Avoid this site at all costs!! Some real dodgy goings on with them failing to pay people to the right bank account. On the 25th September I made a withdrawal of £611, it got approved but I never received it. They made me wait, and wait and kept fobbing me off. Made me contact my bank numerous time, of course the payment couldn’t be found with the reference they gave. In the last week they have gave me an account number and last 4 digits of the card number, which doesn’t match mine. They informed me today it was sent to a Mastercard and said that’s how I deposited. WRONG I use visa debit. They changed my payment method the last two times I withdrew, 1st time I got it and this time I didn’t. I have a case open with AskGamblers but I am now going to the gambling commission and financial ombudsman about this corrupt site. The amount of people they do this to is shocking

I was enjoying playing on this site to start with and withdrawals, once I’d sent my documents, were speedy. Then they put a limit on my account but allowed me to deposit but not play it all so I put in for a withdrawal for just £25. Then the same thing happened again and I put in a withdrawal for £50. That was on the 8th and 12th of September. I hadn’t realised that I never got these 2 payouts and deposited again on 10th October and won £160 which I tried to cashout. All 3 of these attempted withdrawals are still “Pending” despite me sending emails to customer services and speaking with their agents on live chat. All they say is that they are aware and there is no further news or something like that and that they will be in touch when there is any update. I am very disappointed because there are many sites that rip you off and I honestly thought this one was trustworthy. They are licensed by the Great British Gambling Commission which should mean that they have to play by the rules. I don’t know how to make a formal complaint but I’m looking into it.

Horrendous game play. Glitches in most games, opt in to anything and say goodbye to any chance of spinning a bonus (1000+ spins in one game and not a single bonus given). Small pay out, compared to outlay. Many other sites a lot better than this one. Steer clear.

Last Thursday morning (26th September) I won a £26500 HEYSPIN.com and are now failing to pay out. They have paid me out numerous times in the past and on a few occasions this week from £100 – £500 and have win transactions from April until September. All of a sudden I win a large amount and they disable my account and say I’m in breach of terms but cannot disclose or say what. When they did disclose my apparent breach of terms they announced my winnings of £26500 as VOID.I have since complained to the Gambling Commission, Resolver and will escalate to IBAS if they fail to pay me all my winnings of £26500. I have also arranged a consultation this Friday 4th October with my solicitor.This is an excuse not to pay me my winnings.I have screenshot absolutely everything from the winning moment, player and game ID, email receipts on my winnings, transaction of big win and numerous small wins which were approved no problem at all, screenshots of my account being disabled, screenshots of my account personal details, money won placed in my account, pending withdrawals, up to date player details and confirmation that my account was indeed verified and has been for some time. I also have screenshots of extremely important information with their live chat customer service team saying my withdrawals will be processed and conversations with their responsible gamble team. (133 screenshots from start to finish) I have absolutely everything evidence wise and this money won honestly should be mine.On Tuesday 1st October I had an email saying my winnings of £26500 WILL NOW BE PAID TO ME – I sent that bank statement with IBAN/BIC information and no response since. 5 x emails later. No reply.I have also contacted my local MP of Wrexham who has responded and wants to raise a case.I’m becoming impatient and should HEYSPIN.com fail to pay me the full prize winnings I will take them to IBAS and court if necessary. I will never walk away from something like this. I’m a good person and that money is legally mine and won fairly.If this all fails then everything I have saved will become public. On the 16th of August 2024, my little brother and I won DKK 60,000 through Heyspin. This money cannot be withdrawn without having documents regarding ID and address approved. This is required due to the Money Laundering Act, which we fully understand. What is not understandable, however, is that at every attempt they simply reject documentation that we send in. They have approved my brother’s ID but refuse to accept neither bank statements nor his lease as proof of address even though they specifically write on their site that “bank statements must be less than 3 months old”, which we have accommodated through 30 pages of account statements from the last few months per D.D. They want him to submit new documents for the 5th time even though they have received the latest ones and they also want his health insurance certificate even though they have both his driver’s license and his passport. My advice is to stay away from Heyspin and other companies associated with them, they cheat and deceive you if you are lucky enough to win there, and they threaten to close your account if you don’t get approved documents within 1 month, which is impossible when they resist, and refuse to respond to email or in their live chat. They are reported to the police for fraud, and they are reported to the consumer council and the gambling authority. If others have experienced the same, please contact me, as they do not have to get away with fraud.

Don’t bother with this site, I won some money not alot. Withhdrew the money, received an email to say they had received my withdrawal request and then nothing. Tried to contact them…. No reply. I have never experienced this on any other gambling website, steer clear!!!!

Only now have I decided to read the poor reviews and I feel gutted!I have been depositing money and winning absolutely nothing back. Each transaction/deposit costs more money for the customer as they charge a 2.5% fee per transaction. The game I played on (Golden Winner) was a constant lag. I requested a withdrawal two days ago, and they even charged me £1 for it. Before making the request, I specifically asked if they needed any documentation and was assured that none was required.For the past two days, I’ve been following up with them, and only today did they ask for documentation. You dont have a fair play when the RTP return to player is set below 96.4 %Most online site do this if they have the option from the gaming provider some RTP’s are set by the gaming provider and cant be changed by the casino …..that should be a standard for all online casinos period.That just become greedy when casinos mess with the RTP and yes you can tell the difference in play when its set below what it should be set at.
