Excellent support.I had a few free promos here. One didn't work, so I queried it. Support not only read my problem, but fixed it with a better bonus. The best support I've had at an online casino. Genuine people, genuine site. I won a few hundred with my joining bonus too, so payouts are fair also. Great site.

With so much to choose out there you really don't have to do business with this company, no bonus no rewards nothing at all and if you win and want to withdraw is all complications avoid if you can.

Never give bonuses. When asked about loyalty program, told they don't give bonuses or free spins despite there being a section on promotion page ragrding random cash bonuses. Games just take take take and you'd be lucky to get the cost of a spin back in every 20 spins you do. Load of rubbish and very unhelpful chat support. Would not recommend.

Wanted to leave a review for this site and the chat service as well as the Promotions. Matthew B was my chat representative and although he made it seem that he took the time to review my account he clearly didnt and fobbed me off. I would not reccomed you use he site as the games are very strange and the promotions even worse

Baccarat Shuffle procedures in Georgia which is a generic feed are disgusting, cards horrendously clumped. Unpredictable Streaks of 12~15 literally occur everyday, whereas in the real world, you might see such events once every 6 months. Shoes producing 3 streaks of 8, along with streaks of 7's and 6's. Or 10~14 chops, shoes consistently mainly of 2's, shoes composition utterly bizarre. Nothing like what you'd expect in a real casino. Lazy Shuffles consist of single riffle, then cards are split 1 deck at the time back into each other. You end up seeing the same card sequences continually. Unfortunately it's all about speed instead of decent procedure. Don't blame shufflers, they are doing what they are told to do, it is up those taking the feed to get them to do something, so the Baccarat shoes resemble those of a real world casino.

most of the staff are friendly but or two are very blunt. Also the fact that , at genting casino, im not only getting reward points but free drinks and food too.

Total Con……The games on the website are a total CON. Winning doesn't exist with their games. The games are totally fixed. DO NOT USE THESE IF YOU LIKE ONLINE SLOTS OR BLACKJACK…….

Freezing cold venue. Burnt food. No atmosphere. All in the poker room. Complained about burnt food when it was brought to me so the waitress took it away as I said I couldn't eat it. Didn't even get an apology. I was hungry so ordered chips and when they came they were barely warm. Had to eat them as I was too hungry by then and wasn't going to risk ordering anything else.
