This company owes me hundreds of pounds since 13/03/2024 from a Cheltenham 5 horse race accumulator @90/1.£5 steak. I won they only gave me £8 for 4 horses coming 1st and one horse coming 2nd. Also they keep contacting me with emails about there deposit 10 get 10 with 20x wager and I’ve asked them not to. Grosvenor has been much better than other Casinos I have experienced over the years. To be fair, my review is limited to the Live Casino games. My experience is 100% different to a review I just read here. I have been with them for several months and although I raised some objections to payouts which did not go my way the information which made clear the decision was correct. However, I have also made numerous withdrawals without issue. This is my favourite Casino.

Be very careful about playing poker here because I have spotted a couple of dealers now, one in Huddersfield and at least one in Leeds false shuffling the cards and not following procedure, I am experienced card handler and magician and I know suspicious shuffles when I see them and ive seen enough to convince me certain dealers are dictating who is getting trash/good hands. Its kinda sad cause I literally wanted to play live poker to ensure the game was fair and they arnt particually skilled at doing it, however its quite hard to spot if you dont know what to look for, and even harder to prove. Riffles shuffles where top portion of pack isnt shuffled, deck being cut 3 times in hand rather than on the table, deck being cut sideways rather than forwards onto the cut card. I wont call out specifically who because they know who they are I just hope this filters through so they know they have been spotted. I didnt call anything at the time because I hate causing a fuss and its £50 and a bit of fun at the end of the day, but I cant justify going back knowing there are cheats dealing. Just had the most depressing night being dealt trash for a full final table until eventually forced to play trash cause of the blinds and watching the dealer what looks like strip shuffles and false riffles and cuts and very suspiciously typical bad hands all night think J4 10 2 8 3 on repeat. Like I say its not all of them and when a legit dealer doing their job properly comes back to the table its like night and day its so obvious to me.
