Sorry for long read but complete joke of a casino fair dues it did use to be alright till recently i have deposited on before won fine but for their daily spin not fair at all use to be good their wheel spin daily got between 2-10 free spins, slots bonus, live bonus etc, but last month they changed it to a vacation daily pick everyday for that whole month so 30 days all i got was 1 spin im not even bothered about losing on spin which i did but the fact that for 30 days i only got 1 spin not good, then this month it changed back to the wheel i thought decent but no i kept still getting 1 spin so think to total was 33 34 days in a row just 1 spin, went on live chat twice took ages but got through both said its random and tested fair and second person says thats what im only eligble for, what 1 spin when i have deposited and played before and got different prizes but now only that really? and if it was random would get different prize like what it says and what i can see so i decided to close account but no self exclusion so put highest 5 years or something then get email saying that that exclusion has been put on other sites which they ran which i didnt know least 5 sites including Mecca Bingo which i use or did use and was an alright site now cant even go back on that what a waste of time and joke that is!!

Con artists. Deposit money no questions asked, however try to withdraw your winnings and your account is suspended with no notice or explanation. Silly me, why should I expect to be able to withdraw what I won. Then when you send perfectly good ID they refuse it on spurious grounds. Valid passport and debit card that made the deposit are refused. Avoid at all costs. They have made a nice experience into an absolute nightmare. I hope they enjoy the money they withhold and steal from their clients.

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show £1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over £100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. Couldn’t give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they can’t even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma. 1 star is still far to many, absolute thieves, if in the rare chance you do win anything, be sure when you play again it will take everything and some straight back off you and then will be an age until you remotely have a chance of winning again any time soon, last £100 I have put on, just spins through, even if you call their customer care, you are told a script of how they are “fair and honest” which is really not the case, if it gave you a game and let you have a little and took a little and you decided to gamble it and lose, then fair enough, but when your not even given a game and you just watch your money spin through….that is not fair and the script they give you just shows they are not honest, even if its their fault i.e a technical problem, I had spent £60..spun through, game kept crashing. Absolutely disgraceful. Let me deposit no problem and also withdraw an initial 50 pounds but when I won a few more bets and went to make my second withdrawal magically my account was suspended. I contacted them and they said I had to send a ridiculous amount of info and documents in for verification. I finally caved and did this today and have sent 2 different copies of my documents that they claim have all been blurry and cropped and they can’t read them. Everyone photo is perfectly legible and complying with their requirements. Given up at the point PLEASE don’t considering joining .*update* refusing to accept any letters with my address and name and dated within 3 months. Saying they need a bank statement. I don’t get bank statements! No personal response just automated every time. Stealing from me basically.

WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!
