Grosvenor Sports Review

This company owes me hundreds of pounds since 13/03/2024 from a Cheltenham 5 horse race accumulator @90/1.£5 steak. I won they only gave me £8 for 4 horses coming 1st and one horse coming 2nd. Also they keep contacting me with emails about there deposit 10 get 10 with 20x wager and I’ve asked them not to. Just be aware that grosvenor is a unreputable casino who will cheat you anyway they can. They owe me money and no one has contacted me about this. Horrible experience everytime. I’m considering making a claim against this company.

Their website is very laggy and it’s impossible to use the chat options due to the baggy website and as for calling them you would be better send ing a smoke signal as I called them and was on hold for about an hour luckily it was an 0800 numberUse a more reputable site like bet 365 or paddy power

Grosvenor has been much better than other Casinos I have experienced over the years. To be fair, my review is limited to the Live Casino games. My experience is 100% different to a review I just read here. I have been with them for several months and although I raised some objections to payouts which did not go my way the information which made clear the decision was correct. However, I have also made numerous withdrawals without issue. This is my favourite Casino.

Be very careful about playing poker here because I have spotted a couple of dealers now, one in Huddersfield and at least one in Leeds false shuffling the cards and not following procedure, I am experienced card handler and magician and I know suspicious shuffles when I see them and ive seen enough to convince me certain dealers are dictating who is getting trash/good hands. Its kinda sad cause I literally wanted to play live poker to ensure the game was fair and they arnt particually skilled at doing it, however its quite hard to spot if you dont know what to look for, and even harder to prove. Riffles shuffles where top portion of pack isnt shuffled, deck being cut 3 times in hand rather than on the table, deck being cut sideways rather than forwards onto the cut card. I wont call out specifically who because they know who they are I just hope this filters through so they know they have been spotted. I didnt call anything at the time because I hate causing a fuss and its £50 and a bit of fun at the end of the day, but I cant justify going back knowing there are cheats dealing. Just had the most depressing night being dealt trash for a full final table until eventually forced to play trash cause of the blinds and watching the dealer what looks like strip shuffles and false riffles and cuts and very suspiciously typical bad hands all night think J4 10 2 8 3 on repeat. Like I say its not all of them and when a legit dealer doing their job properly comes back to the table its like night and day its so obvious to me.

This is land based not online .After going to most of this franchise over the last few years I think it’s fair to say on my experience they only cater for regular seen to be OAP who are in everyday. I don’t go in everyday but I’ve heard conversations some saying they lost day before then going through different days previously what was won on each machines. They will take your money with no verification . If you try to draw out even a tiny amount they will refuse . They then send a load of security demands for personal details. If they had done this before taking the money I may have agreed . They didnt. As such they will take money from anyone at all with no care for any legal considerations . They wont pay out .

Grosvenor Casino Nottingham. Pleasantly surprised they had the Euro Football 2024 Final showing, A mate and I enquired and yes, it was going to be on, in a secluded area, with table service. We’d booked a 6-7 seat table (3 of us), cost of £75 (£25 each). There was half price promo on drinks/ food from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. It was brilliant! Before hand we’d gone around some of the bars and they were asking anything from £20 – £50, standing room only! That would’ve been standing up, squished, beer spilt all over you, and with shouting to speak to anyone. Grosvenor, wow, did an amazing job, thank you!

Deserves less than one. Allowed me to open an account and bet in May 2024. Then suspended the account as they hadn’t got ID. Whatever I produce is not good enough. I can vote. I have bank accounts, credit cards, driving licence, passport, utilities… everything. They won’t release my money without a “selfie” that also shows my driving licence. Of the 16 versions I have sent, they have said one is blurry, that I haven’t sent them, that they can’t find them. Most of the time they have just not replied. They have admitted they confirmed my address, then keep asking me to confirm my already confirmed address. Absolutely the second worst and second least interested organisation I have ever had the misfortune to try to deal with. The worst one went bust years ago. AVOID.

If I could put no stars I would. When playing online casino games I frequently get server error and disconnected, especially when balance is positive. Never when balance in negative. Bonus rounds hardly ever come and when they do they often pay tiny amount. I’m talking g between £0 and £3 for a feature. Usually cost £20-£30 before the feature comes. Avoid this casino, worst experience ever, I was playing a poker tournament, and ran out of chips, I pressed the rebuy button, funds were taken out of my account, and I was not seated on table, I spoke with customer services online chat who refused to refund my missing funds, I’m in the process of closing my account as they basically robbed me if my funds, I am going to report casino to gaming commission and regulator, I’m not in the business of having funds disappear from my account with out using the funds, avoid this casino especially the online casino, the system is out dated, and they can not see what is happening on your account even if you provide a time line, and game reference number..
