This has to be the worst casino site iv ever played no bonus’s given can’t win no more then £1 on spins definitely not a site people should play if you want to lose all ur money for sure avoid at all cost wish I came here and read the reviews before depositing now

I was enjoying playing on this site to start with and withdrawals, once I'd sent my documents, were speedy. Then they put a limit on my account but allowed me to deposit but not play it all so I put in for a withdrawal for just £25. Then the same thing happened again and I put in a withdrawal for £50. That was on the 8th and 12th of September. I hadn't realised that I never got these 2 payouts and deposited again on 10th October and won £160 which I tried to cashout. All 3 of these attempted withdrawals are still "Pending" despite me sending emails to customer services and speaking with their agents on live chat. All they say is that they are aware and there is no further news or something like that and that they will be in touch when there is any update. I am very disappointed because there are many sites that rip you off and I honestly thought this one was trustworthy. They are licensed by the Great British Gambling Commission which should mean that they have to play by the rules. I don't know how to make a formal complaint but I'm looking into it.
