I never review, but this can be an exception. I’ve been casually putting in £30 at the start of every work week. I’m happy to lose that money as expected, but I have to say their online slots are the WORST I’ve ever used. They will suck your money up in seconds and you won’t even get close to a bonus or a pay out. Most of the slots on the site look really outdated to. I will be closing my account

Please do not use at all costs! There online blackjack is a fraud! You win couple hands then that’s it they win 10 on bounce 4 against a 20 they get 20/21 please avoid complete scam!! They need to be investigated

Review is for online play (desktop application) only. The app is poor and crashes often – much worse than other equivalent desktop apps I’ve used. The “£30 joining bonus”, advertised as “Deposit £20, get £50 to play with”, is a total scam – you need to spend £250 of real money (5 x (deposit + bonus value)) before it is usable. Avoid – there are so many better poker apps available with much better customer service too.

IGNORE THAT SITE!!! They don’t tell you in advance about maintenance, that crap app just logged me out in the middle of a poker tournament. Spent a lot of money to try and get a drink before we leave yet we were stood at the bar for over 20 minutes being one of the first to arrive apart from a couple sat there already with drinks. The 2 bar staff behind the bar completely ignoring us and serving 4/5 people who came after us, then when asked about being served they was extremely rude! The woman with a shaved head was the rudest saying the bar is busy yet wasn’t at all busy from when we approached the bar, there was one other person before us. Seems as if she only likes to serve if your stood right in front of her. She managed to serve other people their drinks perfectly fine apart from us. We did not even get chance to order our drinks as she just went ahead and took everyone else’s order who arrived after us. The glass cleaner with dark hair stood there laughing saying that she wasn’t serving and it wasn’t her problem. Feel utterly disrespected by this experience from a casino. The Staff on reception extremely helpful and very polite. Dealers on the table extremely polite also. Bar staff on the other hand need to be re considered. All in all would have been a lovely experience win or loose and a great review left it wasn’t for the rude staff working on the upstairs bar.

Absolutely brillant the first £2,000 its give and take 50/40 – 40/50 after that it went down hill. From there i have put further £840 in and thats when it stopped with the fair play. Random amounts deposited here and there, sometimes many on same day and its on the grab with no fair play. Thats the reason for my 2 stars. No longer will i be playing

I can’t complain about this casino and have been playing a while. Some days you win, which I have numerous times, and others you don’t but that’s part of it! My game crashes very rarely but if it does it goes back to where it was when I reload. Withdrawals are in your account within 10 mins. I recommend this site.

I did one of their free games and was given a £2 bonus. Most reputable sites allow you to use the bonus funds first when you win them on a game like this (even if wagering is required to release the bonus funds). For example, Ladbrokes, Coral, Sky, etc. Not Grosvenor. To get the £2 bonus, you had to wager £60! When I opened the slot, it stated bonus funds were being used in the game but it doesn’t make clear (nor in the brief terms on the bonus screen) that cash is used first. Luckily it only cost me £2 as I checked my funds and realised it was taking cash first, but it’s really bad practice and sneaky. These type of bonus terms encourage problem gambling – campaigners have noted this. My advice is stick with reputable sites which allow you to use the bonus funds first. I won’t be using Grosvenor casino or their games again.

Have used this site for a number of years, and have deposited over £120,000 and have had some good wins, biggest being over £9,000 which I withdrew with no problems was in my account by the next morning, Now they are setting deposit limits so low, so that on the volatile games you run out of money before you can get a bonus in and everything is lost. They want so much information on where your income comes from , how much your savings are etc. next they will be asking when you last went to the loo. Shame good website (apart from crashing which it has lots recently) We had good fun on this site, pity they have spoilt it as I now have to look for another one. Colin

I agree with all the bad comments on here, no bonuses, wins are pennies n iv spent a few hundred in 2 sitting. Im really shocked with Grosvenor, these are meant to be reputable. OK completely honest review . First time using this site .spent a few hundred in same game and won 400 but I had opened all features and thought I would see what happened. 900 later not 1 free spin. I won the minor jackpot on the game dancing drums of prosperity on Grosvenor casino. I was then due to play the bonus game after. The minimum win was £40 minor jackpot but would have have been more but an unknown amount if it had let me play the bonus as well. Reported that the game was stuck to Grosvenor a month ago. Was promised they had to refer back to the game provider to release the stuck game and would be a maximum of 15 working days but they usually do it so much sooner! After this was done I was told by an online assistance that it was not referred to the game provider but to there in house team and that they have now referred it to the games provided and have no idea when I should expect a response!! Also when I asked for a manager the response was a manager can see this so would intervene if I was wrong!!! Seriously!!! I am now told that the game didn’t show a win for game number xxxx they have spent 4 weeks looking at the wrong game!! They do not respond to emails in a timely manner even though I’ve told them I struggle on the phone after a stroke. I do not believe I will ever get my money back but imagine if it was a grand jackpot. That’s why I’m writing this review… do not trust them as you will not be paid your winnings.

Terrible customer service from the start, I joined as they had an offer on and a friend had a horse racing that day, the horse WON and Grosvenor refused to pay out until I sent them various different documents (which should have been requested FROM THE BEGINING as per Gambling commission rules:”If a gambling business needs more information before you can withdraw your funds, for example, for anti-money laundering checks, then they should ask promptly and not only when you want to withdraw your funds.”) They then proceeded to mess around with the documents for WEEKS which is frankly bizarre ( and very telling) and would lose them, customers, if this was done on the opening of accounts. They ONLY function via live chat which is awful, if you send an email you get an auto-response basically saying they don’t read their emails or reply to them(?!) Refused to provide any sort of manager email or details…still waiting to receive my winnings nearly 6 weeks later so we’ll see how the independent bodies get on with investigating them!

Don’t know where these bad reviews are coming from? Signed up last night. Deposited £600 had a few spins on roulette, live casino from one of there London casinos. Slots and games constantly freeze in the middle of a spin and you need to refresh the page. It’s not my wifi because, when I log onto another casino immediately after, the same games play without any hitch. I use your site regularly and this is the 2nd time that this type of experience has happened on your site. It has affected my ability to trust your site, software, security and technical troubleshooting process.Instead I have had to go through 3 different chats and being called a liar when I clearly deposited, played casino games and withdrew my winnings only for that time period to disappear from your site.The transaction history is suppose to be accurate and realisable but instead it seems like it has reoccurring faults because your site treated me the same last time until I had to go on trust pilot to complain then your site looked into it and apologised when they found the error.
