I just love grosvenor casinos. I made a terrible mistake of using a fake ID when I was barred. I was allowed after that on my real name and I told the casino truth and a very nice manager allowed me on my real name. After long time a new manager came and banned me from all grosvenors casinos. I do not like going to other casinos to play poker but just grosvenor I love grosvenor and I will forever even if they never allow me in life.

Spotted an offer on their site. Played some spins and wagered around 200 quid. Got my free spins and won a bit extra from that only to find out that this needs to be wagered another 10x. No problem with casino t&cs but it was no where clear when it was encouraging me to spend that money. If you’re more transparent with your customers – they will play with you more often. Would be astonished if the GC don’t catch up with you at some stage. Walsall Grosvenor Casino is absolutely disgraceful. I have witnessed staff sniggering amongst each other after purposely ensuring that customers lose on the roulette table. I have witnessed this on two separate occasions. Which I find very unprofessional from a member of staff. They need need to work on their body language skills to ensure that customers do not pick up on their unprofessional behaviour while playing at those tables. I used to find this casino a pleasant experience over the years. It’s got much much worse ( staff wise ).

Grosvenor Casino’s used to be a good casino, this was the case a couple of years ago. But that’s not the case anymore, in fact, I would strongly advise anyone who considers taking part in their promos to be careful. Grosvenor Casino’s not exactly transparent with the promo’s terms and conditions, and there will be a lot of dishonesty and deception involved with their promos. Just recently they sent me an email for a casino deposit offer, a deposit £50, and get a £25 bonus. On the terms and conditions, it states that all live table games, including live blackjack, contribute 100% to wagering the bonus. While wagering my cash I noticed that the progress bar was only going up by a little, I spoke to customer service who said wagering on live table games only contributes to 10% wagering. So either the customer service agent is lying, or the promotions team is lying. As bright as day, the terms mentioned all live table games contribute 100% towards wagering. It seems that Grosvenor casinos are deliberately making their promos and terms confusing and misleading, so you give up and do not bother following up. This is the last time I’ll be taking part in any promotions or using Grosvenor casinos. They have lost all credibility with their shady practices.

Avoid and don’t play on this website. Besides increasing the wagering requirements, this dump also has issues with its website’s functionality. The slots are lagging and the payout is small (you need to make a lot of spins to win a decent amount) and on top of that you won’t see your money on a bank account even after an hour of requesting a withdrawal. Instead your gaming account will be blocked. It’s clear that the Rank company is dying and their situation is only getting worse.

As a new member I deposited £20 to get a £30 bonus, which really you could only end up using on slots or casino….worst thing is to get anything back at all you need to to wager 30 times the deposit and so called bonus, yeh £1500.So as you can tell I never got anywhere near that and as a betting man I’m predicting that a good 90% or more of newcomers don’t also.Other problems with app and site also that it crashes/freezes all the time. Been with Grosvenor Sports for a year now, good sportsbook, great odds and promotions compared to many other bookmakers, never had any problems on the site until yesterday, placed one of their regular boosted odds came up the wrong bet,(twice) contacted live help and after explaining what had happened they investigated, took a few hours to check, expected that while the tech people checked the system. Result £40 back into my account, extremely pleased, specially since the horse lost, Thanks to Amanda and her team for being 100% efficient at their job .

Review is for online play (desktop application) only. The app is poor and crashes often – much worse than other equivalent desktop apps I’ve used. The “£30 joining bonus”, advertised as “Deposit £20, get £50 to play with”, is a total scam – you need to spend £250 of real money (5 x (deposit + bonus value)) before it is usable. Spent a lot of money to try and get a drink before we leave yet we were stood at the bar for over 20 minutes being one of the first to arrive apart from a couple sat there already with drinks. The 2 bar staff behind the bar completely ignoring us and serving 4/5 people who came after us, then when asked about being served they was extremely rude! The woman with a shaved head was the rudest saying the bar is busy yet wasn’t at all busy from when we approached the bar, there was one other person before us. Seems as if she only likes to serve if your stood right in front of her. She managed to serve other people their drinks perfectly fine apart from us. We did not even get chance to order our drinks as she just went ahead and took everyone else’s order who arrived after us. The glass cleaner with dark hair stood there laughing saying that she wasn’t serving and it wasn’t her problem. Feel utterly disrespected by this experience from a casino. The Staff on reception extremely helpful and very polite. Dealers on the table extremely polite also. Bar staff on the other hand need to be re considered. All in all would have been a lovely experience win or loose and a great review left it wasn’t for the rude staff working on the upstairs bar.

I can’t complain about this casino and have been playing a while. Some days you win, which I have numerous times, and others you don’t but that’s part of it! I did one of their free games and was given a £2 bonus. Most reputable sites allow you to use the bonus funds first when you win them on a game like this (even if wagering is required to release the bonus funds). For example, Ladbrokes, Coral, Sky, etc. Not Grosvenor. To get the £2 bonus, you had to wager £60! When I opened the slot, it stated bonus funds were being used in the game but it doesn’t make clear (nor in the brief terms on the bonus screen) that cash is used first. Luckily it only cost me £2 as I checked my funds and realised it was taking cash first, but it’s really bad practice and sneaky. These type of bonus terms encourage problem gambling – campaigners have noted this. My advice is stick with reputable sites which allow you to use the bonus funds first. I won’t be using Grosvenor casino or their games again.

Have used this site for a number of years, and have deposited over £120,000 and have had some good wins, biggest being over £9,000 which I withdrew with no problems was in my account by the next morning, Now they are setting deposit limits so low, so that on the volatile games you run out of money before you can get a bonus in and everything is lost. They want so much information on where your income comes from , how much your savings are etc. next they will be asking when you last went to the loo.
