I don’t play on this site anymore. And the reason I don’t is because I won £6,004 on MegaBall. I was charged £150 withdrawal fee. I complained, and my account was then closed. I was told by the gambling commission that £150 fee doesn’t sound right. But still nothing was done. Be careful people.

Played What The Fox for 5 days one after the other spin after spin and it did not give me one feature in 5 days. Also I played for £1 a spin and in over a 5 day period this dirty rigged BS only paid me one win that was over £25, the rest was lower than £15. 1 star is too many, no problem depositing money, this was instant, but when it’s withdrawing into the exact same account. they want so many documents which you don’t need in the UK it’s obscene. bic number iban number with emblum of your bank, along with the normal documents, also it’s hard to find the right department to send too, because the site is that bad I’ve closed it so you cannot get in touch with the relevant department,has I thought the money would be in my account within a couple of hours still have not received my withdrawal saying my bank has declined my £100, don’t ever use this bookmakers needs closing down

Complete scam!!I had won over 1k with bonus money i wagered it all etc but (i didn’t read the rules and wasn’t entitled to that) FAIR ENOUGH so wasn’t able to withdraw, THEN went onto win £2633.28 with my own money no wagering needed no bonus rules as it was all my own money no bonus money to be told I couldn’t have that either! Avoid at all costs! Had an account with them for a few months and withdrawals to PayPal were instant once processed however I withdrew £150 in various withdrawals and I am yet to receive it a week later. Mixed experience. Had a couple of half decent wins. They brag about instant payouts but that only applies when they’ve processed the payment so a bit of ambiguity there.Recently a few times I’ve gone to the site it brings up the German version even after clearing everything and putting in the correct web address it will go to the German version 10 times or so then finally the uk version. I went on the live chat about this and while they were trying to blame my device ( I e experienced it on 3 devices) their replies were also switching between English/German. It’s made me quite wary of the site and I’m not sure it’s safe.

Was dubious after reading the reviews but I have to say there have been no issues since joining. Great selection of slots available. I generally do tennis accumulator bets and maybe the number of tennis matches could improve but all main tournaments are available so can’t really complain. This isn’t a scam site. I’ve played enough of them to know for over 15+ years. The choice of games is decent. I agree it’s hard to get hold of customer services, but withdrawals are as they state (providing they already have verified you). I waited less than 24 hours for withdrawal to be processed. All in all, I like this site
