Signed up for a new account when you pay £10 and get 2 £10 sports bets for free. Placed the £10 bet but never got the free bets. Went onto the online chat and they told me it was because the odds were boosted. If that was the case, it should’ve informed me of that or had a note next to say it stating that I’d lose the 2 £10 free bets, rather than being in the fine print that I didn’t see.

Made even worse by the fact I was going to use one of the free £10 bets for Coufal assist v West Brom. Cost me a fair bit of money so will never use the site again.

Your sports betting site is unnecessarily poor. Obviously same as 32RED Sports but with one big frustrating difference. It is very difficult to wager on 'in play' with the bulky cumbersome design of your site. 'The event has started..' message repeats and as you know timing is vital for in play betting so perhaps your design team might like to revisit?

I have been a loyal grosvenor casino customer for many years online and in club. I had always felt very positive about them, I took part in the weekly promotions online and regular in club VIP events. I always found the customer services to be excellent. Then during lockdown restrictions they blocked my account without an explanation. There is no telephone customer services open. The only route of contact is via email. I contacted the email customer services and my account was re-reviewed with lots of new evidence and was then reinstated. Then months after I visit in club and can't enter with no note of explanation put on the system. The online system had forgot to take the restriction off. I then go back and email customer services to remind them to lift the restriction for in club who take weeks to respond and then email back that the account can't be reinstated. Even though I have confirmation it already was months ago. I can see from the many recent reviews that are on here that I am not the only one experiencing similar problems. Also that the responses from grosvenor ask people to contact the rank email. However I am not convinced the different customer services such as rank and kyc are actually communicating with each other. They then take weeks to respond. They are losing at lot of very loyal custom online. This will then affect the in club business post lockdown restrictions.
