NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY, ONLINE OR IN PERSON. They are SCAMMERS, all of their practices are designed to make it as difficult and painful as possible for the customer to withdraw their money. They will allow you to open an account, deposit, and bet with no verification, but the moment it comes to withdrawing they LOCK your account, cancel your withdraw request, and require the most OTT information to get your account unlocked. My account has been locked for 4 days, I’ve provided all the information they asked for (which in itself was an unbelievable hassle) and still haven’t heard anything back. The customer service are either the most badly programmed AI’s or most incompetent human beings they could find, who repeat the same copy-paste paragraphs even when it has no relevance to any question you’re asking. I have accounts with nearly two dozen online gambling sites and casinos and have NEVER experienced anything like this. Tommybhoy86 I would give zero stars if possible. Over 7 weeks ago I was playing Book Of Dead. And a winning line of 5x K came in and the slot never paid me out so I took a screen shot of this. It took me 3 days and 6 1/2 hours of live chats just to report it I supplied every detail they asked for only for it not to be forwarded to the appropriate team. After many phone calls I finally got it reported and was told it would take NO LONGER than 15 days it’s now over 60 days and had no contact from them what so ever and today 30/08/2022 I’ve just spent 20+ mins on the telephone on hold then the person comes back and says can I email you there response I said it’s ok I’ll wait and boom the call gets disconnected. So I’ve just called again and now there saying AGAIN I did not send them the screen shot WoW. But wait after I start complaining and telling them to put me threw too a manager or complaint’s department he suddenly finds the email from the 15/07/2022 with the screenshot even thow I’ve sent it 4 times once by email and 3x via live chat. I mean I have the transcripts to prove it. I’ve spent thousands on this casino and this is how your treated. Absolutely shocking customer service & treatment of a customer. I have no issues whatsoever with online Grosvenor Casinos. I think there promotions are great (have actually won one or two). Online support could be a bit quicker. But all in all, quite happy.My issue is with the Safer Gambling Team and their ridiculous deposit limits. If they took the time to study my betting patterns they would understand I am not a problem gambler. I had a chat with with the SGT of one of their competitors the other day, who re-instated my (big) limits immediately. All Grosvenor SGTs do is ask for document after document and then either ignore them or leave you with pathetic limits. All they are doing is :- 1. forcing gamblers to less reputable sites, 2. forcing gamblers to physical establishments, 3. forcing gambers to keep high balances at Grosvenor so they have money to play with. They need to really look at peoples betting history instead of rigidly sticking to their ineffective policies. Rant over.

Total cowboys! After joining the bonus promised never materialised but they took my initial deposit of £20.The games were about as exciting as watching two fleas leaping up a drain pipe. Stay away from this lot, partner has only just joined, and has an issue logging in after she made a deposit with no problem at all, she had to contact customer service who did sort it out, then she won a little made a withdrawal no mention of having to verify anything, took a break decided to play again only to find. that the account had been suspended, managed to get customer service again who this time was as much use as a chocolate teapot, he was on about something to do with not being verified although as I have mentioned there was nothing about this when creating an account and WHY WAS SHE ALLOWED TO DEPOSIT MONEY WITH NO PROBLEM, he didn’t say how to verify id, just disappeared from the chat, absolute shambles, partner has had no emails or notification saying that the account was suspended, couldn’t care less, stay away.

Really bad verification process. They are happy to let you gamble and lose but as soon as you win and try to withdraw, they suspend your account and reverse your withdrawal. Now I have had to, after years of having an account, send them a picture of my ID and a bank statement. Spoke with customer service on the phone and they said it will take 72 hours before someone gets back to me. What an awful company lolJust let me withdraw MY money and leave me be.

If you want to bet and win money don’t use this bet company, I bet a game 3 days ago I won it and they void (refund) my bet when the game has finished instead to put the profit. They STOLE from me £577,80 and I already try to get my MONEY back live chatting with them but they said they don’t know why happened and I need to wait like 10-15 days and they will open investigation. It’s really funny because all these companies get millions of pounds and sometimes when they need to do the most simple thing like to send money to someone who won they don’t do it and always found 1000 of reasons. I wanted to put a bet on Taz Makenzie winning the BSB and these offered double the odds for first bet. I deposited £100 but then found out they only cover F1 not British Superbikes. Also maximum bet with double odds £10. So I bet on Euro final – both teams to score and won £16 and my stake back. I tried to download the poker.exe to use my winnings but my PC wouldn’t allow it due to a virus being present. I withdrew my £116, which went into my account the same day my £100 left. I hear the slots are a very low payout rate but I didn’t have any trouble with the company, apart from the virus issue, which is why I cashed out.

Would leave a zero star review on this occasion but I can’t. My partner and I planned to visit the casino in Bolton this evening, we were allowed to arrive and be given new cards at the desk, as well as hand over coats and a bag from shopping from earlier in the day. The security guard on duty at the time asked my partner how much we had had to drink, to which she replied ‘2 or 3’ and he decided to refuse us entry with no reason. My partner questioned this when the head of security (that we are familiar with) made his way to the front desk, and he stated his member of staff had made the decision (which was respected) that at least one of us had had too much to drink. I am hard of hearing, which may have been confused for being drunk, but the young lady at the reception desk looked confused about our refusal and the head of security seemed confused about the refusal also. However we accepted it as it would be bad management to overturn the refusal, but the security staff that refused us then proceeded to stare at us until we got into our taxi (30mins later) as if we were criminals (which CCTV will show) We accepted the decision as we’re respectful of the fact that the security guard felt that he was doing his job, however we left as quickly we could. We have not had cause to complain in 7 years, however, this is disgusting how we were left to feel and I feel unjustly so. We did not make a scene and left the building but had to wait for a taxi being stared at by security which does not encourage us to come back as customers that used to be regular visitors on first name basis with staff in the venue.

avoid them, they are absolutely useless. support is no existent. They just lie to you. My issues:I had an email for a cashback bonus offer if lose money. i lost, they never credited the bonus. i have chatted with them at least 4 times now to resolve this and get it credited. the last 2 times they have said it will be credited with 24 hour and someone from support will follow up via email. complete and utter lies. its now coming upto to 2 months since i first raised the complaint and they have done nothing to resolve it except lie to me. Wasted hours of my time trying to get this simple issue sorted.

Like numerous other reviews on here, the games on this site offer very poor returns and their games all follow the same predictable pattern of play that precludes you from ever being in profit on a single game.In short, you will wager several hundred times your stake just to receive a win at a fraction of that. This continues for several different sessions and then for one session you will be in profit to the tune of 30 to 40 times your wager and that is all they return and the whole pattern starts again so over time your losses simply increase. I would estimate the RTP I have witnessed at being between 40 and 50% not the 96% they like to dupe customers into believing.As for being regulated, well it’s not like regulators often fail to to regulate the sector they are supposed to is it??
