Forced to wait in the rain whilst my friend was in the toilet.

Damn, worst online casino i ve eveer played on, it start a week ago when i first deposited 100£ lost them in like 10 min, i said ok, been unlucky that day, the next day i ddeposited another 100, got 3 bonuses, damn, how can u set a game to pay 1.5x, and the biggest 3.5x. I said okay, unlucky again, yesterday i ve deposited 150, got few bonuses, same story, not a bigger one then 5x, i lost them and today i made another deposit, 200, played the same game, got 4 bonuses on 1.5£, bro, 6x the biggest one. hi i had the same expirence before they opened their doors , i was getting text and phone calles from their so called vip manager ASAM ALI south kensington sw17 4lj mr choubineh please come please come been a member of rank group since 18 years of age now 60 , after losing £12500 on my first visit after covid on their scam black jack table . every hand dealer got a 10 value card or an ace which to me it is being delt by a controller from a room in their basement a room on the left hand side as you go down with a pc in front which he can moniter the cards to the table upster to clean punters up , i have seen this by my own eyes , unfortunately us as punters can not do anything even if you call the police they are not allowed to step in , any way on my second visit this so called waste of time VIP manager said unless i clear my debits i am not allowed in , i said whats my personal debits got anything to do with him , his answer was them same crap responsible gambelling thats after they cleaned me out , you can not come in , 4 days later went in and spoke a lady manger on duty she took my mobile number and promissed she will call me on saturday in evening to my surprise another waste of time employee , they con you take your money and then stop you from going in , not to give you a chance just incase they controller may be in the toilet you may have a chance to get some of your money back , try to avoid playing on their blackjack tables with machine or hand shoes they are conning punters

They like to let you lose and then block your account for no reason and try to say it’s (gambling responsibility)

If they are that concerned why would they not cap people’s account for say £100 until they are satisfied they have spoke to you and got all the information they need? Instead they let you lose thousands and then block your account.

Everything is always against you when you play here!.. when you win it’s problems taking it out and when you lose they block your account so you have no chance of winning anything back!

But I understand why people want to play so all I would say is….. if you have a issue you with the site, expect to lose! You don’t have a leg to stand on with these multimillion dollar companies. Good luck people✌️

Joined Grosvenor Casinos. Unlike most bookmakers, the bonus funds you earn are not usable untill all of your own cash is used first. This effectively punishes those who deposit anything more than the absolute minimum to qualify for the offer. If you were to make a large deposit you'd be forced to gamble all of it within a month in order to access the measly £20 bonus. Personally I believe this encourages irresponsible gambling and flies in the face of the industry-wide safer gambling regulations. For that reason I'd strongly advise new customers to deposit the absolute minimum if they join such an unscrupulous gambling site at all! Support were friendly, apologetic and even acknowledged the unfair state of their employers system but were powerless to help.

I visited my local Grosvenor, Stockport today for the first time since lockdown. Before lockdown although not there every week I was there at least once a month. I was so annoyed to see that the minimum bet amounts had increased from £2 to £5 a 150% increase and that blackjack is now played with 6 decks rather than 4. Although I know this is perfectly legal i find it pretty cheeky as it increases the house edge and profits significantly and too be told by more than one member of staff that this is due to lockdown losses when the business owns a profitable online casino i find disgusting and will be using a different casino from now on. I used to nearly always break even which was still an advantage to Grosvenor as i always spend money behind their bar but will not visit anytime soon with these new tactics they are deploying. Very dissapointed.

This Casino it's getting worst! The bad review are mounting everyday! No win since I joined almost 1000 pounds ! A change of management maybe is the solution. To the management I emailed you and your response was that you can't seem to locate my Account ,yet you have all my bank details and accept deposits! If you the management can't locate my account then and your casino still accepting my deposits, my question remains if my details are safe.
The next question is . New players that deposited almost 1000 pounds is there any percentage return?

Don't ever bother with live chat , the people who try to help can't help themselves!!! They are just there to try and appease. I play on the poker version. It's okay. After playing on the Virgin poker app this is not as clear and simple, too many games in the tournament, an experienced poker player I don't know what half of the games are about. The sit n go seem lame rewards for the time spent. The Twister, played a lot, they like to tease the 000's win but unlike virgin who give generously I feel these guys are just low in the payout stakes. I also suspect players have a work around to beat the system, not once but twice been at a Twister table with two players of a very similar name but CS said their fraud detection systems make it impossible.

I wrote a review but deleted it as I feel a bit muggy doing these things, but these crooks need to be stopped!! If I can save one person from losing their money then this review will be worth it. So I got back into my account after it was locked when I depositef over thousand pounds after i reviewed them and stupidly I kept depositing thinking all the money it took off me they might do something. I was very wrong. I got not one win.nothing. no feature. No win. High stakes. Lots of deposits and nothing. I'd looked at my account and they'd wiped off all my net deposits. My history, everything. I received 3x £25 free bet offers if I wagered 3×£25 on specific horse racing events. I wagered £75 and after the bets were settled the offers had dissapeared. Long story short they wouldn't give me the free bets because of an error on their side. Avoid these scammers. Someone should report them to the gaming commission

Won Easter raffle on April 4th . Assured prize would be here waiting 30 days 40 days up and Easter long gone . No prize delivered to my home and no response from further 2 emails thus far to complaint department .

grovesnor casino would be one of my first 5 star reviews i will give to a casino. The reason being for this is that it has been a complete hassle free experience. Again this comes down to the whole verification and withdrawal process. I play and review slots a lot (check out my reviews and see who to avoid) and find that with a lot of these casinos getting verified and withdrawing any winnings you get can be frustrating and difficult, especially considering how easy it is to deposit on them. Some companies ask for so many personal details to be able to take back what you have legitimately won. I did actually win with grovesnor a decent amount considering how little i put in and i though here we go getting this out is going to be a nightmare! I was wrong and my winnings went into my account within a few hours with no need to even contact customer services! As a regular player of online casinos and with how much our data is collected online now days i would expect to not have to verify with every new casino i sign up with. There should be some sort of database that confirms you are a legit regular player. When i first joined grovesnor a message popped up while joining saying it was checking my details and then verified me automatically without having to send through every personal bit of information most others ask for. I assume Grovesnor has some sort of database in place to do this. I also double checked this as i got my partner to join and try and withdraw to see if it was just a fluke but no, she also had no problems and was verified automatically also. Great stuff for making it hassle free, grovesnor is certainly high on my list of best casinos so far!

Has anyone had experience as bad as can be with grosvenor online slots? If you want good choice of games and good staff its great. If you want features or to win avoid like the plague!! Features are rare and if you are lucky enough to get one I guarantee it will be disappointing. I recently got £0 on a £10 feature i got £4 on a £4 feature and regularly only get double figures on 3 4, and 5 pound per spin defies belief and yet I keep thinking site will do something to no avail yet if I play on admiral or genting I may lose in the end but at least I get a fair game that plays rather than a continuous decline .

Be very wary of this company – they lack decency integrity and any honesty. They have withheld winnings based on some random spurious "audit" one day after speaking to an operator about my winnings. Next day they refuse a bet and a "random" audit is started. Basically they are fine when you lose but do not dare win as they will not pay you – a disgrace of a company who should lose licence.

I am yet to find a poker experience that is not completely rigged. Then I thought Grosvenor they are a reputable company. But yet again a pile of S**t. People going all in on 2/4 and flopping 229. I played a tournament and in the 15 minutes I played I saw KK 4 times QQ 3 times. It’s just not real. These online poker games resemble more like bingo it’s just luck. When you finally get forced all in a big stack will play against you and it don’t matter what you have you will lose. Even if you have AK someone will go all in with 5/6 and hit there straight. They settle bets incorrectly, don't stick to their own promotions. Raised a complaint and got no response, a customer service agent offered me a £10 free bet but never added it to my account. They've settled bets wrong again and just tell me wait 10 days. customer service have no clue and are consistently unwilling to help, complaint team don't respond and they also seem unsure about subject access request and the information commissioner. Avoid this company at all costs if you enjoy gambling. I'm sure they will respond apologising but it doesn't sort any of the previous issue and the fact it got to this point

Online is strange, in the fact that everyone i have spoken to say all games not paying out at minute. It seems its same for everyone across the board . I've had one feature that payed nothing after depositing 800. Previously had a feature on 4 pound per spin which paid 4.00. And that was one of the high moments. Sports part of site showed a meeting. Placed a bet in good faith and looked at the screen showing the event and the event had already ended and the site was still taking bets on the event.

Another that's sadly changed for the worse.
Not only have some of the Games I played for years been removed, But Truly even minor wins just dont happen anymore. But the most annoying thing are the popups.. they keep "suggesting" upgrading the account and even when you click dont show again it does. Then How would you rate the visit today. Its only nostalgia i've kept the account open, Even that is nearly gone now.

Wanted to give an update. The popup's asking to upgrade the account then when you click on the clink fails to work is a lot better. It only happened twice in 40 mins. not every other second.
