Absolutely horrendous customer support.Placed a bet on the 13th, it won, bet shows as a winner but no money in the account. Contacted customer services via live chat to no avail, tried 10+ occasions and wasted several hours and was unable to talk to someone. Sent 2 emails and received a response that it will take 10 days to review the incident which is ludicrous in this industry.4 days I have just got through to live chat and have been told to try and contact another time as they can’t access my information at the moment. The bet is not for a large sum of money but if you are a high stakes sports book user, avoid. This is not a one time deposit experience. I deposited 5 times in several months. I never lose control or increase my bet. I never enjoyed, at all. In every game, takes money first and then, if you are lucky, gives 80 or 90 percent of the money back. You find yourself playing for hours but losing some of your money in the end. You say, ok, I’ll give a break and try again in a couple of days. The same thing… dont bother yourself.

This site is rife with deception and malpractice. When you are on a roll, what you then realise is, bets will be rejected. Your winning bets are not recorded on your transactions. You will then have to take a screenshot of every bet you make. This site is used by thousands every second. They are content by the losers. However, when your pot is hot, they will try everything in their powers to make your gaming experience a terrible one.I was not paid a winning bet. It was £2000. I was then told, the bet was never made even though I have a screenshot. I see most of the negative reviews on here are calling these guys frauds and scammers due to gaming issues.Let me be clear, these guys are 100% scammers. My issue doesn’t even related to gaming – I deposited £20 to claim an offer from them, used £10 and then decided I’d like to withdraw the other £10.They’ve since locked my account and are refusing to answer me on any platform. Definitely a fraudulent casino. I’m 100% sure and if you want any good advice today regarding saving losing your money then this review is it. Every game, you are almost guaranteed a pop message stating “internal server error” and I believe these pop ups are actioned when you’re on a winning cycle. Almost every session consists of multiple crashes. The website is pretty much not fit for purpose. Total scammers and they ought to be ashamed of themselves. P.s I am not a sore loser, this is genuine experience.

Gone from good to the worst , support used used to be almost instant on live chat now they have a bot that won’t get you anywhere and then when you do get to a live agent you’ll be given the option of them getting back to you by email which they will never or you have to wait minimum 35 minutes . Signed up 17th September and deposited £20, thanks to some fortune I made £240 profit. After logging back into my account later that evening I received a message saying account locked. I contacted customer support, 3 days later they replied saying I need to send in a photo of my driving licence, a selfie with me holding the licence, utility bill and a photo of my bank card (Couldnt do this as i used Paypal). I promptly sent the required but despite chasing up, 4 days later I’ve still received no response and locked out with no access to my money. Its just not right they can be this slow and keep you locked out. It really appears this only happened because I was winning.

Grosvenor casino games like most gambling sites use Evolution which own many of the slots found on most sites. The issue is unlike many Grosvenor cannot channel the gamesOn their site resulting in lagging, server drop outs and stalling. My issue is 5 days ago I was playing Big Bass Splash and hit 4 reels which = the bonus. However the game stopped and logged Me out. It’s happened so many times I’m used to it and went back into the game except the slots back at reset with no bonus. I enquire and it’s seemingly not their issue but the provider and that provider in Sweden making its billions doesn’t give a crap. Equally despite Grosvenor replaying the slot and seeing the reels they claim is wasn’t supposed to win. What an awful experience. Do not use this casino. First, you only win “bonuses” until you reach a certain wager. You can’t see the wagering requirement. For each bonus your wagering requirements increase. Then there is a helpline, if you are prepared to wait half an hour to an hour you will get a response. Blocked My Account For Winning too much I had a winning streak for 2 days straight no glitches no problem.Just small withdrawals every time I won something. If I could I would like to give 0 starts. They give promotions and at the back says one per person per casino to use and when you do go to use it they have complains saying we been abusing their promotions when we have been playing the way we should against no rules. Like many other reviews – I can testify this site is awful. I originally deposited and lost abou £400. Lost this money with a couple of days. I then managed to win £340 on a pragmatic slot. Locked my account 2 days ago. They said its technical problems on their side and my account will be back soon as they are working on it. Told yesterday issue was fixed and would be unlocked but today was told stiil have the issue. Asked to withdraw my cash but told could only be done through my account when its was back up running.
