Have been a member for many years but not played online much until recently – was extremely lucky and had a fairly large win – that’s where the luck ends as, so far the win has not been paid to me – my withdrawal has remained as “pending “ in my grosvenor account for many days. – I have contacted them on two occasions and each time have been told that they are busy and will get round to it ASAP but are unable to confirm when I will receive my money! Very poor customer service and absolutely disgusting that they advertise on their home page that withdrawals are paid within a few hours! 5 days now and still no sign of my money. Self excluded my self for six months in March 2020. Tried to log on in September 2020 without success. I have been a loyal grosvenor casino customer for many years online and in club. I had always felt very positive about them, I took part in the weekly promotions online and regular in club VIP events. I always found the customer services to be excellent. Then during lockdown restrictions they blocked my account without an explanation. There is no telephone customer services open. The only route of contact is via email. I contacted the email customer services and my account was re-reviewed with lots of new evidence and was then reinstated. Then months after I visit in club and can't enter with no note of explanation put on the system. The online system had forgot to take the restriction off. I then go back and email customer services to remind them to lift the restriction for in club who take weeks to respond and then email back that the account can't be reinstated. Even though I have confirmation it already was months ago. I can see from the many recent reviews that are on here that I am not the only one experiencing similar problems. Also that the responses from grosvenor ask people to contact the rank email. However I am not convinced the different customer services such as rank and kyc are actually communicating with each other. They then take weeks to respond. They are losing at lot of very loyal custom online. This will then affect the in club business post lockdown restrictions.

Yet another demoralizing session of roulette.

The ultimate proof that this is a crooked online casino is the fact that losing patterns are found on a daily basis.

I’ve been a Black Card “VIP” with Grosvenor for several years spending several thousands every year.

Today without any explanation, they closed my account without notice stating the below in an Email;

“As per our website's T&Cs, we have decided to close your account and will no longer be providing you any services from our company or any of our sister companies under the Rank Group name; this will also extend to our land based establishments.

11. Closing your account
11.1 We reserve the right to close your account or withdraw the website at any time and we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of such closure or withdrawal.

We are unable to provide you any further information on your account closure and in accordance with our T&Cs we do not need to provide an explanation. We must also stress any further communications in regards to the above will not be responded to. Please consider this our full and final answer on this matter.”

This is a very odd, erratic decision without any explanation whatsoever especially as I’ve been a very profitable player for them over several years.

This is my comment and feedback. I don’t need to say anything anymore about grosvenor because I think many customers have said enough about the quality of apps and services. My advice is if you value your hard-earned money and would like to play online such as sports betting, DO NOT TRY GROSVENOR SPORTS ONLINE BETTING or you gonna give yourself a hell of a headache due to frustration like I experienced. A dismal experience – very slow app, always crashing and doesn’t let you give an option to withdraw your money of your own choosing which payment card you want to use to where the withdrawals go. The app says to prevent potential fraud so they split the withdrawal amount if you have two or more registered payment cards. All my payment cards are genuine in my name but when I want to remove one of my payment card because I no longer use it, the app won’t allow you to do, so everytime I withdraw my winnings it goes to the card that is no longer in use but the app won’t allow you and rejected all withdrawals and comes back. I have two more registered cards apart from the one that is no longer in use which grosvenor won’t allow me to remove, but I can’t use those two registered cards for withdrawals because they said this is to prevent potential fraud. My point is my case is not a potential fraud. They cannot apply the full force of the policy if the case is deemed to be not a potential fraud. All those cards are in my name. I even sent them via email an evidence but to no avail. Absolutely dismal experience.

Disturbing Lack Of Transparency

I have over several days requested from Grosvenor to confirm whether the ability of each player to win is dependant on other players losing.

They refuse to answer the question instead pointing to ‘random number generator’.

I created an account to play with friends, only to be informed, after 1hr 1/2 of mucking about that the particular game doesn't work with Macs. Once you win money then they limit your account and make the verification process longer than 8 days now.

I have asked to change address as I accidentally put my family house address on sign up.

I have an ID which shows this address but they still refuse.
They are adamant that I cannot access the money in my account.
Total SCAM!
There’s documents to show both addresses and they refuse just because I’ve won.

I had a sound issue, the box for sounds in settings wasn't √. Initial glance at opening screen there's a fair to learn and navigate but quickly learning the ropes. Would be good to have a pre check button as well as fold to any bet.

Hello i can't explain my experience with this website. I deposit 8£ after 1 hour i withdraw 650£ they just ask me to proof my bank. I send documents. Few champions was answering to any question i ask !
