I have decided to be neutral and give 3 stars while waiting the outcome of this, because I have no idea what’s going to happen but just across the reviews and seen Grosvenor has responded to most complaints so I’d like to share my experience and will note the outcome. So recently iv had a few wins which has lead to me gambling more as always you get complacent, up stakes play more etc feeling your winning. However I don’t deny for one minute I have addiction issues, so recently applied a £500 a week deposit limit. Which in itself is still high but it’s what I chose. However last week my luck ran out and I battled the dreaded chase. Il be honest iv had a few wins on the site and I enjoy poker I don’t really have much negative things to say about the site or the bonus structure etc or even a few promos iv had. However a major issue is, which is unforgivable and can’t happen. Last week o was able to deposit £1300? How that’s possible is beyond me. In one night alone I went from being able to deposit £22 to £900? No site can legally force your deposit limit to be on losses? That’s not offering any player protection at all. And am sure some reading this will say it’s my own fault, and I should have more willpower and I accept that, as am sure a lot of other problem gamblers will 100% agree with me. I actually want to use the account again it’s suspended at present due to my complaint. Under no circumstances should that deposit limit I set be able to be breached. That’s a contract between the individuals to protect them. There shouldn’t be any loopholes or secret ways to prevent a players welfare and protection? It’s 2022 the gaming industry has a responsibility to uphold its obligation to all players. Iv requested deposits that exceeded the £500 I had to be refunded. So £800 roughly? Am I in the wrong for this? Or would anyone agree with me that I legally have the right to request this? I do take responsibility for my actions I made a mistake and to make it worse rhe deposits was after a night out without any question. Signed up which was easy, deposited and had a nice little win. After seeing the negative reviews I didn’t hold out much hope but fair play I had absolutely no issues at all. Completely easy to use site and very quick withdrawal, no proof of ID or stalling by Grosvenor just a quick and easy process which hit my bank the next day.Highly recommend one of the better casino sites in my opinion!

Really bad company.I have deposited more than 150 times since April but I have been unable to win and withdraw money even a single time.they are using magnet in live roulette which you can’t see.they are using some tracking device so when you go over that you lose everything unrealistic.

Not one to leave reviews however feel compelled to do so.Been a regular on landbased and online for over 18 years, Certainly noticed a huge difference in the online customer experience.Spend approx 1k a month normally receive cashback however someone in rewards department decided not to put me on the list for the cashback incentive despite opting into the promotion. Spoke with live chat which is an absolute waste of time then spent an hour on the phone and to be fair the person was helpful and understanding, This coupled with lack of customer service and overall gaming experience leaves a sour taste.

Very bad experience signed up no issue no verification needed deposited no issue no verification needed managed to win a couple of hundred so used my head and withdrew went to check few hours later and account suspended /blocked then rang them to be told had to submit verification documents to which I replied surely should have done that before they took my deposit not after I withdrew have been told can take 72 hours to be verified which i think is ridiculous should be verified before deposit to stop all this unesary wait I hope they verify soon and pay me my winnings .

I mean since this site got a ‘makeover’ it seems like the bonuses are fewer and fewer. After very stupidly spending £300 on Reel King Slingo, all at £5 or £10 bets… and not once did i even get the 1st bonus (the lowest paying bonus). I used to play this game all the time and on a £10 bet even got £800 profit .. that was over a year and a half now. It seems that the bonuses in ANY games are impossible to get. Absolute joke I spent £2 spins on key bet and it’s now on 110 spin since last keep that so that’s £220 and not once did it come in. Grosvenor casino deserves better reviews than the one’s they are currently getting at the moment this casino is a whole lot better than most of the other rubbish out there,id rather a casino ask for my id verify everything then when you do win everything is effortlessly great. it took me all sorts of id to send in but it’s worth it in the end. NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY, ONLINE OR IN PERSON. They are SCAMMERS, all of their practices are designed to make it as difficult and painful as possible for the customer to withdraw their money. They will allow you to open an account, deposit, and bet with no verification, but the moment it comes to withdrawing they LOCK your account, cancel your withdraw request, and require the most OTT information to get your account unlocked. Tommybhoy86 I would give zero stars if possible. Over 7 weeks ago I was playing Book Of Dead. And a winning line of 5x K came in and the slot never paid me out so I took a screen shot of this. It took me 3 days and 6 1/2 hours of live chats just to report it I supplied every detail they asked for only for it not to be forwarded to the appropriate team. After many phone calls I finally got it reported and was told it would take NO LONGER than 15 days it’s now over 60 days and had no contact from them what so ever and today 30/08/2022 I’ve just spent 20+ mins on the telephone on hold then the person comes back and says can I email you there response I said it’s ok I’ll wait and boom the call gets disconnected. I have no issues whatsoever with online Grosvenor Casinos. I think there promotions are great (have actually won one or two). Online support could be a bit quicker. But all in all, quite happy.My issue is with the Safer Gambling Team and their ridiculous deposit limits. If they took the time to study my betting patterns they would understand I am not a problem gambler. I had a chat with with the SGT of one of their competitors the other day, who re-instated my (big) limits immediately. All Grosvenor SGTs do is ask for document after document and then either ignore them or leave you with pathetic limits. All they are doing is :- 1. forcing gamblers to less reputable sites, 2. forcing gamblers to physical establishments, 3. forcing gambers to keep high balances at Grosvenor so they have money to play with. Really bad verification process. They are happy to let you gamble and lose but as soon as you win and try to withdraw, they suspend your account and reverse your withdrawal. If you want to bet and win money don’t use this bet company, I bet a game 3 days ago I won it and they void (refund) my bet when the game has finished instead to put the profit. They STOLE from me £577,80 and I already try to get my MONEY back live chatting with them but they said they don’t know why happened and I need to wait like 10-15 days and they will open investigation.
