My first visit since the refurb. What a difference! Place felt really open with a good balance of tables, slots and touch bets. Really impressed! Friendly staff too

Freezing cold venue. Burnt food. No atmosphere. All in the poker room. Complained about burnt food when it was brought to me so the waitress took it away as I said I couldn't eat it. Didn't even get an apology. I was hungry so ordered chips and when they came they were barely warm. Had to eat them as I was too hungry by then and wasn't going to risk ordering anything else.

Seriously thinking of closing my account because I never get a win. I understand that you can't win all the time,but I haven't won a pound for months
