Not very good site .customer service fine however site gos down when placing bets ie accepts the bet then rejects it. can be costly .site needs to be looked at.I will not be useing it again .again no problem with customer service but I just can't trust the site at the end of the day it is real money we play with .

Had an account with them for about 2 months. I bet primarily on sports markets, mainly horse racing. They removed their BOG without any communication and shortly after started restricting my bets to the extent where I could not get bets on even though they were often only a couple of pounds. They were being sent for approval and then rejected, I’ve closed my account, waste of time. Would say they only want casino/mug punters.

Unlike some alternatives, such as PokerStars / 888 they don't freeze your account after you make a deposit or withdrawal request and then take days / weeks to process scans of your identity and banking documents. Grosvenor use Open Banking via Experian to automatically and electronic process affordability checks and advise you of this prior to making a significant deposit, not after the fact. Poker Games are primarily UK / European players, not the widest variety of active poker variants, but the ones they do have, have plenty of fish. Encountered some occasional issues with the site login & iPlayer poker network software, but they have live support via telephone and online chat, to assist and advise. Million times better than Stars who don't respond to or acknowledge emails, (their only support channel). Pot rake quite high, but rewards program compensates for this. Highly recommended for UK players, familiar with their bricks and mortar Casinos.

i like this site been playing with them for years i just find it hard to get a decent win.i no you can win a couple of grand on slots when they pay but it just doesn't seem to pay well for me. also they gave me 50 pound the other day so it just proves how much i spent on this site and not won because in 11 years ive never been given 50 pound free but for the last 8 months ive been on a bad run hopefully sooner rather than later i will catch a big win

Don't waste your time Another company that are far too busy to take care of their customers and deal with issues that can be resolved in minutes. It's all great when contacting support but promises are made and not kept. 5 days ago I asked for their assistance with something. I have spoken with their support team at least 4 times where I was promised a matter would be dealt with and sent them 3 emails as well which I have received no response to, nada, zero. They're obviously far too busy to look after their loyal customers. Do yourself a favour and do not use this company. Any issues you'll most probably be chasing around in circles until you go crazy. Judging by their recent reviews I am not the only one that is fed up with them. They behave like a rubbish service is acceptable and forget that there are hundreds of other companies out there that actually appreciate their customers . Clearly making too much money to give a damn. Please Grosvenor if you do actually bother reading these reviews rather than copying and pasting standard replies to make it seem you care, please do not insult my intelligence by replying to this with one of those. You had plenty of time to show me you cared and ignored my requests for assistance, now it is too late. This is the review you deserve and this review will now stay here where it belong. We are all accountable, even The Rank Group. I hope it will prevent someone else who reaches out to you for help going through the same mind numbing experience. Why not spend a few pounds and bring in a few support staff to offer your clients a proper service instead of treating us like garbage? Despite what you may believe, I don't need to play with you. I really like Grosvenor for their selection of slots and they do fun promos but it’s totally let down by their website. During playing a slot I had to log back in constantly. In the time it took me to spend £50 I had to log back into the site FOURTEEN TIMES. Even mid game the pop up kept coming asking me to login and reloading the game. Totally takes the fun out of it.

Joined for the Pay £20 get £20 bonus as only 5 times play through which is excellent. Unfortunately the % payout must be very low indeed as went through in no time at all. So few wins and even when I got the extra free spins only won 10p!!!

One of the best casinos. Very open and honest about RTP and bonus wagering. There's a massive amount of promotions every day and "Customer Champions" are best in the industry. You can ask any reasonable question to make sure everything's under control. The website itself is clear, easy to navigate and to find what you want to play. They were first on the market with Perfect Blackjack which is blackjack played automatically with the best strategy every hand. I had had a good time every time I played, win or lose. What is almost unique about Grosvenor is that they run real casinos across UK, not betting shops littering everywhere. To me that means they are far more serious about gambling experience than companies simply trying to grab everyone's money at the lowest cost possible. I see very clearly what difference that makes. It's a difference between eating a lobster and a Big Mac. There's a window of opportunity to polish some angles through. The blackjack selection could be wider. I miss Microgaming Classic Gold, Playtech Surrender and Blackjack Bonus as well as video Craps, Pontoon, single deck Baccarat and EZ Baccarat. I also dream of a special blackjack game checking correctness of player's decisions and producing a report upon request. Ideally with the same rules they've got in land casinos. Grosvenor is well positioned to launch it in another industry's first.

Poor customer service, they always give general answers "copy and paste" style. The website is very slowly especially for IOS. In addition, I think they need to improve on the bonus section, they rarely reward loyal customers. Overall, it is okay, you can find all range of games and the withdrawal process has improved.

Absolute joke, they put my account under review on the 3rd May and asked for bank statements. Contacted them and they said because of covid 19 they haven't got the man power. Sounds fair as the whole world is going through hard times. A month later I was told the following week my account would be with a handler. Again I contacted them and its a copy and paste which I got from the numerous live chats I've had with them. Again waited for them and last week I was finally given a date that I would be OK to play and my review would be over. Today I hear the same excuse and its still under review. Is my case been looked at one line per day?? The world is starting to open move on and you guys are still using this as an excuse ? How slow and bad is your service? When you get a good review your thanking the customer and on bad review its the same copy and paste message. The team your asking to contact are the same a joke that don't want to help and say the same line its covid 19 so its taking time. Normal time frame for your procedure is 72 to 96 hours. I've been waiting for 2 months, your taking this a little too far. If you haven't got the man power then why take so much work on at one time?? Limit our accounts and reply accordingly to emails with proper email that's not been copy and pasted. Seriously appalling and bad service.

I deposited £20 to get an additional £20. I had to wager £800 which I did through many wins on starburst as part of the promotion. It was fantastic I managed to wager and still withdrew £500. Played on here as a vip for over 5yrs and they suddenly block my account. Asked for bank statements to verify me! Really! I speak to your vip team often enough and quick to accept all deposits for over 5yrs! Sent all these and took over 6 weeks of me chasing them to get a reply as said they were busy, reply was we need to do more checks! Don't think so, you are not wasting any more of my time. Now notice that reviews are stating they are going down this road with many customers and stating kyc regulations which is rubbish if you check what casinos can ask for. Another casino verified me within 48hrs and am now playing on there with more bonuses ( vip at grosvenor was abysmal) and better wins. Don't know what i ever saw in this site...better one's out there that i am now enjoying.

After previously writing a good review how wrong I was. Not only have they since scammed me out of my money but when I complained they suspended my account. I spent £400 on the site across different days and on a number of different games, and not one payout. Maybe got free spins once which gave a £20 pay. Absolute fix. When I challenged this I was told that it is all done randomly etc, but clearly it is not. Don’t play unless you want to lose your money and be told the same rubbish- it is not random or monitored. I will be making a complaint specifically about this site and the games I played and the individual who I spoke to who cancelled my account without my consent. They have my £400 now anyways so I’m sure they don’t care, but for everyone else thinking of spending your money on this site don’t do it! Go to casumo instead! much better payouts and better customer service, this is a fix.

Did not solve my issue.....I have used grovsnor Online and regulary use there physical premises to for years,an for no reason or warning stopped me making deposit or withdraws to the account.... when contacted all I got was a useless copy and paste response. On plus side i have saved thousands of £££ as this issue has prevented me using site for a while...... Some rubbish about wanting to see my wage slips which is completely unessarry for someone who spends as little as I do
