OK completely honest review . First time using this site .spent a few hundred in same game and won 400 but I had opened all features and thought I would see what happened. 900 later not 1 free spin. I emailed the company to see what their excuse was but nothing so now I am warning everyone out there . DO NOT USE THIS SITE. There is far better honest reliable sites out there but not this one.

I won the minor jackpot on the game dancing drums of prosperity on Grosvenor casino. I was then due to play the bonus game after. The minimum win was £40 minor jackpot but would have have been more but an unknown amount if it had let me play the bonus as well. Reported that the game was stuck to Grosvenor a month ago. Was promised they had to refer back to the game provider to release the stuck game and would be a maximum of 15 working days but they usually do it so much sooner! After this was done I was told by an online assistance that it was not referred to the game provider but to there in house team and that they have now referred it to the games provided and have no idea when I should expect a response!! Also when I asked for a manager the response was a manager can see this so would intervene if I was wrong!!! Seriously!!! I am now told that the game didn’t show a win for game number xxxx they have spent 4 weeks looking at the wrong game!! They do not respond to emails in a timely manner even though I’ve told them I struggle on the phone after a stroke. I do not believe I will ever get my money back but imagine if it was a grand jackpot. That’s why I’m writing this review… do not trust them as you will not be paid your winnings.

Terrible customer service from the start, I joined as they had an offer on and a friend had a horse racing that day, the horse WON and Grosvenor refused to pay out until I sent them various different documents (which should have been requested FROM THE BEGINING as per Gambling commission rules:”If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds.”) They then proceeded to mess around with the documents for WEEKS which is frankly bizarre ( and very telling) and would lose them, customers, if this was done on the opening of accounts. They ONLY function via live chat which is awful, if you send an email you get an auto-response basically saying they don’t read their emails or reply to them(?!) Refused to provide any sort of manager email or details…still waiting to receive my winnings nearly 6 weeks later so we’ll see how the independent bodies get on with investigating them!

I just joined 3 days ago and like everyone else their slots keep malfunctioning and I’m sure it’s done deliberately to sabotage your play. I also received a £1 bonus that had to be wagered 30x. I built this up to £37 wagering it about 100xs at least at their stupid wager progress system is stuck at 8x. What a surprise there’s no support to help. Scam site!

Worst casino ever. Playing slots and my win from a spin has not registered. No malfunction, it is showing in my history but not in my balance. Don’t know where these bad reviews are coming from? Signed up last night. Deposited £600 had a few spins on roulette, live casino from one of there London casinos. There was a time when Grosvenor was one of the best casinos. Believe it or not, they used to reward loyal customers by offering free football games, good bonuses, and free cash to play to VIP guests. Slots and games constantly freeze in the middle of a spin and you need to refresh the page. It’s not my wifi because, when I log onto another casino immediately after, the same games play without any hitch. Contacted the company on live chat to close my account and spoke to a customer champion. They closed my account as requested but refused to process a withdrawal of my credit balance and have kept the balance for themselves.

I use your site regularly and this is the 2nd time that this type of experience has happened on your site. Tonnes of dead spins, games crash alot, server errors etc and still takes funds, I lost hundreds playing on fishing frenzy fortune spins, each spin server error return to home screen, £20 per spin and nothing, then after hours of talking to live chat and sending multiple screenshot I was offered an insulting £5 casino bonus and I did not even receive that. Sunday morning I deposited and thought I’d enjoy some free time on the slots every single game I played stopped mid spin and technical error or internal server can not be reached came up on the screen, and had to return to lobby were I discovered it had taken my bet from my credit. Grosvenor then said that the technical team was rectifying the problem and I would be reimbursed. I contacted chat Monday was given the same answer now Tuesday I am still waiting to have my money credited to my account apparently Grosvenor are waiting to hear back from the technical team. Scammers save your cash there’s plenty of other casinos that are fair, stay clear of this company thieves !!!!!

Got a small win on free spins but wasnt credited to my account, so I contacted “customer support – HA!” There i was told I would be emailed in a few days. I was NOT. the payouts on their slots are non-existent, all their slots, including their online slots rarely payout, it appears to me that Grosvenor casinos are struggling financially and are resorting to ‘reset’ and reprogrammed gaming machines in order to stay in business, this has become more apparent in recent months, my advice to people is to stay away from Grosvenor casinos.

I received an offer by email; 50% deposit match up to £200. I deposited £400 and received a £200 bonus. I lost my £400 cash and started playing with my bonus funds. I won £7500 with my bonus funds. My wagering for this bonus was instead counting to a previous bonus I had. Therefore I cancelled the previous bonus so my wagering would count to my new bonus. However, when doing this, the £7500 i had won was removed from my account. This should not have been done as I did not cancel the new bonus. I contacted them on live chat and they agreed that this had been an error on their part, but said there was nothing they could do. I then sent an email to their customer service and they did not respond to my query, instead quoting that I had only wagered £60, which is not the issue. I responded to their email stating this and I did not receive a response despite several messages. This was back in May, and 8 months have now passed. Grosvenor have purposefully ignored my emails and avoided responding to the point of my email in order to avoid paying out money I have legitimately won.
