this Grosvenor company is absolute joke and totally fixed, i was on the VIP Live Roulette wheel and it has landed 18 reds in a row how is this possible when the odds of that outcome will of been 429,265/1 so are you going to pay me out at those odds, i have been in plenty of live casinos and i have never seen this before and this was a manned table where he was spinning the ball.i will be taking this matter higher and further. Grosvenor Casino stole my money. Grosvenor Casino stole £1,000 of my money and blocked access to my account. For over a month, I played on the Grosvenor casino website and as long as I made deposits everything was fine, but as soon as I tried to withdraw a few pounds - my account was blocked. I repeatedly contacted support, they first asked for photos of my documents which I sent, then they asked to make selfies which I sent them as well. Support is not available every day, online chat just fails sometimes, no one answers the phone. A month ago, my account was blocked, I sent them all the documents that were listed. Today, my account is still blocked, my money was stolen by crooks from Grosvenor Casino. If you don't want your money stolen, never go to the Grosvenor Casino site.

Been going to Grosvenor Casinos to play live poker mainly GUKPT events. The structure and management of these games is excellent. The Poker App is also very helpful when looking for cash games and tournaments to play. Also the live feed of main events is really good. Online poker is basically the same format as others, for me Grosvenor excels in live poker at the Casinos.

Verification staff have very poor maths skills. I was asked to send all sorts of documents to get past verification (funny how they didn’t want it until I finally won a bet!). I sent several pictures of my card but e verification teams aren’t able to read the numbers 0-9 asking for several different angles and shots. If you’re reading this maybe type into YouTube how to count to 10 and this may help. Avoid, rubbish bookie keep to your big guns. William hill etc

I went with a friend to Grosvenor casinos London recently. My electric wheelchair wouldn't go down their portable ramp and trust me they tried really hard. Eventually we were taken around the side and used the wheelchair lift inside. Only trouble was that the lift wasn't working properly and the staff spent the next half an hour trying to free me from the lift. They were brilliant though and couldn't do enough to help. Apart from that we did have a really good time in there. It's nice to get genuine help from staff for once.

In breach of money laundering regulations with regards to verifying the source of funding. This is a genuine concern that I've also raised with the Gambling Commission. They accepted my deposit initially after I had completed the account set up process but when I went to deposit a second time, my card was refused as they were claiming that they couldn't verify the name on it?? If that was the case, then how did my initial deposit get through the verification process?? Money Laundering Regulations state that funds deposited must be verified before acceptance and not after acceptance. As I asked when logging my concerns, how can Grosvenor Casinos be sure that they are not laundering money from criminal sources if their system allows unverified (allegedly) payments to pass through their system and into their financial records?? I told them to stick their requests for me to send my bank card details via an unsecure email as they should have basic system checks in place prior to accepting deposits. Rank amateurs and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. The clown I contacted in customer services for over an hour was absolutely clueless and couldn't give me any form of answer as to what had gone wrong and their attitude was one of zero interest. Not a very good experience.

Now you are refusing to respond to my emails as I have proved the gambling commission request the license holder has to get up to date information from their customers. Self excluded myself at an aspects casino over 5 years ago, however removed self exclusion from sense 2 years ago and was able to go to any aspers casinos. The problem arised when I moved to Leicester over 2 years ago and tried gain entry in to a Grosvenor casino in which case was told I am banned due to self exclusion, I explained I have removed this and was let in and then on my next visit was told I have attempted entry twice and both times let in by the manager, after this was asked to email rank group who arranged an interview with the casino which I attended and was told by the manager Gordon and Leicester Grosvenor that all is well as it’s been such a long time, he will write a report and rank will remove the self exclusion by Monday or Tuesday latest. Today I have received an email from rank group declining this. Mind you I manage a team of over 25 and we tend to go to a casino after most nights out for drinks and a small slot/roulette spin, hold team events here and most of all are a customer of mine for all of their software requirements. I had a chat with one of the so called live chat champion on a disbute about when i was playing live roullete.The ball landed on black 17times in a row which is over 50-000-1 odds of ever happening.Im still in a dispute that this is a fix.....but i was told that these are RNG which stands for random,number generator,if something generating something its producing a outcome not a nautural real outcome.Shes now told me its gone to the technical team and they will be in touch(we will wait and see and i will follow up with news if any.All i can say ive been to casinos over 20yrs and never either red or black been reapeted more than 9times.Your probably gunner say im talking through my pocket ....all i want is a genuine fair chance to win.

Where do I begin, worst casino on the UK!......my visit was to Swansea High street, machines will not take the new £20 note, stated this to them months ago - still not serviced. Cameras go off mid spin and don't come back on and the auto wheel is rarely switched on, which I had point out to them as the next table in Swansea opens at 2pm. Nothing worse than trying to put notes in and try are rejected every time. Staff should wear a mask like they portray to you, (hypocrites) and it would be nice if staff interrupted they conversation whilst working to spin the wheel, WHAT THEY ARE PAID to do. To many half witted managers and not enough staff. This place is a joke, told that family have to have a passport or driver's licence for ID to come in, then after telephoning upstairs this was reviewed to a bank card, but this was her first day......(oh yes, first day since last shift) what a joke. Grosvenor please, please send a staff member to witness these farcical goings on. This place is an absolute joke. Oh yes, by the way I won over £720, so it's a review of how bad this place is, not a bad loser syndrome.

Well, this really is not like me to write a review. Frustration is not the right word to describe how I am feeling. Setting up the account.... no problem. Paying money in..... no problem. Putting more money in when losing.... no problem. So why is it when I win I have my account suspended? Having read other reviews, this seems to be a commonly used technique. I have had to send photo ID and other proof but still nothing. Why does such a wealth organisation need to be so obstructive and unhelpful. I am sure I will get a reply saying that they will investigate it for me..... no you will not! I have 6 e mails telling me that, but 5 weeks later and I still have not got a penny and can't access my account.

Avoid using Grosvenor Casinos if you wish to receive any winnings hassle free. My account was suspended when making a withdrawal. I contacted the customer services team and was informed there was an issue with my bank details and they now require photo ID and a bank statement. No issue depositing money. No email informing me my account had been suspended after I had made a withdrawal request.

DO NOT USE!!! Allowed me to deposit funds and place a bet. Went to withdraw and the suspended my account and said verification was needed. Asked for photo ID and proof of address. Sent docs as requested and then they asked for a selfie of me holding the ID and a photo of my payment card!!! Absolute joke, happy to take my money but won't pay out. Never had a betting site, or even a bank ask for a selfie of me holding ID and picture of payment card. Customer service was useless. Do not use if you want to actually be able to withdraw winnings. We're only talking £10 so the level of verification they're asking for is ridiculous.

Deposited a tenner to get the £30 worth of free bets. They were credited no problem. I then played through them, deposited another £20, and received a further £10 free bet. After all my bets were settled I ended up with a few hundred quid in my balance. Withdrew it and was in my bank within 2 hours. The app is nice, easy to use, they do some decent promotions and BOG on the the horses. Will use them again in future

What annoys me about this company is the lack of communication. I was locked out of my account, nothing to say why and no email received. Went on live chat and was told it’s because I need to send documents, well that’s fine but surely you could have sent an email explaining this. Sent the documents and heard nothing for days, send another email and they reply saying I needed to send another document. Are your customers meant to be mind readers?! Why not send communication? You have to wait to be asked?

I have just sent this complaint to grosvenor. Sick of how they treat customer's.... Hi there I would like to make a formal complaint about how i have been treated by grosvenor in the last 24 hours. I participate in grosvenors Eur decision everyweek and love it. Last night, gameweek 12, i found that i was only given 5 put of 10 even though i got 6 out of 10, therefore missing out on the 10 pound free bet. I selected yes for shots on target to be even in the belgium v italy game. It finished 3 3. You marked this as wrong even though it was right. I sent emails in this morning which has been not answered so i spoke with nora on live chat today and she said i am on the list for a 10 pound free bet. I feel she is fobbing me off though as any free bet i get for eur decision it is usually given by lunch time the next working day. It is now 7.15pm and its still not given. I have now just took 30 minutes to contact the complaints team via live chat and ZARA answered, seen my message and she disconnected. I spent half an hour waiting to get through. This day is yet another day where grosvenor has let me down. Why do i spend my hard earned money on your website when i am mistreated like this. It is absurd. Sort your team out, i am fed up

Grosvenor online poker is in no way random, suck outs and bad beats happen far far to often. In knockout tournaments you can have AA as i had with 13k, chip leader has 29k. I raise to 2k he raises to 5k i go all in he calls me with J7 J on flop and river comes a 7 Next tournament, had AA again, raise to 6k called and then 4 bet to 18k. I 5 bet to 60k caller goes all in for 167k other hand holds. I call, he turns Q9 flop AJ6 turn 10 river an 8. He hits a straight. Yes, all in for 167k with Q9 Please dont tell me after playing for 4 hours theres not something strange about this. No way are the cards random, this type of things happen time and time again in Bounty tournaments.
