I have been a long-time customer of this online casino, participating in various offers and playing on the slots and live roulette tables. However, I am unhappy with my recent experience with them. I recently signed up for their weekly bet club offer, which promised a £5 free bet when I placed a £25 bet. I placed a £10 bet on Monday, with the intention of placing the remaining bet later in the week. However, before I could do so, my account was restricted. This feels like a deceptive tactic, as it seems that the casino is offering deals but then preventing customers from being able to take advantage of them. I am disappointed and frustrated by this experience and will now withdraw my money and go elsewhere.

Had placed a winning bet online at the victoria casino roulette site and the system didn’t register my win.My bet for £5 covers the mid-section of the table – Orphelius numbers 6, 34, 17 and 1, 20,14,31,& 9win number 6 came up. at 21:26 today (3/1/2023) at 21:26 When I reported to customer service they say I never cover the winning number area of 6, 34, and 17.The system automatically covers the Orphelius numbers. I am really surprised at the amount of negative comments about Grosvenor online casino here. This is a genuine review. I have had nothing but great experiences with this casino and there has never been a problem with them paying any winnings. Okm when I first joined it took a little time to sort out the verification ID stuff but once that was all approved it has been plain sailing. I only play the one slot game and as I often win a lot on this I am superstitious so I keep playing the same game. I have won a lot each time I have been on this game, yesterday I actually won the jackpot, I withdrew the majority of it then carried on playing, won more on the game and withdrew a set amount of those winnings, the money for both amounts went into my bank account this morning. It’s not just these wins though, I have won a lot on this before and again, absolutely no problem with the money going into my account. I don’t understand the issues with the negative reviews as my experience is great, the payouts, winnings and customer service. Again, this is a genuine review and reading some of the experiences on this site from others is just not something I recognise nor had experience of from this online casino, okay so I do lose sometimes but that is the way it works and I have won a lot more than I have lost.

Any bonus you receive you can only use if you lose all of your cash balance first, and if you withdraw your cash balance, you lose the bonus. Seems to me to be a subtle way to make sure people are not gambling responsibly

I play the ‘Beat The Timer` promotion on Grosvenor and never really win anything of consequence?? If you win free spins they are all but dead spins, and if you win the slots bonus of £1 or £2 it has wagering requirements attached; why?? Don’t think I’ve won anything else on it apart from a free ticket to the ‘Beat The Timer’ weekly poker tournament, which to be fair you can actually get an ok amount if you win (or are one of the last X amount of players). However, it states you can also win Red Letter Days or entry into a prize draw to win a trip to New York? Number One, I’ve managed to complete Beat the Timer loads of times and never once have I won a Red Letter Day. Number Two, why is the entry into a prize draw for a trip to New York even part of it?? If I win something, I don’t want to then have be put into another competition to win a prize. And I always decline the NY offer because I’m not convinced this prize draw is legit, and it would be interesting to find out if anyone has actually ever won this mysterious prize draw?? Or then again, maybe its not due to be drawn for another 2 years. Basically, the promotion is pretty poor so I won’t be bothering with it anymore. The only thing I guess it does do is generate hits on site, and once people log on then they are more likely to end up spending their own money. It’s even making me wonder if the promotions are fixed to generate traffic on the site??

The live blackajck is absolutely rigged. I played 38 Hands of blackjack and every single one of them was a loss. 38 consecutive losses. The RNG was either messed up or had issues. Worst part there is no support to help you in the night. You wait till the morning only to be greeted with rude staff who would not even care to look into the matter properly. Even if I had a 20 and dealer had a bust card he would somehow pull a 20 or 21. Absolutely gutted and the support offer condolences for your losses with 0 consideration to the bets placed.

Terrible poker site. DO NOT USE THEM you will pay to play then get kicked out constantly. Read the reviews on google an awful buggy app that has not been improved even though they claim to.There is also loads of dodgy stuff going on. Forget the bad beats I can take flopping trips and losing to a full house 5 times in a row…but I was moved 8 times in around 20 minutes earlier, putting the biggest stacks together. Big blind keeps being skipped somehow too. They tell you to prove it like you sit there taking screenshots of each hand. Games malfunction way to much i just won over £82 on the game jingle bells after free spins during the game. Then instead of my balance being adjusted my winnings disappeared. I was so shocked but i played a few more spins to see if my balance would update. I didn’t had any issue, the staff was nice, they paid me so by now everything is ok.One thing about RNG (Random Number Generator) is that you guys don’t understand how this works.A casino doesn’t need to play any tricks because the random number generator is doing it anyway so if you catch a bonus and is paying low is not their fault, that’s how the RNG works most of the times.

Took part in a promotion where I had to wager £50 to receive a £5 bonus with 30 wagering. Did not receive the bonus, went to chat and was given the bonus. The bonus didn’t work so back on chat. Was told I couldn’t use bonus on game advertised on their promo?? and was told to try other games where it also didn’t work funnily enough. Was told to clear cache, cookies and try another browser (a classic response from live chat that never works!) Eventually I managed to play 5 or 6 spins of 40p on the game that was advertised but then could no longer play. The bonus money had all been used up despite the fact that I hadn’t played half of it?? Dispicable site. TWICE I have had need to contact live support. The intial time was on the non functioning of one of their promotions, and i was told I would be emailed a reply – which I did not get! The 2nd time last week, I won a prize that was not credited to my account, I was told the CS couldnt see it on the system and that it would have to be escalated and I would get a reply in a few days….guess what? Rtp is an absolute joke how this figure is policed is a total mystery. On average after months of playing it seems to take about 500 ish spins to get a feature, on high money it takes longer. Also the payouts are disproportionately smaller on higher bets. Like land based casino high bets feed people who play lower. For 7 years I’ve being a regular customer at Grosvenor casinos overall, but today I had another ruling issue(it’s everyday) while playing poker.., once I didn’t agree or believe that the staff responsible for the card at that time was really doing the correct ruling(and is not a surprise for everyone when a person who doesn’t know anything about poker, no proper training, no experience, how can he be a supervisor of the biggest card room in north west?), I’ve tried to reach the casino manager to get some answers inclusive if I could together with the supervisor see the cctv footage of the issue raised, he explained me that could not happen because data protection bla bla okay, and I ask “but if there’s a dodgy situation on camera and your supervisor is not giving importance to it how can I believe in what he is saying…” Whell the manager straight interrupted me “I stopping your there, listen if you don’t trust us, don’t come here, go somewhere else” walking away from me and repeating himself again “if you don’t trust us don’t need to come here”,…not even interested to ask me or listen exactly what was the issue? see if he could go see the cctv and understand my concerns about,..nothing! Deposited £300 on slots was playing £2 a spin. Got the bonus twice on two separate games one winning a whopping £18 and the other £22. This was after loosing about £100 on each. Total waste of money, no chance of a half decent win, don’t believe their same old line “they can assure you they’re games are completely fair and random”.
