don't answer my live chat I just sit there till I'm disconnected. You don't answer my emails and your contact number is Currently unavailable. How am I meant to resolve this without your help? I mentioned id close my account if I wasn't credited my free bet. And you took it upon you to blocked my account anyway. I think you are doing this to upset your customers and have full control over your customers. If im not credited my free bet and mu account unlocked so I can use it. Can anyone please tell me if this as happened to them before? before ive had the present issues id of given 5 starsbut seeing as im trtying contact them to ask for helpand been trying circum navigate their absolutely brain dead chat bot,its like trying win the lotto jackpotthis prat of a bot is as useless as it gets with virtual bots.i tried ringing the phone number to be told lines are closed and live chat can help.like hell it can.im going have close my account as i cannot deal with the incompentence show by Grosvenor to customers trying ask for help.they do not seem to give a toss

DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THIS SITE!!!Please be aware and do not deposit money to this site they are starting to steal money from peoples account it happen to me and to my friend as well it was a, large sum when i logged in 30% of my money went missing i tried to contact them via live chat but when u ask their bot that you wanna speak to customer service site will freeze i tried on 5 different devicrs also with different io adresses it still froze after i contacted customer servicr via email and no answer at all so i send another email and no answer so again and no answer then i sent email number 4 nothing then again thats 4 weeks already then they send me a response that my email was sent to a spam so i should contact them via different email adress. I did and nothing again.GUYS play, on other sites where your money are Safe and also always check if customer service is existing because grosvenor customer service doesnt exist anymore..DO NOT DEPOSIT TO GROSVENOR CASINO REAL MONEY!!!!

absolutely the worst website in the world. slow, fails to load, cant even place a bet properly., doesnt matter if youre on PC, android, iphone - its absolute garbage. They offer price boosts but its hit and miss whether they will load into the betslip. Im amazed they havent sorted this out. its an AWFUL experience. takes all the fun out of it. Its not just me. I know a lot of people having the same issue. avoid if you can .
