Avoid this company, I deposited money and won which was great. I requested to withdraw my money and had to provide two pieces of verification. I’ve uploaded verification and then chatted to someone asking how long this would take. I was told I needed to provide my statement with my Apple Pay transactions on. Which I only have online and it clearly states in the email and on the verification part of my account that I need to provide documents showing all four corners of the item. When I mentioned this in the chat all I was told was that the verification team wasn’t working today. Ridiculous that a site is willing to take money without checking ID but not payout. Will be taking further

4 months now and I’m still waiting on my £611 lol. In the end this company decided to ignore my emails. I’ll admit I never had a problem with the site, made many withdrawals no problem, but the nonsense they spun me about this withdrawal was laughable. Hopefully you see this Heyspins as I’ve gathered my evidence with all the names involved and it will be passed to the gambling commission, and they can give me the name of the account number and Mastercard that yous transferred my winnings to, and look into the fraud yous are doing on people as we both know it wasn’t my bank yous sent MY money to.
