Should be closed down. Visited the Swansea branch for three weeks, machines can't read the new bank notes, you have to buy a cash credit to put in the machines of any sort. Reported by it and they all say I will look at it.....my a**e. I do hope you close through lack of custom. It's al you deserve.

DISGUSTING DESPICABLE IMMORAL THIEVES A further update to the below. Another 624 spins today 1 feature 16 free spins £4.80 won That now makes a total of 1,585 spins 3 features (over 500 spins average to get feature) 44 free spins £6.24 The above represents over £500 deposits I utterly resent not being able to rate below 1 star. Where is the fair play Where is there remotely any value for money Where is the enjoyment None. Dirty thieving trash scum of human beings without any sense of shame. IMMORAL THIEVES IMMORAL THIEVES As a further update to previous posts: EYE OF HORUS 961 spins 2 features (total 28 free spins) £1.44 won Totally immoral and bereft of any sense of fair play.

Despicable Immoral Thieves Never, ever play on this site. No-one has a divine right to win - we do however have an absolute divine right to fair play and honesty. Sadly Grosvenor have zero morality when it comes to serving fair play. They are as crooked as any rogue online casino you have ever read about. They go on about how each spin is random but it simply isn't true. Having a random outcome means having software that doesn't have percentages encoded and their random number generator replicates percentages which effectively means ever single game you play is like playing a fruit machine. Your chances of winning are entirely, ENTIRELY, dependent on other players losing. Grosvenor are the pimp who takes a cut regardless of who wins or who loses. If you have an account do yourselves a favour and request a lifetime ban. If you don't have an account put it down on your 'avoid at all costs' list.

Scam alert AVOID AT ALL COSTS GROSVENOR CONTINUE TO REFUSE TO RESPOND THEY ARE SO FRIGHTENED TO ADMIT THE TRUTH THEY ATTEMPTED TO GET MY POST REMOVED AND FAILED Grosvenor continue to remain silent and refuse to answer the most simplest of questions. Q: Are players ability to win on roulette dependant on other players losing. Grosvenor. Refuse to answer. Q. Is the random number generator replicating the same percentages as a ‘live’ roulette wheel Grosvenor. Refuse to answer The importance here is the random number generator effectively makes the Grosvenor roulette wheel a glorified fruit machine. Every fruit machine that has ever been played is governed by a random number generator- it is not a new concept it has been around for decades and decades. In other words if you harbour any ambition of winning on their roulette wheel you have to hope other players have played before you and lost. Grosvenor refuse point blank to answer this. A real casino can lose money on multiple days - Grosvenor will never see a losing day as their percentage is guaranteed through the replication of odds through the random number generator. The proof of this is extremely simple and they of course refuse to answer or respond. The scenario is simple. Imagine there is only ever one live roulette wheel and one online roulette wheel. Each day you have one bet on each wheel - you cover either red or black and a very small amount on zero. Let’s keep it simple and say 97p on colour and 3p on zero. In a live casino basis it is possible to win every single day it is possible to lose every single day. You can win or lose alternate days and multiple days. Any combination you can think of is possible. You win you take the casinos money you lose they take yours. Now we come to the online wheel. You will never EVER win nor lose every bet. The random number generator will ensure that you will always be behind - no matter how many consecutive winning spins you may get you will still always be losing over all - even though statistically you have the upper hand you will never ever be in front. You are absolutely guaranteed to lose the first two spins. And that my friends is why Grosvenor is so despicable - nowhere will you find the truth on their website nor through dialogue.

AVOID, AVOID Grosvenor sports and casinos! I agree with all the negative feedbacks because there is truth in them based on my actual experience. Go to other online betting apps, they are lot better and more fair than Grosvenor which appears to be supportive and fair in particular the staff but its platform is not. I stopped and closed my account as I could not withdraw my money at my disposal. Avoid this betting site - NOT GOOD AT ALL!

Yet another shocking display of cheating 3 days running playing roulette leaving 8 empty numbers and immediately hitting 5 from 8 empty numbers first 8 spins. The odds of this happening are shockingly low. In fact this can only happen if the game is rigged to replicate a percentage out - the very question I have asked on multiple occasions and which Grosvenor refuse to answer. Stay away from this miserable thieving online casino.

Absolutely disgusting site. I have been gambling for a while on various different sites over the years but like these many reviews tell you this site is a joke. I won a small fortune and when it came to withdraw these funds (bare in mind I have withdrew from this site many times) they are wanting to create unnecessary issues with my winnings. Imagine we all acted like this every time we lost. Honestly i will never be using this site again. I think I will stick with 32red.

I’ve been a Black Card “VIP” with Grosvenor for several years spending several thousands every year. Today without any explanation, they closed my account without notice stating the below in an Email; “As per our website's T&Cs, we have decided to close your account and will no longer be providing you any services from our company or any of our sister companies under the Rank Group name; this will also extend to our land based establishments. 11. Closing your account 11.1 We reserve the right to close your account or withdraw the website at any time and we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of such closure or withdrawal. We are unable to provide you any further information on your account closure and in accordance with our T&Cs we do not need to provide an explanation. We must also stress any further communications in regards to the above will not be responded to. Please consider this our full and final answer on this matter.” This is a very odd, erratic decision without any explanation whatsoever especially as I’ve been a very profitable player for them over several years. I have deposited several thousand pounds with Grosvenor this year and they all of a sudden want to close my account. In the last week I’ve made several deposits and all of a sudden they cut me off without giving me a chance to win anything! Unreasonable, unprofessional and completely deplorable. These kind of cowboy antics must stop in this industry. Complaint will be going to the gambling commission and BBC Watchdog.

This is my comment and feedback. I don’t need to say anything anymore about grosvenor because I think many customers have said enough about the quality of apps and services. My advice is if you value your hard-earned money and would like to play online such as sports betting, DO NOT TRY GROSVENOR SPORTS ONLINE BETTING or you gonna give yourself a hell of a headache due to frustration like I experienced. A dismal experience - very slow app, always crashing and doesn’t let you give an option to withdraw your money of your own choosing which payment card you want to use to where the withdrawals go. The app says to prevent potential fraud so they split the withdrawal amount if you have two or more registered payment cards. All my payment cards are genuine in my name but when I want to remove one of my payment card because I no longer use it, the app won’t allow you to do, so everytime I withdraw my winnings it goes to the card that is no longer in use but the app won’t allow you and rejected all withdrawals and comes back. I have two more registered cards apart from the one that is no longer in use which grosvenor won’t allow me to remove, but I can’t use those two registered cards for withdrawals because they said this is to prevent potential fraud. My point is my case is not a potential fraud. They cannot apply the full force of the policy if the case is deemed to be not a potential fraud. All those cards are in my name. I even sent them via email an evidence but to no avail. Absolutely dismal experience. Anyway, fellow user of online gaming and sports, I don’t want to make any judgement about grosvenor, I am only writing a story in behalf of my experience with using the app or site. You can try it if you want but write a review of your own later and tell your story because all those negative stories they experienced I say with no doubt might be true.

Disturbing Lack Of Transparency I have over several days requested from Grosvenor to confirm whether the ability of each player to win is dependant on other players losing. They refuse to answer the question instead pointing to ‘random number generator’. Just to be clear a random number generator has been used in fruit machines for over 50 years and they are all governed by a percentage payout which means your ability to win is 100% dependent on other players losing. Grosvenor casinos are refusing to answer this basic question which speaks volumes for the truth.

SHAMEFUL ONLINE CASINO Absolute thieves - this is a disgraceful money thieving online site. Roulette is the worst online. Not you can add their slots. Eye Of Horus at 40p per spin. Feature = 12 free spin - awarded twice more within the feature - total 36 free spins within 1 feature. £4.48. I had £3.04 after the 3rd spin so effectively £1.44 for 33 free spins. Disgusting. I have the video to prove it.

I created an account to play with friends, only to be informed, after 1hr 1/2 of mucking about that the particular game doesn't work with Macs. No problem, BUT i deposited £100, as the way it says you are getting a 50% bonus is confusing! i never received the bonus and i never played a game. BUT when i transferred my money back, they refused and suspended my account. Ive read the legislation and cannot understand why they are keeping my money. I would avoid this site, as the only logical assumption i can make is that they are struggling for money. Maybe its being closed due to Covid, i don't know, but your no guaranteed getting your own money back, which is surely wrong and not good for a casino!!

They allow you to make an account without verifying firstly! Once you win money then they limit your account and make the verification process longer than 8 days now. I have asked to change address as I accidentally put my family house address on sign up. I have an ID which shows this address but they still refuse. They are adamant that I cannot access the money in my account. Total SCAM! There’s documents to show both addresses and they refuse just because I’ve won. AVOID BECAUSE THEY TAKE YOUR WINNINGS AND DONT REPLY FOR DAYS AND DAYS

DESPICABLE ONLINE CASINO Absolutely shocking - been playing roulette for over a week and refuses to give number 26. Can't imagine how many hundreds of spins. Avoid this casino, tell all your mates never to sign up. The customer service is shocking - same standard answers - like listening to a robot. They simply do not care as long as you lose and rape you of your money.

Unnecessary repetition signing in then moat of the time the sports app crashes for no apparent reason. I can’t blame my wifi and device for causing the app crashes because I use fiber optic virgin broadband with highest mbps speed in the current market and uses latest iphone model. Also, once you win a bet it does not display the exact amount of your winning instead the tricks you into cashing out the wrong lower amount of your winning bet. You can’t easily cash out as well as ypu lile when your winning because the app is waiting for the right time that you get the lowest amount offered or you cannot cash out at all when the app anticipate a change of. Score in the game. Over all, in my opinion as user of online gaming app, the quality of grosvenor sports app is very unsatisfatory and at times frustrating. A little bit unfair to their customer who expect a high quality service considering grosvenor ia widely known in the gambling industry. Grosvemor only deserves a 2 star review from me because they would transfer payment in the bank very quick. A dismal experience is what I had considering I expect a good quality service of this type of company in the gambling industry. Grosvenor there is still have time to change before you lose thousands or maybe millions of custpmers who play online gambling. Remember there are lots big competitors out there who can put you into administration if you don’t improve and play a fair game.

The most awful site I ever played on. Full of errors and bugs. Can't play for 2 minutes, error 212,account management etc appears on the screen. Nice way to destroy the game and also I want to mention that from 200£, all in bets of 0.80 or 1.00, biggest hand was of 10 quid, and no bonus. Avoid as much as you can this petty excuse of a casino.

SCAM ALERT - AVOID THIS CASINO THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS I HAVE ASKED AT LEAST ON 6 OCCASSIONS AND THEY REFUSE It's very simple: I have asked on numerous occasions for Grosvenor Casino to confirm yes or no whether the ability of players to win on roulette is based on other players losing. Does the random number generator behave in the same way as it does for slot games in the sense that it replicates the 'actual' percentages of winning. In other words if it does then we the players are not getting a truly random spin like we would in a real casino. The question has also been asked if there was only ever 1 online roulette wheel and only 1 player could that player win every single time - the odds clearly are extremely small, however if the possibility exists in a real casino will it be replicated if Grosvenor only had 1 online wheel. They continually refuse to answer the question simply because it would reveal the truth. That roulette spins are not truly random in the true sense that we understand the word. The randomness is based on a percentage being replicated through software. Time and again they refuse to answer. Man up and tell the truth. Don't response with 'games are tested', 'we are sorry to hear...'. blah blah blah. Just answer the questions here so that everyone can see them. The more you ignore the questions the more i will post starting with scam alert.

I joined this site last weekend because they had one of my fave slots Fishing Frenzy Megaways. Oh boy - I should not have bothered. After the initial 2 days of what we call 'The honeymoon period, where sites tend to be nice, I didn't break even. On 15th Oct I deposited £700 without a single bonus round and the highest win was £12,,,imagine that!! Yesterday £500 and not much at all and today I have deposited £1100 and the best bonus round on Fishing Frenzy paid £76...just six bonus rounds over the course of 5 hours and the last two bonus rounds 'The fisherman' didn't even show up! Really wouldn't recommend this site to anyone that works hard for their money and wants to enjoy playing slots. They have sent ridiculous emails, reminding me of all the tools they have to safeguard overspending but they should be addressing the total lack of fair game play. I have played on these sites for two decades and this has to be one of, if not THE, worst online. I realise there's highs and lows to gambling, with no guarantees, but for the money deposited over the course of the week - the last three days especially - I found this site dismal. Do yourself a favour.....go elsewhere!

HI SCAM ALERT I will continue to post until Grosvenor Casinos respond in a truthful manner and not simply repeat their standard issue responses that do not address the questions asked. Yet again I post their response so you can all see how they deliberately do not answer the questions as the truth will lead you all to cancel your online accounts. Please see below and make your own minds up - it is clear they are deliberately not answering the question as the truth is very simple. Every time you gamble online your chances of winning are 100% reliant on other players losing. Do not under any circumstances believe you are playing against Grosvenor. This is not a case of you against the house - it is you against every other player. Their random number generator simply replicates the percentages and they take their cut. HIGH SCAM ALERT HIGH SCAM ALERT - AVOID I have requested from them time and again for them to confirm the ability to win on their games is entirely down to other players suffering losses. For them to confirm the random number generator they go on about is not configured to pay a certain percentage (i.e. to replicate the percentages of a casino). For them to confirm that if only 1 online machine existed it would be possible for the 'house' to make a loss. They refuse to answer these questions because they do not want it publicized that you the gambler that plays on their site is 100% dependent on other gamblers losing in order for you to win. That Grosvenor will never see a losing day as all their table games are in effect glorified fruit machines (imagine a machine with 37 reels - that would be roulett) and just like fruit machines they are governed by a percentage payout which they claim to be random (it is not - the random number generator merely ensures the percentages are upheld in Grosvenor's favour). So Grosvenor, I ask you yet again - and please do not respond with fair play and RNG's. Just answer the questions so that we can all see the truth. Registered customer (stevejames11) and I’m voting with my feet after some Appalling customer service, which did no more than quote Terms and Conditions despite my offer of evidential data in their Own systems that proved my statements about Cash in my account being substituted for A promotional Balance with wagering requirements. It’s a case of computer says no, and customer service staff employed to deflect any argument by doing nothing but quote legal terms that they don’t even understand. I shall be sending them a data request (which they legally have to provide) and forwarding all data from my account to the Advertising Standards Authority, and the UK Gaming Commission, and the directors Mr Swaine, O’Reilly and Floydd can explain themselves to people they cannot ignore! And if you’re thinking of joining...I suggest you Read the other negative reviews here, They’re all similar, and all talk about trust, and the lack of it. There are many reputable sites out there, and in my opinion, Grosvenor Casinos is not one of them.

HIGH SCAM ALERTS Despite several attempts Grosvenor Casino's refuse to answer the most simple question. I have asked them so many times and they refuse to answer outright instead choosing to pathetically hide behind the response posted further below; The question is very simple; If there was only ever 1 online roulette wheel - no other games - is it possible for a player to spin one spin a day and either win or lose every single time they played. The question is simple enough. The odds of this happening are of course very low - but hypothetically if there was only ever 1 'live' roulette wheel played only by 1 player it is entirely possible to win every single time, lose every single time or any other combination. I firmly believe that the random number generator essentially replicates the odds you see in a live casino which essentially means Grosvenor will always make a profit - they can never lose, which is not the case with a live casino. They constantly refuse to answer this question. Their most recent and pathetic response; Hi George, Thank you for your review, and we're so sorry to hear of your frustrations. Although we understand your concerns and frustrations regarding your game play, we can assure you that all our games are fair and unbiased. We use advanced “Random Number Generators” (RNGs) to determine results and to make sure that all games have a truly random outcome. In addition to this, our games are constantly tested and regulated by an independent authority to ensure fairness at all times. Further, all games may have a differing Return to Player (RTP) average and it is important to understand that the RTP percentages are averages achieved over a significant number of game plays and not each time the gaming machine is played. RTP for games is measured over millions of spins so customers will see higher variance in shorter sessions. For example, if a gaming machine displays an 85% RTP, you should not expect to win an average of 85 pence for every £1 you stake during a playing session. Guidance and regulations relating to RTP are set out by the UK Gambling Commission and further information can be found on their website. If you would like us to look into any issues, or if you would like to discuss this further with us, please let us know by emailing review rank.com.

WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & CERTAIN FRAUD! I started using their online site as was extremely pleased with the smoothness. Their payout system is quick and was generally happy with the offer of all markets available. Yesterday, I placed a bet of £100 on a 9/2 shot in France and the bet had to be approved...no problem there was a few minutes until the race was due off. A few seconds later my phone showed that the bet had been accepted and the race went off. The horse I backed had won and I was delighted. Upon checking my account, the bet had now been suddenly rejected and the £550 due was not showing. Upon doing further investigation,I can see that the bet was rejected and cancelled 79 seconds into the race at which point the horse was well clear! I immdiately contacted customer service and have had 0 responses. In my eyes this is blatant fraud and cheating and a complaint to IBAS is being made. Should anyone from the Grosvenor team actually care about my issue as your customer support 'champions' clearly don't give a toss, my username is Jamiea_97 Would seriously suggest that anyone coming to this site be extremely weary of their horse racing market as I can see this has happened to others further in the reviews. Real shame!

Dreadful live platform. Played several hands of Blackjack, with not one game completed without lagging or interruption - couldn’t draw cards, neither stand or double down. Didn’t see one completed result until the hand had ended, then and only then saw my balance depleted! This issue is not my internet, as I play other live games, namely Roulette with absolutely no issues. Would not recommend this platform! Far better live games on alternative sites. Will not play on this site again! Stay clear is my recommendation. Clearly, by their rating on Trustpilot I’m not alone in my sentiments!

WORST ONLINE CASINO - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Make no mistake - online roulette with Grosvenor is like playing a glorified fruit machine. What ever happens no matter who plays no matter what the stakes your bet is against other players and your chances of winning are entirely based on other players losing and just like a fruit machine their is a random number generator that ensures Grosvenor Casino makes a profit regardless. Give yourselves an early Xmas present; Request a lifetime closure of your account so that you can avoid donating any more of your hard earned cash to these thieves. They deliberately mislead with fair games, fair reviews etc but they never actually explain in detail what I have done above - their random number generator will never allow them to make a loss - it is impossible for everyone to win. To explain further - it is possible for several people all to go to a live casino and win - every single day, regardless of how small the odds are of that happening - it is still possible. With Grosvenor Casino it is impossible to both win every single time and to lose every single time. Their software ensures that a certain percentage is always returned and they keep the rest. It's how they make their money. Their online roulette games are nothing more than a fruit machine with 37 reels. Do your friends a favour as well and ask them to request a lifetime closure and then post on your social media sites the same. Collectively we can show them we are not prepared to be stolen from anymore through lack of transparency and honesty.

They will let you win at first then they will suck you dry don't be fooled by the payout percentages as 99.9% of them will pay under your stake don't mind losing but don't like blatantly getting fleeced and cheated out of my money these slot games will tease the bonus every other spin so you continue spending DON'T! will never play slots on here again!

I visited The Grosvenor Casino (Thanet) last Friday and I was overwhelmed by the whole experience. You have excelled in your approach to keeping your clients and staff safe. The security team were so professional and they were prompt in ensuring that all visitors followed the new rules. It was lovely to see EVERYONE respecting each other and wearing the mandatory face covering. Regular cleaning was in force throughout the evening and the staff worked tirelessly and even with their face coverings on they were happy and cheerful. Thank-you Grosvenor Casino Thanet for a wonderfully safe experience- my first social outing since March - I would highly recommend a visit to this establishment and you can be confident that they are Covid Secure and will look after you. I will be back soon to support you all 🙏🏻

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM MERCHANTS I shall continue to write negative reviews for Grosvenor Casinos until they come on here and tell the truth. They have responded to posts in the past but whenever called upon to give evidence they go mute. Having previously posted about their rigged roulette game having spun over 3,000 spins before hitting number 11, I changed game and played 100/1 roulette. Just as rigged. As a test I covered 95 possibilities leaving 10 numbers: 39 empty spins from the first 100 spins. 22 empty spins from the next 100 spins. 33 empty spins on the next 100 spins. 94 empty spins from 300 spins. The odds supposedly 95/10 in my favour. Now we come to the crux of this and all other posts. We just want honesty and clarity. Nothing else. I call upon Grosvenor to state here once and for all that when gamblers visit their online roulette tables they are effectively gambling against each other and the 'house' will never lose. Anyone reading this for the first time and wondering 'what the hell', I'll explain it another way. Imagine there is only 1 live casino and only 1 online casino and you are the only person betting. Each day you visit the live casino and bet red 50 times in a row. Regardless of how miniscule the odds are every single scenario you can think of is a possibility. You can win every single spin, you can lose every single spin, you can win/lose 50%, any combination of win/lose scenario is possible. If you win every single spin you take the casinos money. Now you repeat the same bet on the online casino. It is impossible to win or lose every single bet - the software used which incorporates a random number generator will force you to win some of the bets so that it effectively replicates the percentages of a real casino. It is impossible for you to lose every single bet you place and this alone should tell you how much online roulette is rigged. It is not you against the casino it is you against every single other player that bets and Grosvenor sit back and take their cut - they will never, EVER, have a losing day. Do yourself a favour, go online, and request a lifetime ban on every online casino site that you visit. They have to adhere to your request and it cannot be reversed EVER. This way you will protect yourself from these scam merchants who blind side you with cash back offers, free spins etc.

My sister and I are members of Grosvenor Casino for many many years We were even there on the last day before lockdown in March to support Grosvenor Yesterday, 23rd September 2020 was the first time we decided it was safe to visit the Grosvenor for the first time since lockdown Sadly, I was told that I needed to update my card as my ID has expired and I was refused admission My sister was allowed in but as I was not allowed in , we went to the Empire instead Having travel over an hour in this COVID situation and not allowed in , is quite an unacceptable treatment to their long time customers It clearly showed that Grosvenor Casino does not value their customers Grosvenor could have let my sister and I in yesterday afternoon and asked me to bring my ID on our next visit I received no notification by post, email or text , that I need to bring an ID My freedom pass was not accepted, nor my bank cards that night How can you turn away your customers? As many others, i had account suspended after a few high deposits. Now though, nobody will contact me, i cant speak to anyone and i have over £1500 sat there, unable to be acceseed. If they cannot function a customer service team during a pandemic then they should close the site but gove people prior warning. If i dont hear from them over next couple of days i will be making an official complaint and contacting the gambling comission.

This has to be the worst site I have ever joined. Either I’m just unlucky or this site is just pure poor. I placed a £50 bet and couldn’t find my bet anywhere. The app and the website was unresponsive, slow, froze. Their live chat just froze too, I never got to chat with anyone. Glad my bet lost because I don’t ever have to have any interaction with this site. Stay well away. They might have mastered Casinos but they have miles and mile to go to get their app and website correct. Worst experience Evaaaar.

My computer broke and needed to be cleared off all Data. I reloaded everything with no issues, however the Grosvenor Poker Download will not open. I cleared the Cache and Run it as administrator, still wont open. Phoned support who could not help, basically I cant find anyone to help me resolve this. Tournaments have overlays and Im sat there wanting to deposit and play and I cant.

App is a bit glitchy, needs improvement Super fast payouts (got a winning in my account in less than 2 hours, thank you!) Great variety of casino games and live games They verify you before you start depositing, and I find it respectful and honest. I’d like to go enjoy a night at their real casinos one day! Keep up the great work.
