Dispicable site. TWICE I have had need to contact live support. The intial time was on the non functioning of one of their promotions, and i was told I would be emailed a reply – which I did not get! The 2nd time last week, I won a prize that was not credited to my account, I was told the CS couldnt see it on the system and that it would have to be escalated and I would get a reply in a few days….guess what? Rtp is an absolute joke how this figure is policed is a total mystery. On average after months of playing it seems to take about 500 ish spins to get a feature, on high money it takes longer. Also the payouts are disproportionately smaller on higher bets. Like land based casino high bets feed people who play lower. For 7 years I’ve being a regular customer at Grosvenor casinos overall, but today I had another ruling issue(it’s everyday) while playing poker.., once I didn’t agree or believe that the staff responsible for the card at that time was really doing the correct ruling(and is not a surprise for everyone when a person who doesn’t know anything about poker, no proper training, no experience, how can he be a supervisor of the biggest card room in north west?), I’ve tried to reach the casino manager to get some answers inclusive if I could together with the supervisor see the cctv footage of the issue raised, he explained me that could not happen because data protection bla bla okay, and I ask “but if there’s a dodgy situation on camera and your supervisor is not giving importance to it how can I believe in what he is saying…” Whell the manager straight interrupted me “I stopping your there, listen if you don’t trust us, don’t come here, go somewhere else” walking away from me and repeating himself again “if you don’t trust us don’t need to come here”,…not even interested to ask me or listen exactly what was the issue? see if he could go see the cctv and understand my concerns about,..nothing! I replied myself okay “I understand we are treated like sh**t” because this is what he treated my polite questions.Going home I stopped by the reception and asked to the security there the name of the manager in service, the said to me he is called Pete Watson and he is the General Manager of Grosvenor, I’m a bit chocked if is that true…really!With all the arrogance is that the general manager of the biggest casinos group in UK??Poker Room at Bury New Road is being a total disaster, it might save one or two but in general the staff who never became proper poker dealers, who don’t understand the game, with lack of training and experience, how can the became supervisor? very poor staff, no enough knowledge to runn any poker tournament, but, buy the General Manager approach I don’t think any better expected.?That’s just my opinion!

Deposited £300 on slots was playing £2 a spin. Got the bonus twice on two separate games one winning a whopping £18 and the other £22. This was after loosing about £100 on each. Used to really enjoy this site and had all trust in them. Until the other day playing gold bar roulette they only paid me £88 when should have been £880. Then the next day same thing happened paid me £88 instead of £286. Contacted them three times to discuss this with them and was passed to their “technical team”. Today they have tried telling me I reduced my wager to 0.50 when I know I hadn’t and I have screenshots showing the total wager for the game at the time. However the second time it happened since contacting them the wager history has been removed from the history on their site?! Also they tried sending me a spreadsheet that anyone can make as evidence! No eveodence would be a screen shot of my bets in real play!

My experience on the site has led me to write a review which I very rarely do. However I feel that people should be aware of technical flaws and really bad customer service. Firstly technical flaws. ( Roulette)after providing screenshots of ball landing on a number and not paying out, but just going onto the next spin. I cannot believe how the so called technical team( by the way you will never get to speak with or management) just comeback stating they can’t view real time play back as its a third party operator. They may just give a token gesture but nothing more.It’s disappointing that in addition to the flaws, the customer service is really bad. Even being part of the G+ team and so called invitation to the, wait for it…the ‘ Black card team’ ( supposed VIP). I have been left on the phone for more than 40mins. It’s embarrassing to provide a service that lacks customer relationship skills, management team that run away from the front line and a technical team that are, well, never accountable.I think all gamblers understand that the house has an edge, and also playing for a sustained period can lead to losses….but the flaws happen more than they should, with the ‘ Get out of jail card ‘ that technical problems can happen online. Sorry not good enough when we are playing with real money. Not a sore loser, just giving a warning based on my experience. PS I’m waiting on two complaints to come back. I made 4 withdrawal on the 2nd i received 1.i contacted them and they said I only made 1, I contacted them and they asked me to send the id number for the transactions, I went onto my withdrawal history and the dates had been changed to the 1st. Difficult to get hold of customer service if something goes wrong, really poor first line customer service “chat” agents, phone lines that say they’re open until you ring them then for days on end no one responds. In spite of registering complaint in game and via contact form in help section and on email 8 days later essentially had to restart it all again. Casino’s are highly profitable because most people lose money in them and I’ve no issue with RTP stats like some reviewers. My issue is any company I choose to spend my money with needs to have customer service that matches my spend so when things go wrong they’re easily resolved.I will probably not delete my accounts as the in-person experience at my local club is usually great but I don’t have faith in the management of the online service so will not use it as I once did.

Ever since they done the makeover, site is completely different, bonuses are terrible, site keeps crashing, RTPs are shocking, if on a bonus (which harder to get into) even worse payout. If on slingos they spin out the same number over 10 times (yes ive counted). Havent received 1 bonus a day even after completing everything. Waited an hour in queue to chat to someone, and basically told me to log out and back in…. guess what didnt work. Example of how bad it is. Thought try my luck on a certain slot, spent over £250, no win back greater than a £5. Got into bonus round when balance was last £2. And got a grand total of £7.40 back… this was on £2 spins. If you like in-play betting like I do forget it! I have previously reviewed these guys as really good – but, unfortunately, no more.They have a new policy which has never been communicated and is not part of their T&Cs.Casinos close accounts each day using the old ‘business decision’ as an excuse ie. they are not making a profit from you.Unfortunately one of my casino accounts was closed which I subsequently understood was a ‘sister site’ of Grosvenor. This resulted in my Grosvenor account also being closed and a number of other ‘sisters’. No warnings (despite doing nothing wrong) provided.My previous loyalty to Grosvenor had been noted as a Blackcard member but apparently this meant nothing in the mass cull.
